  • Screen resolution too high - text is tiny - how to change?

I'm a newbie to Audition, and spent 2.5 hours this weekend editing a 6.5 minute talk. Ended up with a massive headache, largely because of the small size of the text in the screen menues, etc.
Anyone know how to change these? I Use a MS Surface 3 pro with very high resolution (21160*1440)  with a 22" screen set at 1680 *1050 (max for the screen) .
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

You don't mention which version of Audition you are using, but support for High DPI displays was added to Audition and other Adobe applications last year.  This adds support for icon and text scaling, which is configured at the OS level.  Found a good overview and write-up about this at How to Make the Windows Desktop Work Well on High-DPI Displays and Fix Blurry Fonts but the quick-and-dirty method is to right-click on your Windows desktop and choose Screen Resolution then click on the item Make text and other items larger or smaller.  There, you can select scaling at 125% and 150%.  You'll probably need to log back into your Windows account for the change to take effect.

  • How to enlarge view of Juno pages ?

I need to enlarge the views of my Juno pages by 25% to 40%. How do I do this? This is only happening with Juno e-mail on the web

    Hi fphysics,
You can use CTRL and the + button to zoom in. Holding down CTRL and the - button will zoom back out.
You might also want to look at the KB article [[Changing fonts and colors]].
    Hopefully this helps!

  • How to change e-mail in Pages and not loose documents

I changed my e-mail address from "aol" to "me".  I ccn't open Pages documents without buying Pages again for $9.99 under my new e-mail address. How do I change my address for Pages without incurring a new charge and setup, and I don't want to lose my documents?

Is it for the Apple-ID you have changed the address?? Where did you change the mail address? On the computer? The Pages application per sei doesn't care but maybe it is the MacAppStore that thinks you are a new user. Better ask in the MacAppStore forum.

  • Customizing Oracle mail UIX Pages

    Dear All,
Can any one to tell me how to customize Oracle mail UIX Pages.I want to add advertisements and links to our application in oracle mail.I tied to import UMClientApp.ear to JDeveloper 10g preview edition but when i try to open any uix file i had the following error "UIX runtime failed to render the page ...."
    Please ur replies ASAP
    Thanks in Advance

Please remember this is not supported by Oracle or me. You'll need to get a copy of jspell html war file and deploy it to and OC4J instance as jspellhtml and make sure it works. I created a separate oc4j instance just for this. I also created a spell check button that I can email you if you like. In the $OH/j2ee/OC4J_UM/applications/UMClientApp/um_client/templates there’s a file called message_compose.uix that you’ll need to edit. BACK IT UP FIRST!!!! Read the docs on using JSpell, you’ll only need to add two things. The javascript and the button for the user to click to spell check the email. You should be able to look at the uix code and get a good understanding of what’s going on and where to put the code. If not let me know and I’ll try to help. I could always just send you a copy of my message_compose.uix too.
I’ve been using it for about 9 months now with no problems. I understand that Oracle will have a spell check in the 9.0.4.2 patchset for OCS. I’ve also been told that it’s not as nice as this hack.

  • Can you tell me how to enlarge text overall applications etc

This is not very important - but it is annoying me - I would like to know how to enlarge the text overall in everything on my mac. I have managed (I think) to keep it enlarged on browsers, but other applications and documents are so tiny I need several pairs of glasses and switching between ctrl and scroll is not satisfying... On windows I was able to download an add on for help with text sizes and colours.. anything like this for mac?

Default font sizes in applications are specific to the application. You can try reconfiguring the application to use a larger font size, but this may be non-trivial for some applications like MS Word.
You can change the system display of some fonts via the Finder's View options. But the simplest solution is to use a lower resolution screen. You can change screen resolution via the Displays preference pane.
You can zoom the screen via Universal Access preferences.

  • How to enlarge the text in the "email subject/header plane"

in Thunderbird email, the subject of the email and the email message are in to different planes. No problem enlarging the "message text, words" in the "body" of the email. How to enlarge the "text, font or words" of the "subject" in the subject/header plane? Don't want to open email if I'm not sure of it, and can't be sure of opening emails if I can't SEE the subject of the email. Surely I'm not the only one with this problem.

    Thanks! Works great!

How do I mix text and Html format in a java mail? some part I want to keep the text format, the other part I want to use Html functions(like fond, color, etc)

You don't mix them. Pick one or the other.
However if you want to have a text version and an HTML version, so that mail readers that don't handle HTML can see regular text instead, then you could produce a "multipart/alternative" message. There's an explanation of how to do that in this article:
