All!
We are currently posting payroll results to our accounting system and everything is working fine just untill last week.
There were a few simulations over the weekend and the following error occrued.
Text Not Found. Message Number: ZJV 001 Variable: CPZZZZ ZZZ 3303001 Account
Could some one throw some light on what exactly this error is referring to..and the content we are missing here.

Dear Vikram,
I don't think this message is SAP standard, the number start with Z* which make me think that it is custom made.
I could not find similar message in our system.
Please check your user exit/Badi's or custom modification if any.

Verrrrryy Slloooow at search: text not found

Hi, when i use the upper left quick-search-box (does that thing have a name?) and i hit a "text not found" it first displays a rectangular box over the textbox after 10 seconds (or something like that) the litte popup "Text not found" come's in.

It happens also when the search-text appears somewhere on the page before the cursor position.... This is very annoying because i use this search method a lot..
btw i'm using 3.1 on osx (in oracle-look because the osx look keeps crashing :(....)

Had the "Text not found" message a couple of times and was unable to dismiss it all together.
Searching another text would display another popup message on top of the other. This last one could be dismissed, but the first one remained.
Had to restart sqldev :-(

-Steps to Duplicate: When I try to open Xcelsius.exe, I receive a message box that says "Xcelsius.exe - Entry Point Not Found" "The procedure entry point ?LevelDiffToFirst@CTreeBtnCtrl@@QAEHPAU_TREEITEM@@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library TreeBtnExtDll.dll."
I have uninstalled and re-installed Xcelsius with the same results.
Also, when I open Crystal Reports 2008, the "Crystal Reports 2008 SP1 - Software Manager" opens and shows an update available - SP2. When I try to install the update, it downloads and then displays a message the this update is only available for Crystal Reports 2008 SP1. I believe that is my current version.
After some research, I believe my CR Runtime app may be a different version than what Xcelsius.exe is expecting, but I don't know how to check or fix that. Any help is appreciated.

I think I've managed to fix this error. I compared the TreeBtnExtDll.dll in my Xcelsius directory on the machine that wasn't working and one that was and found that the broken machine was using an older and smaller version of TreeBtnExtDll.dll. 89k and a date in 2008 I think. So I copied my newer version which was 109 k and dated 11/2009 into the C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Xcelsius directory of the broken machines and now xcelsius appears to be working fine.
I had lots of trouble installing the SP3 release because of the media issues so maybe the install wasn't complete.

CNA 6 InstallShield Wizard will not install with a JVM not found message

I ran CNA 5.5 up until last week when Java 7 71 update hit. When I tried to launch, I received JVM Not Found, that was all. So I figured it was time to install CNA 6, however during the install process I now get a pop up box stating InstallShield Wizard will not install with a JVM not found message. No other error messages, no logs, and the installation ceases. Tried installing CNA 5.8.9.1, and CNA 5.5 again, all stop at the same point with the same message. Anyone else see this issue?

When you start Network Assistant, Java determines whether the resources it needs are available. If they are not, Java displays the message Could not create Java Virtual machine, and the session ends. To overcome this problem, open the file C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\CiscoSMB\Cisco Network Assistant\startup\startup.properties (the default installation path), and modify this entry:
JVM_MAXIMUM_HEAP=1024m
Replace 1024m with a lower setting that does not exceed the available RAM. There is no way to foresee what value will work. Try 512m , and lower it further if necessary. You can use the dial peer tag range 2500 to 2999 out-of-band to define your own dial peers.
If the Network Assistant InstallShield wizard fails to start, it is likely that the temporary folder location defined through the environment variables TMP and TEMP has some problem. Assigning a correct temporary folder location can fix such problems.

Hello Gurus,
I have a couple of calculation views in HANA and each of them has text fields (like Employee Name, Country Name etc.).
As part of my project requirement, I have join those two views and get all the fields that exist in them.
When I am doing so, I am getting a weird error as shown below.

Upon, researching further, I could see that the value 'TSR HTKD JFSDFM' is the value in text field of Employee Name.
I did try to increase the length of the field and change the data types but nothing has worked.
Could you please help me in getting this one resolved.

I am exactly facing the same issue:

But i found a fix :-) .....
This may be a very late reply but it would help people who desperately searching for an answer for this issue.
I used CAST function .. The problem is, we are selecting data from table and of course we dont know the size of the data (attribute) @ runtime. We assign the length by looking at the table attr length or view op attr length. But what happens is the junk data which exceeds the limit of the allocated space hence we get this error.
So i used CAST function to truncate the excess junk values (may be spaces).
Example:
I have a ATTR view of date in the format YYYY-MM-DD which means 10 char size.
In my CALC view I have created date OP column of VARCHAR(10) but I get the above error for no reason. Eventhoug i am 100% sure about my ATTR date would be max of 10 char my CALC view is failing @ runtime.
So i did a CAST on date as CAST(my_date as varchar(10)) and the magic happend. It works .......
But you need to be careful in using this because if you use CAST you may lose data. Careful. In my case i dont.
Somebody from HANA team should look at this issue from SAP and solve this. I am sure it is a serious bug from HANA (eventhough i am using SAP HANA SP09 Rev 92 the most latest as of today !!!!!!!!!! )

Node text not found in SPRO

Hi All,
In SPRO transaction Time Management-->Web Applications->leave request(new)-> node text not found
I am not able to find all the three subnodes under the node leave request (new)
It is displayed as node text not found .whenever we execute these nodes it gives out an error as "there are no executable transactions assigned to this node".
These nodes are available in the development server but not available on test server.we have already activated the BC sets through SCPR20 and found the activation log successful for all EA-IMG, EA-AKH,EA-MENU.
Also activated the switch EA-HR.and ours is not an upgraded system(.4.7)
Please Help to the earliest possible as it is very urgent for us.

Firefox periodically shows "server not found" message for Verizon/Yahoo email. Often self corrects in 5 to 10 minutes ?

System is Windows VISTA. While on Verizon/Yahoo mail Firefox will lose the connection and shoe a "server not found" message. Explorer will connect with no problem to the email server. The problem self corrects with in 5 or 10 minutes but this may happen 5 or 6 time in a day.
Is this a Firefox problem with proxy access. Settings appear to be the same.

i forgot to mention , that when i striped this machine back down to 10.3.7 and before i re built i did do a hardware check with the original install Disks [3] and every thing came back clean.
the weird ness with the colors on window, if i pass a app like text edit over the area , the color will not cover the app but stay in the background.
when i first saw this color thing i had the preference pane out and was moving it around on screen and the colors were bleeding off of the preference pane onto the screen.
if you have any idea as to what is going on here let me know.

Budget Planning in T-Code FMPLCPD. I've copied standard layout SAPFMPL02 to applied with my FM Masters (no Grant & no Funded Program).
When I use the layout with Entry_Free option the layout can be overview to be able to input the planning amount. When I use the layout with Entry_Form-Based option there is the error message below.
RACCT not found
Message no. K9806
How could I use Form-Based option to selection Commitment Item in range?
Is it related to Variable? I use the local variable (same as Standard Layout).

I tried run GLPLDEL and GLPLINSTALL. The error message no. K9806 still occurred when I go to planning layout.
In the SPRO Path : Public Sector Management>Funds Management Government>Budget Control System (BCS)>Budgeting>Budget Entry>Planning>Define Planner Profile (GLPLANZ). I can add only "FMBDT" in Tables which can be planned.
In SPRO Path : Financial Accounting (New) > General Ledger Acconting (New) > Planning > Define Planner Profile (GLPLADM). I try add table FMGLFLEXT. However, I still use the planning layout under "FMBDT" table.
I had ever used my planning layout in the new planner profile to plan the budget. After I copied layout "SAPFMPL02" and amended to be aligned with the current design, the error occurred.
Is the error related to the planning layout with Formula? (Now, I removed this planning layout but error still occurred also.) Should I check with PCA planning or any related FI/CO module?

MDIS ValueX XML Structure, element TEXT not found in xml schema

When you extract ECC Contract through MECCM using port ERP Contract Data Transmission, if your mapping isn't correct 2 exception types are created: StructuralX or ValueX (and ImportX but I haven't seen this type of exception yet).
Anyone noticed that the structure of the XML messages are actually different? The XSD for structuralX files are the same as the files placed in the "ready" folder, where as the XSD for the valueX files are DIFFERENT, and contain a tag called <TEXT>.
This raises an issue when we're trying to handle exceptions in Import Manager using the type Port. We get error "Logon Error: Source file does not conform to XML Schema. Element <TEXT> not found in xml schema".
We can process exceptions in the structuralX folder, but not in the valuex folder because the xml file structure in the valuex folder is different.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or has resolved it. We will open message with SAP.

What is your MDM version ?
this issue happened in old MDM 7.1 versions but was fixed in SP-2 unless you mapped Clone fields and in this case the fix is a bit later.
In MDM 7.1 the latest builds of SP-2 and SP-3 should have the fix for all issues. But if you use MDM 5.5 then some issues regarding XSD conversion for exception where not addressed due to technical issues.
The workaround for MDM 5.5 (If you use a late build of SP-6 Patch-4 or SP-6 Patch-5) is to use the original file to fix the exception and not the file in the exception folder.
Please notice that when you have Structural exception then all the Source XML file will go to the Exception folder.
But in case of Value Exception - The source XML file will be dropped in the archive folder and another XML file containing VXR's (Virtual Extended Records) will be dropped in the exception folder, Therefore will have a different structure.

On SDN I found note 1265745 which states exact the same problem but when I want to implement this note into our system SAP gives the message:
The requested SAP Note is either in reworking or is released internally only

Hi All,
I am facing this peculiar issue.
Post installation of webcenter, I can access the Webcenter Spaces homepage.
I log into webcenter as admin and configure a Mail Connection. I start and stop the Webcenter Spaces deployment. Now I don't see the Webcenter spaces Home page.
Error on page -

Trying to find it using the "find missing photos" in the library menu does nothing.

I posted this problem here before, but since I really need to access the sites that receive this error message in less than a month, I had to re-post; hopefully someone who didn't see it before will see it & have a solution for me.
Here are the details: I'm running windows 8.1 & I use Firefox 33.1.1, Pale Moon 25.1.0 or Opera 26.0 as my browsers, (I have IE installed & up-to-date, but I never use it). I followed the 10-point checklist on Adobe & everything was done, except for "uncheck Hardware Acceleration" in Flash 'Settings'; I tried to uncheck it on this site, where it's indicated, as well as in my 4 browsers when I'm doing something that uses Flash, but no matter how hard I try, I can't 'uncheck' the check mark in that tiny box! Since this error problem only affects 5 web sites, & I can watch streaming media on all other sites, I don't think it's an issue.
Here's how this problem began: I was watching a live, streaming nest-cam on 5/09/14 around 11:00AM, (yes, I DO know the exact time & date, because it happened so suddenly while I was watching this website that I'd been watching since the end of February, 2014), when my screen went black. I thought it was probably an Adobe Crash, but when the usual Crash Report window didn't show up, I just closed Firefox & reopened it, expecting to resume watching the nest-cam. When I went back to the site, I got the black screen with the "Error loading plugin: Plugin file not found" message. The chat portion on the site still works, though. I know there are other sites with this nest-cam feed, so I started trying them, but it took several tries for me to find one that didn't get the error message! I posted this problem on "Windows BBS" forum, & someone else posted that the same thing happened to them AND on the same sites! They didn't have a solution, either. I cleared my cache, rebooted my PC & even did a System Restore, but whatever happened in that brief second made using ONLY 5 sites impossible. Here are the sites that receive the error message:

Luckily, I found Ustream, & they have most of the nest cams I watch, but I need to fix this issue, because it's nearing nesting time! I'm an amateur nest-watcher & it's vital that I have access to these 5 sites, so if anyone knows how to fix this, PLEASE tell me!

I've downloaded the Window support option software and the WindowSetupBox.exe and copied it to the USB drive. I tried to create an iso image from my Windows XP machine but recieved messages that Windows 8.1 could not run on XP. I've ordered the Windows 8.1 backup media.
Any way to proceed?
