Text rollover resp. master-rollover

I love the thefactorylondon.com/news layout very much and try to copy some nice funktions of it.
When you rollover the different news the white background turns white and the white text turns black.
When I try this in my MUSE project I can change the status of the white backgrounds when rolling over.
But there's no chance to change the text status when rolling over.
Have you an idea how to achieve also a text color change when rolling over.
As far as I can see it is "real" text and no picture.
Or is there a possibility to generate a (transparent) master-rollover which can control more functions?
in this fact it should control the change of the backgroundcolour of the fotocollage AND the text colour regardless of rollin over the text OR the fotos.

Problem creating flash text rollover

I want to create a Flash text rollover using a font that is
properly installed and appears in all application font lists,
including Dreamweaver's. But when I select Insert > Media >
Flash Text, the dialogue box's font menu does not include this
font, which happens to be a symbol font that I really need to use
if at all possible. Does anyone know what's going on?

Image and Text rollover together not working

Hi,
I am trying to make a simple image thumbnail rollover with a text rollover at the same time. I would like to have the text able to be linked to different areas of my site to the image which is underneath. However I need to have the text cover the whole image area so that it recognises the rollover.
I have done my best to make it work in various ways with different effects but not the way I want it.
Here is the page that has the attempts at what I want.

The first one on the left works but I cannot keep the text in the same place on rollover.
The second I have pinned the text box to hold it there but it will not allow the image to have rollover as well. Also pinning does not work as it means when you scroll down the buttons stay there.
The third one works but there is an invisible button above text buttons that is aligned with them and taking you to the wrong place.
What is the correct way to do this?

can you check if ur facetime and imessage has complete the activation?
your current SIM card provides you with international sms function?
if not maybe u can try with a diff SIM?

u can get using read_text FM ask ur functionl person to give you the ID and other details required..
u can also get it from STXH table... from which even the FM gets data..

Changing font/-size of a text field on master-pages not possible? (field prop)

Hi,
I would like to change the font and font-size of a textfield on a master page.
I wonder if I do anything wrong, because the font-options (size, font etc.) are simple greyed out / not avaliable, when I click on my text field.
It seems, there is any way to customize the font-properties of a textfield (only) on master-page.
Well I guess it would work with java script in init-event ... but really, why the hell it should not be possible simply to use the properties/text properties?!
Please correct me if I am wrong. Do I do anything wrong or is it really not possible to customize font of a text field on master pages?

I was just about to post, that I figured it out.
Actually, I use Livecycle Designer in SAP (transaction SFP). There seems to be a bug (one of hundrets by the way).
If I click on a field, that does not have text-property e.g. subform, text-option menu greys out.
Afterwards it stay this way until I click/doubleclick into a simple text (not text field). From that moment on, text/font-option menu is available again, until I click on something without text. => So pay attention and click wisely

by the way: SAP does not sopport interactive forms higher than Reader 8.1. Its statement "8.1 is fine enough for everything you need in a SAP/Adobe Interactive Form". So beware of using XFA higher than in 8.1. sad, but true ...

how to upload PO text in material master in mass , can i use LSMW or BDC ? if yes then how?
I have done the recording but LSMW is not working for PO text.

Hi!
try using Purchasing Inforecord for this. in here you maintain master data linkage for Material Master and Vendor Master. You will just have to input the Material Number, the Vendor Account, and the Purchasing Org. In here you can maintain the PO text defaulted per Material Number. After the maintenance of Inforecord, the PO text will be reflected on the PO document.
Here is the ff Transaction Code:
- ME11 (Create Inforecord)
- ME12 (Change Inforecord)
- ME13 (Display Inforecord)

Purchase Order Text in Vendor Master

Hello. Does anyone have information on how to use the Purchase Order Text field in the vendor master? Everything I have read so far is in reference to SRM. We are currently running ECC6.0. I entered information into the PO Text field of the Purchasing screen on the vendor master, but cannot figure out how to get it to input to the PO header text. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

In customizing ->material management -> purchasing -> purchase order -> texts for purchase orders -> define copying rules for header texts, choose "header text" and click on text linkages. Here you can enter for source object "vendor master", and for source text choose vendor master header text.
This will copy text from vendor master to PO header text.

Text from customer master to delivery header

Hi Experts,
Here we have a requirement, Text what we maintain in the customer master (like Shipping point address) text need to be trigger at Delivery header,
1) Is it possible in standard text determinaction or we need to go for any user exits?
2) If we want to use user exits what are the user exits we have to copy the data from customer master to delivery header.
NOTE: Client doesnt want to use the text from sales order or scheduling agrements.
Please help me to fill the requirement .

Hi Chiranjeevi,
It is possible to achieve this with standard text determination procedure itself.
Goto transaction VOTXN and in the "Delivery --> Header" create a new access sequence with the Customer Master Text IDs (like the ID which contains the Shipping Point address) from which the text is to be selected. Once done, create or make use of an existing text determination procedure available under Delivery Header and then assign the access sequence to the Delivery Header Text ID into which the Customer Master text is to be copied. Maintain additional settings as necessary. This will ensure that the text from customer master is directly copied over to the delivery header.
There are many documents already available (search in Google) to explain the text determination process if you need help with the same.

LSMW - Purchase Order Text in Material Master

All MM Experts,
I tired to create simple Batch Input Recording but the screen does not get recorded for Purchase Order text maintenance in mass for article master data. we are maintaining Purchase Order Text in article master data in basic data screen on additional data button under purchase order text tab.
Any suggestion on creating LSMW for purchase order text.

LSMW has a standard direct input for long texts, hence it is not necessary to do a recording.
help.sap.com gives real good help for loading loading long texts with LSMW, further has this been discussed many many times here in MM and in the data migration forum.
try to search a bit, you dont really need more than the words you already have used on the subject to get a good variety of answers

List of material number with PO text from material master

I want to get a list of materials number with PO text from material master. Can anybody help ?

The purchase order texts maintained in the material master are stored
as SAPScript text files in tables STXH (header) and STXL (lines). For
material master records:
Field TDOBJECT = 'MATERIAL'
Field TDNAME = material number (MARA-MATNR).
So you should be able to write a small report to extract the data.

Short text in material master

Hello,
When I enter a material in the sales order it throws the following error:
Material ABCD is not defined for sales org XXXX, dist ch. YY, language EN
Please check whether
A short text with the appropriate language exists in the material master record (a short text must be available in the language of either the customer or the sales org)
I have entered the correct material and have maintained the material in the correct sales org, dist. ch. The problem is due to this short text in material master.
The question is where is this short text in the material master?

Dear Shankar,
Please go to MM02 transaction enetr your material number then select the Basic data 1 view go in to that from here you click on Additional data Tab or Cntrl+F6 here you can maintaion the Language for that material under Discriptions tab.
Once again the check the material master is maintainig for sales org XXXX, dist ch. YY or not.
