Texting someone who lives in Puerto Rico?
I would like to text a close friend who lives in Puerto Rico, but I'm trying to figure out if this will be charged on my bill or not. I have the 700 minuted plan with Unlimited texting. I'm seeing lots of different answers. Someone it said texts sent to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Us Virgin Islands is considered Domestic. But I need to be absolutely sure about this. My dad would kill me if I charged a lot to our bill. Does anyone have information on this?

Sending a text message from the U.S. to your international friends has never been easier. All you have to do is determine if the non-U.S. mobile number you are trying to send a message to is accessible through a participating international carrier. Then simply create your message and send. There is a charge of $0.25 per address for every text message you send and $0.20 for every text message you receive. You will be dialing a domestic number so its not going to charge you anything. And even if your were calling a puerto rico number it is still free on verizon to call and text puerto rico. Im not sure if ATT charges him anything whole he is thewre but you are good to go. It wouldnt matter if he was in africa, as long as your calling his american number its free

My iPod touch 4G home button is broken, but i live in Puerto Rico, what should I do?
I got my iPod touch 4G for almost 4 months. Apparently I got one year of warranty from Apple. My iPod touch home button do not respond very well. I keep pressing it a lots of times but this don't resolve anything. I live in Puerto Rico and when I was doing the waranty process in the Apple.com, when I put my adress, it said to me that the type of service that I'm trying to do, doesn't work in my location. This is the first time that I try to do this and I don't know what to do. This is not my first iPod, and everytime I bought one, thay say that I got one year of warranty with Apple. If AppleCare is not available in Puerto Rico and the same for an Apple retail store, you can contact an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Reason I had to chat with Customer Support is that I got the following message upon placing Upgrade Order.

How can I find out whether I will be charged for texting somebody who lives in Canada and I live in the US?
If you are on a More Everything plan, International texting is included at no additional charge.
If you are on any other plan, there will be a charge.

All iPhones are manufactured in the same factory in China, all are the same quality for every country of sale.
But the LTE/4G bands are different for different countries so may not work back in Germany. In addition, the warranty is only valid in the country of sale, so you will not have warranty support in Germany...unless Macedonia is part of the EU and then the warranty is valid for all EU states. -

Can somebody from Adobe help me get CC? I live in Puerto Rico.
I have read a solution to this problem here. The rep who helped other people is named Beverly. Apparently I need Adobe's help to change my country to "USA" instead of Puerto Rico in my ID because otherwise I can't buy a CC subscription neither by phone nor by the website, even though I've bought CS's three last versions with no problems before. I've called and called and chatted and chatted. No one was able to help me, and honestly, I can't understand why Adobe doesn't fix this problem already. I even gave my license number to one of the phone reps who couldn't even find me otherwise, and then she found me. It's as if Puerto Rico, which BTW, is part of the USA and Adobe should know this by now... didn't exist, because I couldn't either buy CC through their Latin American website (nor even under their "Caribbean" classification).
I suspect its due to Puerto Rico not being on the list of supported countries yet. Please go to http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html --> In what countries can I buy a membership to Creative Cloud? .

IPhone 4 will not text someone who has an Android
I have a friend who has an Android and I can't text his phone from my IPhone 4. I have another friend who has the same phone, and he can text the Android. Only difference is I have updated to the iOS 7.0.4 and the other IPhone user has not.
Is the problem just with the one person? Can you text to other non-iPhone users?

Texting someone who is using Ichat on a computer
I have a friend with an iphone, and if we are in the middle of a conversation and she writes something, i write something back, immediately she starts replying, and i instantaneously send a secondary thought. Once i write a second text to her iphone before she can send her next text, when she finally sends a text, its sends two copies of it.
I am quite sure this is on the iphone's end of faults because this has never happened to me before instant messaging another person also using ichat.Check out www.sysinternals.com they have a tool package called pstools which contains a command psloggedon. Then they have a tool called handle which will list all open files. They do have some more tools which could help you in that regard. All the tools should work on NT
XP has a new command called openfiles which can deliver that information as well. -
