Texting with Canada in the US?

I know this question has been pondering around but I would like to make sure. My situation:
It's been a couple of days but I've been texting a person in Canada like crazy. It just hit me that I might blast my bills if my plan didn't cover texting to Canada. I have unlimited text messaging. Also just checked "My Current Uses" and I'm pretty sure it's hitting the M2M section (they have a Omnia II).
Would this cost me anything?
Is this counting towards my M2M messages or my regular messages?
The reason behind this question is because I would like to switch over to limited texting since I have friends who mostly use Verizon.

Is there a way to scroll between footnotes in the new pages version and to actually copy an old text with footnotes into the new version without losing them or having them in the text?

Since my update I am no longer able to scroll between the footnotes. I have to klick on each one to change something. That is unbearable since I have to write a lot of academic texts which usally have a ton of different footnotes. Replace text with wildcard in the middle

I am looking to change several config file keys that have server names in the format
<server>server01</server>
<server>server02</server>
<server>server03</server>
I would like to change all of the server tags to contain the same server, for example
<server>server04</server>
Is there any way I can use wildcards to replace all of server 01, 02, 03 etc with server04? Thanks!

Let me clarify the format, I basically want to to replace anything in the server tag with a consistent replacement. The actual server names will vary and do not follow a format of Server##
For instance I'd like to change
<server>qwerty001</server>
<server>s1234567</server>
and
<server>11111111</server>
all with
<server>newservr</server>
I wanted to use the actual tags to match as the server names will not follow a standard and I'd only like one replace statement to change them all. I tried a couple variations of what you posted but haven't had any luck getting it to work.

Can't replace old text with new text in a text box

Hello everyone. This is my first time posting in the forum, so I'm hoping this works out well. We recently purchased a few copies of Adobe Acrobt X for the office, and one of the users is having an issue with editing text in a field. She can type new text into a box, but when she goes back to replace that text with something else, the old text stays. New text appears on top of the old text, and you can see both. Is there a way to simply highlight the old text, delete it, and then replace it with new text? Thanks in advanace for your assistance. I understand this might be confusing, so let me know if you have questions.

You have to use the text touchup tool (there is a new name like text edit tool in AA X) to edit such text. It sounds like you are using the typewriter tool or something like it. Text editing in Acrobat is not for the weak at heart. It can be very frustrating and is not recommended except for very minor changes. If at all possible, you should edit the original and just recreate the PDF.

Call Standard Text by report replacing the variables with their values

I have a requirement to call a standard text from a report.
Following is the text present in standard text.
&PTXT1-ENAME& will attend for interview
on &MEMOACT-PLDAT& at &MEMOACT-PLTIM&.
I am doing it by using READ_TEXT. But READ_TEXT reads the entire text as it is.
Is there any way I could retrieve the standard texts with &PTXT1-ENAME& replaced by the value of PTXT1-ENAME in report. And similarly &MEMOACT-PLDAT& replcaed with its actual value.
Any pointers in this regard would be helpful.

How do I adjust text size in toolbar, in tandem with browser text zoom, WITHOUT limiting the screen space of my browser window as a whole? Changing Windows DPI reduces browsability of window as displayed.

I tried to customize PC settings for my mom, whose site is failing. So I plugged in the nosquint Firefox addon and upped the font size. Additionally, I tried to make desktop text etc. (non-browser text) larger. When I accomplished this through the Windows DPI adjustment, the browser would not open to full screen width (at least, not through any means other than F11, which is something beyond my mother's understanding or patience). With DPI 120, the maximized browser will not go full screen, but will instead hold left of screen, and display less than the full width of the page being viewed (this make my mom give up. And who wants to scroll laterally anyways?). Is there some way to pair the functionality of Windows DPI boosts with Firefox text/window zoom? Thanks.

I have a document where I almost do such, but without the fill. I use a Head Style which Spans Columns for this instance; it allows the haeds to flow and fill the width.
Paragraph Rules above and below are turned on with plenty of offset.
I tweaked my setting to accomodate your need - It required only one instance, not above and below, and changing the stroke to a double stroke.
It may be necessary to create a custom stroke to modify the proportion of stroke vs fill. There is a difference of thin-thin and thick-thick, neither of which seemed perfect but might be dependent on the Character height.
Creating custom strokes is accomplished via the Strokes Panel.

In a group text with two phones that use Imessage and one that does not. The person that does not, does not get my message when its sent in group text. How do i fix this?

I have a group text with two of my friends. here's each person break down
person 1 ATT network, using imessage
person 2 verzion network, using imessage
person 3 verzion network, using SMS
All three of us are in a group chat. When person 1 sends a message, person 2 recieves it, but person 3 does not. Then when person 3 sends a message, both person 1 and 2 get it. When person 2 sends an Imessage, person 1 and 3 get it
so the problem is when person 1 sends an imessage, it doesnt change to sms and person 3 doesnt get it, but person 2's automatilly switches it to green.
How can person one get their phone to automaticlly switch it to green in group message while keeping on imessage?

There may be something else helpful in the link.
Group messages will be sent using iMessage if all recipients have iMessage enabled. If not, the conversation will be sent as MMS. Group messages use MMS even if the content is text only.

How to position the cursor at the end of the text with EDIT_TEXT?

Hello, it wanted to ask to them if somebody could make work the module of function EDIT_TEXT so that it positions the cursor at the end of the text that is visualizing in the text editor. In the documentation it says that passing a ' X' to him in the field scrollend of the parameter Control is obtained that operation. Nevertheless, I did this and the cursor continues appearing at the beginning of the text that visualizes.
Somebody could help me please?
