Ever since I updated my iPhone 4S and my iPad 2 to IOS 6 all my iMessages are coming to both my iPhone and my IPad. How do I stop the iMessages I send and receive on my phone from receiving on my iPad as well? I have tried going into my settings and making sure I'm only set up to receive iMessages to my cell number and not my email....but that didn't fix the problem.
Here the way to do it, for both, or for only one Go into your settings, Messages and turn on iMessage. It will then send messages that are iMessages to both your iPad and iPhone. You can also turn off this feature on the iPad if you do not want to receive messages on the iPad.

I used my existing apple ID when I purchased a second iPhone for my business.. Now all my texts are coming to both phones.. Is there a way to create a new apple account for my business phone and if so.. How do I delete one and add another?
Yes, you can have two separate Apple IDs, and it's pretty easy to set this up. Go into Settings > iTunes & App Store on your business phone. You should see your current Apple ID. Tap on it, then tap on sign out. You can then create a new Apple ID, using a different email address and password than those associated with the Apple ID on your other phone. Log back in using this new information, and you shouldn't get the texts that come to your other phone.

Texts are coming in as icloud and not cell
When a friend receives a text from me, it comes across as (my e-mail) and not my cell #.. how do i change this setting? and the text icon is the green cloud icon correct? there isn't a separate icon for texts from your cell?

Go to Send & Receive, and check your number is under "YOU CAN BE REACHED BY IMESSAGE AT". Also confirm "START NEW CONVERSATIONS FROM" has your phone number checked.
But, I think if people send you a text message to your iCloud adddress that's where it will go. -
When we purchase from iTunes the balance is not coming off of the gift cards. We have family sharing on but when my kids purchase songs they are credited to our credit card and not the gift card that is already in their account. What's wrong?

All of a sudden my IMessages only from my boyfriends iPhone4 to my IPod touch five are being received in my email and not being sent to my IMessages what do I do to fix it and be back to reviving them in my IMessage's we both updated our divises to the iOS 7 and mine to the ios7.0.2 his at first just stopped sending to me period but then I turned of IM then reset networking settings then turned back on my IM and also turned my device off and back on now reviving them in my email
I do not want to download another virus program.. I do not believe it is a virus. I am running the full version of Norton 360 and it is doing a daily scan. I have Windows 7, 64 bit OS.

Apps downloaded are appearing as "loading" on ipad 2 and not working
I have downloaded couple of application through iTunes and loaded them to ipad2 64gd wifi 4g. They are appearing as "loading" on ipad 2 and not working. Tried to restore ipad to presious version os and reboot etc. but nothing worked. Can someone help please.
Check iTunes and see if you have a pending or stalled download in there. If you do, finish that download or delete it if you can. If you can't finish or delete the download on the iPad, do it in iTunes on your computer and then sync the iPad. Then go back to the apps and see if they will download.
If that doesn't work or if that was not the problem, go to Settings>Store >Apple ID, tap your ID and sign out. Then reboot the iPad, Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Then go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and sign in again and see if the apps will update. -
My iMessages are being sent from my gmail and not my phone
I recently had to deal with major software corruption on my phone and ended up having to completely wipe out my phone and start over by manually downloading all my apps and restoring from iCloud. People who are texting me with iMessage are saying my texts are coming from my gmail account instead of my phone. Sometimes it switches and some people say they have 2 different conversations going on with me, one from my phone and one from my gmail account. I don't want this to happen! Sometimes my texts are popping up on my iPad and I also don't want this to happen because my iPad is a work iPad and I don't want my personal texts appearing on my work iPad. I'm thinking that somehow the 2 have become linked since wiping out my phone and I'd like that to stop happening. I also want to figure out why my texts are sometimes being sent from my phone and sometimes from gmail. Any help?

I would recommend taking a look at the article below and making sure that your phone number is selected under the "Start new messages from:" section. This wont change any of the conversations that have already been started from you email address, but it will ensure that new conversations are coming from you phone number.
