Texts not arrived once phone is powered on
Texts which are sent when I phone is powered off, dont arrived once its turned on again?
My phone is 5 days old and does the exact same thing.
Just check the box that says do not show again when it pops up. That should Stop the pop ups all the time.
I am very dissapointed with my phone . My S5 has been very buggy, likes to freeze up , lags , drains battery in about 4-5 hours, loses data connection in "Good Signal" areas ( drops down to 3g and 1x data or says 4g lte but Web pages fail to load , say no data connection). Camera has also crashed on me twice already.

IPhone 5S not receiving sound or vibrate text alerts from Android phones
I have recently noticed on my iPhone 5s, that when someone with an android phone sends a text message to me, there is no sound alert or vibration, even though both are set to on position. The problem does not occur for calls or email alerts, only text alerts and it does not happen when another iPhone user texts me. I am fully updated to iOS 8.1.2, I have restarted my phone. Any thoughts as to why only the texting alerts are affected and only from Android users? Thanks!
I think we do in fact have a similar problem. When my phone is in sleep mode is when it doesn't always produce phone rings and never gives text alerts. I just verified this by having my assistant call and text me from her Verizon Galaxy phone and call me from our office land line. From sleep mode my iPhone didn't ring with the first phone call from her cell or her first text message, but the text message did arrive. She said my phone went straight to voicemail on the call and the text showed as delivered. The land line test call did ring my iPhone. A second attempt to call my sleeping iPhone from her cell phone did result in my phone ringing. A second text attempt had the same result as the first, no alert, but the text did arrive. A third text attempt with my phone not in sleep mode resulted in a text alert with the arrival of the text. I did the same test, calling and texting my phone, with another iPhone 5s. My phone rang from sleep mode but didn't give a text alert.
So, it would seem that this is mostly a text alert issue only when the phone is in sleep mode. I'm going to review all my settings and failing finding something there that solves the problem I may call AT&T (if I am feeling patient). I'll report back if I find a solution. -
so with iMessage, i am not getting messages on my 4S, only on my MacBook Pro. I don't want this. I only want texts sent to my phone. HELP!
did that. now getting no messages on anything. opened up messages on the Mac and saw i had been sent many that never showed up on my phone.
I tried sending a text with iMessage turned off and while it said delivered, doesn't look like it was ever seen. -
how do i change my message settings so that when i get a text message only the phone number shows up - not the message?

When I send a text using siri the recipient shows that the text came from my email. How do I fix that so it show that the text came from my phone number and not my email address?

My brother and I phone number is link together on the same iTunes and Icloud therefore I am getting all his text messages on my phone, how do I stop this? He does not even have an Iphone anymore.
Try going to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". If that doesn't work, you'll have to tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different Apple ID for iMessage.

When my phone is powered on and not in use all of a sudden the Samsung Galaxy 5 then Samsung and Verizon logo comes on tell me to check my battery cover, I have checked it and it is secure but it still continues to happen all day long. Has this happened to anyone else?

Help! I have an iPhone 4s, I accidentally deleted a text message and my phone is not synced. How do I retrieve it?
You can not retrieve a deleted message that was not synced.
There are data recovery services that "may" be able to retrieve the message.
These recovery services can cost $1000 or more though. -

I have an '09 MacBook Pro w/ OS X Mavericks and an iPhone 4. I'd like to copy a thread of text, not notes, but text from my phone to my computer. How do I do that?
First of all, you should always save you photos on computer like any other digital camera.
Backup on iCloud or iTunes only backup your Camera Roll. The other photos should be already on the computer.
Note: Photos are not saved in iTunes, it's only a conduit between your iPhone and your photo managing software on computer.

I have a ipad and a I phone 4. When i send imessages back and forth to a friend who also has a ipad and i phone 4 i am rcving it on ipad as imess but not on my phone as a imess. When it comes to my phone it comes as a text message and a then it gets sent again as a imess. its very frustrating. I need help!
and also i have tried to go int my mess settings to remove my email account where it says "recieve at" and it wont let me delete my email. This is so frustrating!

IPhone "sent" text not being received by ONE particular phone
My AT&T iPhone 4 is sending and receiving all text messages from all phones and carriers.
My friend's Spring LG Rumor recently stopped receiving ONLY my text messages although my phone marks them as sent (no red exclamation point, etc). The Rumor is sending and receiving all text messages from all other phones and carriers, including another different AT&T iPhone.
So, I can get the Rumor's texts, but it specifically can't get mine.
Any thoughts or ideas? I have already reset all settings on my iPhone to no avail.
Thanks!Transmission of texts is handled by the carrier. If the texts left your phone and arrived at other phones, it can't be an iPhone issue. The only possibility relating to your phone is sending to a wrong cell number.

My husband and I both have Iphone 4's. I do not receive any text messages that he sends me. He gets mine though. He sends texts to other iphone users and they get them. I get text messages from other phones including iphones. Please help.
Both of yall need to go to settings, meassages, send and recieve, scroll down to start new conversation from, and make sure you have different email addresses with a check mark beside it. Right now sounds like they are the same email addresses.
