TF53001: The database operation was canceled by an administrator.

What am I doing wrong? I get this message since today when i try to check in / get latest on my TFS 2013/ VS2013 Environment. I can't find any helpful thread about this message on the Internet.
Maybe someone here can help me?

You can connect to your TFS Server successfully, only check-in/get latest received this error?
Please ensure your TFS’s SQL Server working fine.
And try to clean the Cache for TFS 2013 manually(delete the content of the folder only, not the cache folder itself), then restart your TFS 2013 Server:
Clean the Cache folder on Server machine. The folder path is:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Team Foundation\Web Access\Cache_v12.0.
After cleaned, on Server machine, click Start and select
Run… to open the dialog box, then input iisreset.exe and click OK, wait it run completely.

SSAS 2012 Tabular Error: The operation was cancelled because of locking conflicts

I have a 800 mb SSAS database that I refresh(Process current day partition) every 30 minutes. As soon as the processing starts all my users get error The operation was cancelled because of locking conflicts. I ran the deadlocks trace as described in http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sql_pfe_blog/archive/2009/08/27/deadlock-troubleshooting-in-sql-server-analysis-services-ssas.aspx
but all I see is the processing start and all the users getting the error ("The operation was cancelled because of locking conflicts") 22 mil sec after the processing starts.
I also ran "select * from $system.discover_locks" but I only see lock types 2,4 and 8. None of which seem to be exclusive

According to your description, you get the dead lock error when processing partition. Right?
In Analysis Services, this error occurs when lock manager detects a dead lock. Lock type 2,4 and 8 can also have two transactions waiting each other and cause deadlock. In this scenario, please check the Dead Lock Graph in SQL Profiler
and find the related processes. Check what the processes work for to see if you need to do parallel processing or process other objects before partition processing.

You're trying to update an application that's running, perhaps in another account. Make sure you quit all apps that are to be updated. If another user is logged in under Fast User Switching or Screen Sharing, he or she must do the same.

Hello I hope someone can help as i am very upset my BB10 is not functioning.
I have had this handset 3 months & love it!
I updated the OS and now on 10.1.0.4181... I had to do a memory swipe as handset working fine until update then it would not make or receive calls hence the swipe also cleaned up emails etc.
Now when I come to add the email accounts which it allows but no emails are received.. I keep getting this
message 'there was an unexpected error and the operation was cancelled.'
I used to have 2 x virgin media email addresses, 1 x hotmail.co.uk & 1 x [email protected] email address linked to Z10
handset and worked perfect..
What has happened to my phone.. I so need it to operate as before as I use it for work (self employed)
On the settings the virgin emails will sometimes say not connected.
I can use the internet & apps ok & text.. but I love the hub and that is not working like it did...
Can someone please help & advise before I send it to a watery grave...Thanks

Can I get you to manually add the live.co.uk email account by changing the incoming mail server to one of these servers: blu-m.hotmail.com, dub-m.hotmail.com, stn-m.hotmail.com, bay-m.hotmail.com, col-m.hotmail.com or snt-m.hotmail.com.
Then try to add it, let me know if the issue persists.

Navigation to the web page was cancelled

Hi All,
I have a requriement where ABAP code in ISTEP1 is returning some 20,000 values. I could see that the program is executed in a jiffy and also returning values. But when I execute the query from Query Designer, the internet explorer runs for 10 minutes and then displays 'Navigation to the web page was cancelled'. When I execute the query in RSRT, the variable screen is shown with all the Variable values. Could someone let me know the possible solution to achevie the same result when executed from Query Designer. Thanks in advance.

I have some reports that return the following error:
[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 46104] The current operation was about to overflow the stack. Please simplify or discontinue from the current operation. (HY000)
Does anyone know what could be the causes? Or possible solutions?

Hi,
If the stack overflow is occurring there would be a coredump file created. Evaluate the coredump file.
If the issue is only while running the report then increasing SERVER_THREAD_STACK_SIZE in NQSConfig.INI will work.
If the issue causing during start up of services then OBI_BACKGROUND_STACK_SIZE needs to be set in opmn.xml.

When presented with the choice or what file type to send if I choose PDF I get error "the SendObject action was cancelled." If I choose other file types it works as normal.

You need to perform the disaster recovery.
You need take the backup of whole database manually or using rman
Let me explain when my whole db was gone and only backup was left
1) start the rman in nomount state( it will start by using default INIT.ora file)
2) Once done restore the rman spfile from rman backup
3) now start the db using restored spfile
4) restore the controlfile from backup
5) catalog the backupset
6) now you can use setnew name or db_file_name_convert,log_file_name_convert parameter
7) restore the whole database and recover it

I have a Print dialog box that allows the user to select Printer or PDF. I use it in all of my applications. The PDF option works in every app but one. In that one it throws Error 2501 - The OutputTo action was canceled.
Here's my code...

In looking at other threads with the same problem, I saw one suggestion to precede the OutputTo command with this:
DoCmd.OpenReport RptName, acViewNormal, , , acHidden
I tried that and the report went directly to the printer instead of opening hidden, and still didn't output to the PDF.
Any suggestions?

That looks correct.
Do you check the full constructed path and name, stored in the variable ReportFile by the code posted, or do you check just the path, stored in the variable ReportPath? I note that your code contstructs ReportFile by concatenating variables and literals
like this:
ReportFile = ReportPath + rptLabel
+ "_" + stDate
+ ".pdf"
I don't see you forcing a back-slash (\) between ReportPath and rptLabel -- does ReportPath already end in a back-slash? If not, that could be the source of the error. Or if the constructed file name isn't valid; for example, if rptLabel or stDate
contains characters that aren't legal for a file name.
Aside from that remote possibility, the only other thing that occurs to me offhand is that you may not have permission to write to the folder in question. Can you verify that? If you have the report open in Print Preview, can you use the built-in
export command from the ribbon to export the report to PDF successfully, to exactly the folder and file name your code is using?

I will assume you're using Windows Vista-7:
Try these steps instead:
1 Click start, and in the start menu search, type "cmd" (without the quotes) DO NOT PRESS ENTER!
2. Right click the "cmd" search result
3. Click "Run as Administrator"
4. If you get a pop up message, click yes or continue
5. Type the command in the window as you did above.
In an effort to try to prevent programs from messing with your computer, programs don't run under your administrator account unless you tell them to or they ask. This gives the Administrator (elevated) privelleges that you need.
