If you click on the person's name, you go to the public profile they have posted. If there is an email address given you can email directly. If not, you cannot email the person directly.
You could post a reply to the persons reply on the communities to note their help.

I rang Apple and they could noy help me.
They are often pretty impatient with these questions.
You will need to contact iTunes Support for this. Be prepared to supply the answers that you do know, plus some additional personal information that only you will know.

Click iTunes > iTunes Store > Other iTunes topics and questions. Eventually you get to a point at which you can compose a thoughtfully worded email. Apple will respond via email within a day. Be sure to check your spam folder for this reply.
Normal business hours apply, so you may have to wait until Monday. They will ask you for more personal information, and then you will have to wait for another reply which will provide instructions for resetting your password as well as answers to the security questions. Good luck!

If that is impossible for some reason, you need to contact Apple and ask them to help you to reset them, see this webpage on how to contact Apple Support in your country: There are either telephone umbers given or an email form:

If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)

You might try to see if you can change your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account > Password and Security.
I'm able to do this, others say they need to input answers to their current security questions in order to make changes, I'm inclined to think its worth a try, you don't have anything to lose.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices)

Not Seeing who answered to a question?

sometimes, if i want to understand the answer for any post, I see the post is marked as answer. but, i am unable to find out who's response to the post was marked as answered by OP? Is this is happening to me or to everyone?
Please clarify.

The OPs don't always mark posts as Correct or Helpful, but still mark the thread as Answered.
There doesn't have to be one post (or any post) that answers the OP's question.
