That email has been banned

So I wanted to post a different question but it said I had to verify my email. Ok, I used to be able to post here but that was a logn time ago (2 years). I went to put in my email again and got a message that the email address has been banned. What!!!!! I used a differnet email to get here. What gives?

I’m sorry to hear that you had some difficulty trying to post a question at first on the forums and that you received a message stating your email address had been banned.
To be honest, if this was two years ago, I’m not really sure what would have caused you to receive a message like this. However, it doesn’t appear to have affected your ability to post here with us.

If all you did was rename your ID, you can go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with your renamed ID. Deleting the account only deletes the account and any data you are syncing with iCloud from your phone, not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts, your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.
If, however, you are changing to a new account with a new ID, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then choose Merge when you sign into the new account and turn your iCloud syncing back on to upload your data to the new account.
Before deleting the account, save you photo stream photos to your camera roll (tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll).

Confirmation that email has been read

Is there a way in Mail to receive a confirmation that an email I've sent has been opened by the recipient? If yes, how do I do that?

there is a plugin somewhere on versiontracker.com to add some headers to your mail messages to add this feature, but if the recipient's email doesn't support it, you won't get a confirmation.

An email address can only be associated with one Apple ID at a time. You will have to remove it from the other ID or use a different email address.

If it talks about your password it is probably a scam.
Take a look in your purchase history and see if there has really been a purchase.

When sending an email and I add a name to the "To" box or CC/BCC box which I later decided I don't want to include, Mail ignores the instruction to "remove" that name so that once the email has been sent, the name is still included and the email goes to them anyway. Pretty frustrating and I don't understand why this is happening.

You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.

Show that an email has been opened

In brief, like Outlook is there a option to show when an email has been opened / read by the receiver

When composing a message you can ask for a notification to confirm that the message is read by going to Options and checking Return Receipt. In the same menu you can also ask for a Delivery Notification, which is more a technical confirmation that the message is deliverd to the recipient.
Note that either notification won't always be sent. It's up to the recipient or his mail server to send the return receipt or delivery notification.
