The email says 
"shop with confidence, whenever and wherever you want. Take advantage of $5 off your next in-store or online purchase¹. All backed up with our Low Price Guarantee. Offer ends 1/19/2015."
"FOR BESTBUY.COM ORDERS, ENTER THE SERIAL NUMBER AND PIN INTO THE "GIFT CARD & SAVINGS CODE" FIELD DURING CHECKOUT."
But when I try that, it says the code is invalid. Is it only for specific things?

    Connect your device to iTunes and do the update through iTunes. Using a computer takes much less space on your device than doing the update on your device.

  • When I got the error message, "msvcr80.dll" and it said to uninstall iTunes and all other apple products I did that. I've reinstalled iTunes several times and I continue to get the message, "apple application support not found". This isn't working. Help.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes several times and each time it says to re-install iTunes but it doesn't solve the problem. I've been trying to get this to work all day and I'm extremely frustrated. Someone please help me with this. I've done all the reserach on how to fix this and nothing has worked. I just get the same message over and over again.

    When I go do download iTunes I get a screen that says, "The feature you are tyring to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." Then is says "Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package iTunes64.msi in the box below". I click "OK" and it says that the path cannot be found. Don't know what do to here.
    Sounds like at least two different things are happening to you at once here.
    Steps for dealing with the "network resource" message, follow:
    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

    (2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
    (5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

    Hi there, it sounds like the code you quote in yuor post is a validation code for the ePrint mobile print app. If what you're trying to obtain is the printers claim code you can only do this by enabling web services from the printer front panel. If you let me know what your printer model is I can help you do that but all the latest HP web enabled printers have an ePrint button on the front panel, press that and follow any on screen instruction to get your claim code printed out. The printers ePrint claim code is a 12 character alphanumeric code.

  • Making a complex button with the Tween class...not sure why this isn't working.

    I'm trying to make a button which scales up on rollover and
    scales down on rollout and I wanted to use the Tween class to do it
    because I'm going to be making a bunch of these buttons and I want
    the code to be as efficient as possible.
    So right now I have a circle in a movie clip, and here's what
    I have on the first frame of that circle's actions layer:

    The circle scales up just fine but when I rollout it doesn't
    scale back down. I did a trace to see if my tween was being called
    and sure enough it was. So I did another trace to see if the
    _xscale or _yscale was changing and they both were going down to
    around 290 on rollOut although there's no noticeable difference in
    the size of the button, it just looks like it's sitting there.
    I was also wondering if importing the whole class library
    will add very much to my file size?
    Also, since I'm going to have a lot of these buttons on the
    stage at the same time (these buttons will be like markers all over
    a map so there'll probably be around 50+) would it be a bad idea to
    have that many onEnterFrame checks running simultaneously? Is that
    going to slow the user's CPU way down?

    I tried your code and got the rollOut to work but the button
    blinks rapidly if the user rolls out and then rolls back in

    It also has to reach a complete stop the first time the
    button expands or else it won't run the shrink function on rollOut.

  • The first day that I got my iphone 5s touch ID worked flawlessly. However, now it gets into these fits where it will say try again or unrecognized print. I have tried re-entering my fingerprint many times. Still doesn't work all the time though. Any help?

    I have the same issue, it works for a while then won't work hardly at all. Then start working again. I wish it would just work like it supposed too. I hear it has trouble with wet or clamy hands but mine are rarely like that. I do work outside with my hands and the are kind of tough and callused up. I wonder if that effects it some. Anyway let me know if you figure out how to make it work reliably

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try on another computer
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

    See if either of these work. Restart and try again or reboot and try again.
    Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    Some people have fixed this by changing the outgoing SMTP server to p06-smtp.mail.me.com.  You could give it a try and see if it would work for you.

  • For the second time (I've been to the Genius Bar once already) my WiFi isn't working on my iPhone 4S. This is really infuriating and costly!!! I see others have the same issues.  Can't Apple do anything about this?  It's obviously a hardware problem!

    For what reason, other than making yourself look foolish, would you ask questions that we users could not possibly answer as we're NOT Apple?
    Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW.  Nothing more "ingenius" to suggest than these steps that Apple has outlined in the manual.  If these steps don't work, then go back to the Apple store.
