BTW, once a crash report has been filed, is there a way to add information?
Sorry, you can't add info.
The only way I see that you can resolve this problem is that you need to uninstall the What About:... Add-on. See the instructions below:
In order to uninstall a possibly unwanted extension (addon), please do the following:
#Click the menu button [[Image:New Fx Menu]] and choose Add-ons.
#Once the Add-on Manager has opened in a new tab, click the ''Extensions'' button on the left side of the window.
#You should now see a list of your installed extensions on the right side together with buttons on the right side of each extension.
#To remove an extension from Firefox, simply click the Remove button. You should see a message that informs you about the successful removal of the add-on.
#Note that some add-ons require a Firefox restart to be removed completely. To perform a Firefox restart after the add-on removal, click the ''Restart now'' link in the message.
You can find further information about uninstalling extensions in the following articles:
*[[Disable or remove Add-ons]]
*[[Remove a toolbar that has taken over your Firefox search or home page]]

Hi, I use Google maps a lot everyday, and ever since this new firefox update and the new google update it cause firefox to crash. So I basically the the stop script message after window lags and doesnt load, and then it just shows me on all the firefox windows that are open "not responding". Basically I cant do any anything after that except end task everything or firefox just closes by it self. Please help out
unfortunately those sites don't help me. Here is a message I get, it only happens when I'm using Google maps in Firefox.
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
Script: http://maps.gstatic.com/cat_js/intl/en_us/mapfiles/399b/maps2/%7Bmain,mod_util,mod_act,mod_act_s,mod_actbr,mod_appiw,mod_lt_j,mod_mssvt,mod_rst,mod_strr%7D.js:903 -
I am trying to stream radio shows through the website for This American Life. As soon as I open the site and click on a link, I get the message about an unresponsive script. The next click to tell it to continue or ignore causes Firefox to crash -- the fade to white/not responding thing. The same site runs just fine on IE.

My latest pano photo have missing landscape. Some of the photos are merged into one. I can provide the examples. What could cause this problem on a new 5C?
Thanks for the input. I was finally able to find some test conditions that duplicated the problem, and it is either that or some other out-of-spec diffraction distortion. So I sent it off for repair.

I see in the customization documentation that we should not be using Commit statements in the FMs inside the Actions.. what about when we're calling BAPIs and they require a BAPI commit call?
thanks,
RobertHi Robert,
For BAPIs you need to set the commit level in the action definition as for function modules. SAP help portal provides following information about BAPIs and COMMIT WORK:
"The BAPI transaction model must afford the user explicit transaction control. Therefore, if several BAPIs are called together, the caller can decide him/herself when to execute a COMMIT WORK (or, as the case may be, a ROLLBACK WORK). This means that BAPIs themselves cannot (generally) execute a COMMIT WORK command."
I hope this infomration can help
Best wishes

Google Reader comments cause Firefox to crash.
Clicking the link to add a comment to a Google Reader entry causes Firefox to crash unexpectedly. I've only had this problem since the 3.6.12 update. So far as I can tell, I don't have any problematic add-ons, and my browser is up to date.
This can be problem with one of the fonts that is used on that page and that is corrupted.
You can use the System File Checker to check if font files are missing or corrupted.

I recently got the Safeeyes internet filter for my PC. I have windows XP. Now, whenever I try to open Firefox, it crashes. Is there any way I can use the filter with Firefox? I uninstalled the filter and now Firefox is working.
I talked to several techs at Safe Eyes and they couldn't help me. Said their programmers were working on it. I uninstalled Safe Eyes yesterday and can now use Firefox some, but it is still crashing--just not as much.
My crash signature: mozalloc_abort(char const* const) | NS_DebugBreak_P | Initialize() -
What would cause Firefox to hang up for 5-10 seconds with great frequency?
There is a lagtime of at least several seconds before Firefox responds to any input (scroll bar, mouse over hyperlink, type in textbox, etc.), but the problem isn't showing up in any other apps. It will also frequently display the (Not Responding) message above the menu bar for a couple of seconds, before it responds. What might cause this?
Hey Bobby_Ko,
Today is your lucky day! I was planning on posting about this tomorrow, but will do so now. In fact, I started to have a similar problem with Chrome, even though it didn't manifest itself in quite the same way as in FF8. Somebody suggested doing changing the margins in the scroll event, and, after a bit of fiddling with it today, I fixed it in Chrome. On a hunch, I tried turning Hardware Acceleration on again in FF8, and, amazingly, that problem was fixed as well! So, here's the code I wrote - well, pseudo-code, since I'm at home and don't have the source handy:
// add this event listener to each scrolling DIV inside your outer
// scrolling DIV/IFRAME
$("innerDiv").addEventListener("scroll", myScrollHandler, true);
function myScrollHandler(e) {
var mov = ($("outerDiv").scrollTop == 0 ? -1 : 1);
$("outerDiv").scrollTop -= mov;
$("outerDiv").scrollTop += mov;
Hope this helps, Jim -
Clicking on Add-ons causes firefox to crash?
New Linux Mint 17 install yesterday. Problem with updates and now Firefox is broken. At first it wouldn't open at all. Did a purge of Firefox and Mozilla then reinstalled Firefox via terminal. Now it will open but when I go to "Add-ons" it just crashes and closes like the "Add-ons" part is not even there?
Uninstalled Firefox again then reinstalled via Synaptic but it's still doing the same thing
Please make suggestions simple as I'm not very good with the command line.
Thanks,Can you give me your crash reports?

I've began to notice that HTML5 media causes strange issues with my graphics drivers. Watching HTML5 videos on YouTube or browsing the Ingress Intel page causes Firefox to lock up after a period of a few minutes, though I can still hear audio and use keybindings, I'm not able to move my mouse onto the desktop that Firefox is currently on (I use two monitors). I'm forced to reboot my PC to resolve the error.
This appears in the event viewer when the issue occurs.
"The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
\Device\Video5
!06d7(2640)"
I've tried resetting Firefox, reinstalling video drivers, etc. It only happens with HTML5, not Flash.Yep, that fixed it.

Latest Google Maps Causes Firefox to Crash 100% of the time.
Here is the crash report. This always happens. Please help provide assistance.
https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/08f67257-ceac-464b-b519-94c9c2140326
dmpI produced some steps that got FireFox to crash again at Google Maps. This had a different error, below.
https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/20963f7a-2973-478f-a85c-8bec82140326
Looking at this one, it said that it was fixed by a known bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=943511
That bug says that it is resolved in version 29. I was running version 27. I manually checked for updates (for some reason it did not prompt me?), downloaded and installed version 28. Version 29 is not available. Version 28 crashed at Google Maps as well, though it took a little longer. Version 28's crash is available here:

Completely different error.
I could not get it to crash in safe mode. It slowed down to a snails pace, like it often does right before it crashes, but it stayed up. I rebooted to full mode, updated some plugins and disabled others. Restarted, and went back into Google Maps. It did a lot better than it did earlier in the day, but it did eventually crash. The error is below.

Yet another crash, but all of these happen when I go to Google Maps. I'd love to get support, but I don't think I'll be spending any more hours on this. I'll either stop using Google Maps or stop using Firefox if this doesn't go away very soon.
