The "add to devices" button in "albums" view mode

When I browse albums in iTunes in the "albums" view mode (cover art in grid format) and click on an album, the album is highlighted and an arrow appears to the far right of the highlighted album's title. This opens a menu which includes an "add to" button, when clicked it gives the option for m to add the album to my iphone. When I do this nothing happens. What is the purpose of this?
I manually manage my music and I use the option to only sync checked artists/albums/songs. This works OK, the sync is oddly sluggish and I've had some instances where the iphone would randomly delete all my music but I guess that's another matter. There is no way to "check" an album in "albums" view mode so I was wondering if the "add to device" option would do the same thing but apparently not.
Can anyone explain what this is for?

Hi,
I am not sure about whether you can able to add the button in Mail form but for your requirement you can certainly add URL to your mail form which will nevigate user to Log-in page of your webshop.
Regards,
Dipesh.

  • Has the play button in album view stopped working?

    The play button in album view doesn't work.  Hasn't worked for the last two releases.  I'm on iTunes 11.1.1.  Apple suggested reloading all of my CDs.  (Not a viable solution--there are hundreds of them...)  They thought it might have something to do with recent changes related to AppleID/iCloud.  Also unable to add entire album to up next list.  I am able to play from songs view.

    Never mind.  Found the answer here:  https://discussions.apple.com/message/21484039#21484039

    No way to move any buttons in iOS devices.

  • Is the 'add new page' button working? (SG CC)

    Anyone else having issues with the add new page button under the look tab?  When I click it, instead of being able to add a new page with my custom looks or reopen any of the example folders, it makes a copy of whatever page happens to be selected.  I feel like I'm missing something because I don't remember encountering the problem with CS6.

    Answered my own question.  I was in "Quick View Mode" not "Look Management View Mode".  From the right view you can navigate to the folder you want displayed. /winning

  • The "add a device" screen on the desktop does not exist.

    The "add a device" screen shown in all the tutorials does not exist on the desktop version of firefox. It is impossible to enter the sync code. There is only a big button "create account" there but i already have an account. The button "conect" generates a code, but there is no way to enter it on the phone. The whole thing is broken and complicated and impossible to understand. Sorry.

    Right. The problem is that you need to properly set up Sync.
    Click the button there, 'Set up Firefox Sync'. If you don't have an account select 'Create a new Account', otherwise at the bottom, 'I already have a Sync account' -> 'I don't have a device with me' -> complete all details -> continue -- and then you will see the 'Add a device' option in the Sync preferences pane.
    The setup is complicated, convoluted and not ideal, and it is being worked on, but that should resolve your issue.

    I'd try resetting the pse 12 preferences by going to Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor (Edit)>Preferences>General
    and click on Reset Preferences on next launch, then restart pse 12.

  • Accessing the "add a face" button when you can't see it

    How do you add a face to a photo that has so many faces that the "add a face" button is hidden at the bottom of the long list of faces and you can't access it.

    Apple Express Lane claims that this is a technical deficiency in the program. If you need to add a face box and the option has disappeared at the bottom of the Info Faces list, delete face boxes until it reappears. Add back the correct number of "unnamed" face boxes that you need.

  • How to resize album art pictures in Albums view mode?

    How can i resize album art pictures in Albums view mode?
    iTunes on my old PowerMac G5: there is a slider to resize album arts.
    iTunes on my Win7 PC: where is the slider to resize album arts???

    In the Grid view, *View > Grid View > Show Header* should expose the header. In the List view it's contolled by the size of the artwork column.

  • REQ: Add 'Fit-width' or 'Fit-visible' view mode, in which the zoom level is automatically set based on the width of the _current_ page.

    Currently, the default zoom level when viewing a page of a PDF file is automatically calculated based on the width of the "widest" page of the document. This means that, if the document contains one page that is wider than the others or is in landscape orientation, then the default zoom, when viewing all the other narrower pages, is set in a way so that the page does not use the full width of the screen. This results in very poor experience, because the zoom level and the visible area of the page have to be constantly adjusted for each page. The latest update (at the time of writing) has added some extra view modes, but not the much needed 'Fit width' or 'Fit visible'.
    Personally, I can find no reason valid enough to justify the lack of such a view mode. Automatically setting the zoom level based on the width of the current page so as to take advantage of the full width of the screen should be a must have feature for mobile devices, if not the default behavior. The current default behavior regarding the zoom level is pretty much useless, even on 8"/10" screens. There should be a view mode in which the full width of the screen is always used to display the document.
    Examples of documents for which the Adobe Reader for Android provides a poor reading experience are:
    documents which contain some of their pages in landscape orientation.
    publications which, apart from the main content, also contain the full front and back cover in a single page (usually first page which is much wider than the content pages) or any other extra pages like cards or application forms (that are meant to be printed) which usually use an A4/Letter page size etc.
    documents which have been cropped by external utilities or scripts so as to eliminate unneeded white margins (in some cases not all pages have the same width).
    Please consider fixing the default behavior in future releases of the Reader for Android or add a 'Fit width' or 'Fit visible' view mode.
    Thank you in advance.

    Improved descriptions of example documents.

    To add to this, if you prefer you can separate your JavaScript from your JSF pages.
    Add a folder (I named mine 'js') to your application's ViewController project's public_html folder.
    Via JDeveloper, create a new JavaScript file inside your newly created folder and place your JavaScript functions inside it.
    You can then 'load' the .js file using the method Shantala described, with the addition of an added 'source' property to the af:reference tag.
    (This can also be a URI reference to a JavaScript file hosted on a web server)
    <f:facet name="metaContainer">
      <af:resource source="/js/myJsFile.js" type="javascript"/>
    </f:facet>The benefits of this 'split' are cleaner JSF page source and also code-highlighting and formatting within the .js file making finding and fixing bugs in your JavaScript much easier.
    It appears however, that when using <af:resource> to load scripts, once the page has been submitted even once, the JavaScript is no longer available to the page. Which isn't very useful.
    A solution is to use <trh:script>.
    Add xmlns:trh="http://myfaces.apache.org/trinidad/html" to your <jsp:root> tag and install the library.
    then in place of the above code use:
    <f:facet name="metaContainer">
      <trh:script id="script1" source="/js/myJsFile.js"/>
    </f:facet>Now after a page submit the JavaScript still functions.

  • In the Organizer where the add new folders button?

    I want to create some new folders under the My folders section. In the Help section I see "click on the create new folder button." I can't find this button.

    Tommyvincent
    In the Elements Organizer 11, have you opened the Folder area to the location where you want to add the new folder, then right clicked and selected New Folder.
    Please refer to the screenshot representing the addition of a new folder to Documents in my Elements Organizer 11.
    I have still not found a specific New Folder button in Elements Organizer 11? New Album, yes. New Folder, no.

  • How can I hide the "Add Page Text" button in Lightroom 5 Book Module

    In Lightroom 5's Book Module, there is an "Add page text" button that appears when you are in either two-page or single-page view.
    More often than not, it sits right on top of my photo caption text causing that text to be unreadable.
    Is there an option to hide that button?

    If there is no specific reason that you have to use sendredirect...thne you can try request.forward.....
    RequestDispatcher rd = request.getRequestDispatcher("pathToResource");
      rd.forward(request, response);

  • Why, suddenly can't I create a new tab through the "file' drop down or by using the "add a tab" button.

    The only way I can create a new tab right now is to right click on a link in the current tab and ask it to "open in new tab".

    This problem in is Firefox on your Mac?
    May users have discovered this problem is caused by Conduit add-ons, such as a Conduit plugin and/or a "Community Toolbar" extension.
    You can check for and disable extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
    * Command+Shift+a
    * "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
    In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
    Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
    Does that help with the "+" button? If so, could you name the specific extension that caused the problem?
    You might also check the Plugins section of the Add-ons page. You can use "Never Activate" to disable plugins that you don't ordinarily use.

  • QuickView is great - except for the "add to iPhoto" button

    Is there any way to get rid of that "add to iPhoto" button in the Finder's QuickView?
    We have no use for iPhoto but we keep accidentally hitting that button instead of the "Full Screen" button. Then we have to wait while iPhoto launches, then wait again while we quit it.
    I thought of trashing iPhoto (after archiving it) so it doesn't launch but i'm sure some system update is going to freak out when it can't find the iPhoto bundle.

    no, deleting iphoto is completely safe. you don't have to have it at all.
