The adobe employee said he would cancel my plan and it's still not canceled?
I said this in response to someone else in a similar boat as me but I thought I should open a new forum to see if an adobe employee can fix this!
I called Dec.26th and the guy over the phone said that he would cancel my membership free of charge. I check back today to find out he never canceled it like he said he would. What on earth is going on here? Adobe employees answer me please! I tried to do the whole chat thing right now since calling hours are over and there was a pop up saying that chat is unavailable. I"m going to wait to see if anyone responds and if not I'm going to call first thing in the morning. This such an awful company to lie to me and go back on their word.

I spoke to someone at adobe who said they would cancel my two memberships as it was a misunderstanding and now i receive a mail saying money has been taken out my account. They reactivated my account without me doing it myself and then saying thank you for reactivating. FUMING!!!

You can use all of them but they can be activated twice only for e.g. if you install the photography plan on two computer as soon as you try to activate the illustrator CC , it will ask you to deactivate.
You should contact Adobe Support & get two of the order cancelled, since it is duplicate subscription so the renewals charges will be refunded back. You need to buy them under different Adobe ID to use them.

I made an in app purchase and never received what I was supposed to. I contacted the producers of the app and they never got back to me. I then contacted apple and they said they would return my 25$ purchase. I still haven't gotten it. I am starting to feel like I just lost 25 dollars and both companies are sweeping it under the bus. I just bought and installed the Adobe Illustrator. I would like to know how long can I use the product before an extension is needed? And on how many computers can I install this product? Thanks.
What version exactly did you buy? If you bought CS6, then the license is perpetual and doesn't need any extension. If you bought CC, then you need to renew your plan every year. You can install each Adobe software on 2 machines with a single license for non-concurrent use.

Can I transfer my CC 6 apps to a new Volume on the same iMac? I would much rather disable and download to new Volume. I couldn't use Adobe CC6 or CS 6 at all because my iMac was so messed up?
Romeobot if you faced difficulties with your previous computer then I would recommend you reinstall the software on the new computer. In fact you may want to install the Adobe applications prior to migrating or transferring any files to your new computer. I have tried downloading and installing the Adobe Pro DC trial on 2 different browsers and it keeps generating an "unexpected error". I have a MAC. How is this troubleshooted and fixed?

'm having a problem with downloading and installing the new version of itunes for windows (11.1.4) I have done everything the troubleshooting article has said and it is still not working properly. I have even done a repair to see if that works and it has not. Has anyone else found a new way to get it working?

Printing Expiry option might be set by the Publisher at server level. Right click on the book and select Item Info to know about the book permission.

i just upgraded to yosemite, now gimp is not opening. i downloaded and isnstalled xquartz, restarted my computer and gimp is still not opening. i click on the icon and nothing happens. help!
I was using gimp fine for years with my osx 10 6 8 up until yesterday. Last night when I downloaded yosemite, gimp has not been working ever since. I clicked on the icon and it said that x11 wasn't compatible with yosemite and lead me to a link from apple support which said that I need to download xquartz for gimp to work.
