The agents are not getting determined

Hi Gurus,
In the standard workflow WS00300022 with BUS 2104 for Approval of Appropriate request, the agents are not getting determined.
Below are the steps followed:
We have created a subtype for BUS 2104 and redefined the display and edit to add some new functionality. Delegated the business object and followed all the standard steps. Now the present situation is that the Workflow is not able to determine agents.
We have even removed the subtype and checked with the standard functionality but still it is not determining the agents.

Hi,
Kindly Diagnose your WF:-
Use the following transaction:-
1> SWE4/SWELS -> EVENT TRACE ON/OFF (Switch On the Event Trace)
2> SWEL -> DISPLAY EVENT TRACE
3> SWUD -> WF DIAGNOSTICS
4> SWPR -> WORKFLOW RESTART AFTER ERROR
Enter the WF Number and Click on the LOG Icon.
There you can see the Graphical Log of the WF to know where the WF is stuck.
And You can also check the Technical Details of the WF there, to find which WF Container has what value.
In the LOG, you can determine the step where it is unable to determine the Agent. That will give a picture of how to proceed further and what is the WF status at that point.
Kindly check and revert back, so that a solution can be provided.
Regards,
Kanika

  • We are using SAP SRM to punch out external catalogs. Firefox version 3.5 and below works fine and the items from the catalogs are brought back to SRM .But when we use version 3.6.12 the items are not getting transferred back to SRM from the Catalogs.

SRM is a procurement system from SAP which we use to purchase goods and service. We have external catalogs like officemax, cdw etc which we punchout the items and bring it to SRM for ordering.
When we use firefox version 3.5 and below the items which we add from the Catalogs are correctly brought back to SRM for us to order. But when we use versions 3.6.12 the items are not brought back to SRM.
Internet Explorer 7 and 8 works fine. Is there anyway you can help us.
    Thanks

    Hi,
Firstly I would suggest you to upgrade your database from Oracle Release 11.2.0.1.0 to Oracle Release 11.2.0.2 . This is the recommended Oracle 11g database version  for SAP solutions. Many of your problem will get resolved with it.
    Question 1:
So my first question would be is there any other suggestions besides adjusting the mentioned parameter above in order to ensure that no work processors going into hang state due to RFCs' occupying it as this issue always happens at the end of the month only when there are massive users accessing it.
For immediate resolution the approach you have followed is correct viz limiting number of dialog processes for RFC. Secondly you need to analyze why RFC processing takes so much time. You need check which programs are getting executed by those RFC.
Generate EarlyWatch report for more detailed view
    Question 2:
My second question is what went wrong with the libttsh11.so file. How could it be 0 size in PRD when no signs of changes had happen to the PRD system. Is this a proven Oracle Bug or something else since I have never encountered anything like this before.
The libttsh11.so library cannot be found in the related directory.
    Cause
The file system is mounted using CIO option, but per Note 257338.1 Direct I/O (DIO) and Concurrent I/O (CIO) on AIX 5L, an ORACLE_HOME on a filesystem mounted with "cio" option is not supported.
Such a configuration will cause, installation, relinking and other unexpected problems.
    Solution
Disable the CIO option on the filesystem.

    Hope this helps.

  • Images used inside the Portlets are not getting displayed on Oracle Portal

I am registering my JSR Portlet producer on Oracle Portal server but when its rendered on the portal page its not showing images. It just shows a red cross mark showing image is not loaded. Can anyone help me out please samt thing is happening with CSS also. Please reply soon

I'd check the image properties (right click the x and choose properties) and see what the path is for the image. If it is a relative path, you need to make sure that the file is in that location on the Application Server. /images/myImage.jpg would mean the file should be in $ORACLE_HOME/portal/images on the midtier.

  • Partner details are not getting captured to the purchase order from the ven

    Hi,
    Issue : ( ECC PO)
Partner details are not getting captured to the purchase order from the vendor master.
We found that the partners are not getting captured in ECC PO's automatically from the vendor master. We checked for all the config and everything seems to be o.k, but could not figure it out.
    Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
    Regards
    Sudhakar

    Hey Sudhakar,
I believe what is happening here is that the ECC PO document type has not been assigned to the partner determination procedure.
If this is working properly for standard POs, then,
Go to Partner detrmination under Purchasing>  Partner Settings in Purchasing Documents> Assign Partner Schemas to Document Types.
and enter teh appropriate document type and refer it to the procedure you have for NB Pos

When I try to sync changes from my playlist on the computer to my iphone the sync process gets as far as step 7, applying changes, then freezes up and the changes are not getting to my iphnoe.  How do I fix this issue?

Are all these songs associated with the same Apple ID or were some purchased on another account?
Are they tagged properly? In the library does it break an album out into several different albums with a few tracks each?
Check your sync settings for each device. Do you accidentally have only certain songs/albums syncing?

  • VAT not getting determined in accounting

    Hi All,
I am encountering the below scenario where the VAT is not getting determined . When I save the billing document I get a error saying "Error in account determination: table T030K key ME MWS"
    Scenario :
SP & BP are in NL (Netherlands)
    Supplying Plant is in NL
    SH is in Turkey
This is a third party sale where the material is directly shipped out of NL to turkey .
Since we are trying to capture the VAT % in invoice I tried to use a condition type MWAS from the tax procedure .
    1. I have the cond.type MWAS in the tax procedure TAXTR
    2. I created a new table with key combination just Bill to and assigned to the access seq MWST
    3. Country is already assigned to the tax procedure .
4.I created a new tax code and assigned that to country and tax procedure.
5.I also assigned Base amount for tax calculation .
Since MWAS was not in pricing procedure I created this and assigned to pricing procedure with account key MWS.
I have also maintained VKOA with the new G/L account for VAT and created condition record for MWAS .
Inspite of doing all these accounting doc is not getting created and I get the error message which I mentioned above, though I see the new condition type MWAS in the billing document.
If I check T030K table I find  the new tax code mapped to the acct key , and new VAT G/L account.
Can anyone please tell what the problem is  ? Am I missing something .
    Cheers

    Hi All,
In addition to previous conversation in this thread I want a few clarification .
    My company is in US
    supplying plant is in Netherlands
end customer is in Turkey .
So ideally in this thrid partyscenario , materials go directly from Netherlands to Turkey  and since the goods are exchanges at Ex works VAT is being charged .
In this scenarion , I am using a tax procedure of turkey (TAXTR) . I created a tax code and assigned it to TAXTR in FTXP mentioning the VAT% under MWS account key.
I have also created condition record for UTXJ with Country as Turkey ,Region in Turkey, Mat Tax class, Customer tax class..,Tax code . I mentioned the amount as 100 here. Is this correct?
I have also maintained in VKOA ,the G/L to which the tax postings to be done .
My question in all these settings is ...Do I need to use Netherlands (NL) anywhere , be in FTXP or UTXJ ???????
Even after doing all these settings I am geting a account determinaiton error which says table T030K key ME MWS .
One thing I observed is that I am not able to save the VAT% amount against the tax code in FTXP. Will this be a problem?
    Cheers

  • Images from KM are not getting displayed in EP

    Hi All,
I am using EP7.0 SP11.When I run the portal, the images are not getting displayed. When I right click on the * mark and click on Show picture, then also its not appearing.
Location of the Images that I received from EP is mentioned below.
    http://hostname:port no./irj/go/km/docs/documents/HP_Images/Image_123.jpg
Images are available in the location in the below mentioned path as .jpg files:-
    http://hostname:port no./irj/go/km/documents/HP_Images/Image_123.jpg
Difference in both is a DOCS folder missing in between........
Is this is the reason for the image not getting displayed?
Anything more has to be done in KM part to display these images?
May I know how to solve this issue??
    Regards,
    Athulya

    Hi,
the right path look like this: /irj/go/km/docs/<path_to_document>.
You may have to check you URL generator service settings. Here:
Configuration - Content Management - Global Services - URL Generator Service(advanced section)
and then have a look for example for the following values "Content Access Path:" and "Viewer:" normally they both have same value "/irj/go/km/docs".
    Hope that will help.
    best regards,

  • All Cells are Not getting Background Color in WAD

    Hello All,
I have a query with 29 Columns and Nearly 1000 Rows.
This query is being displayed through WAD.
I have used  com.sap.ip.bi.rig.Format to color different columns : e.g.
    1st - 8th column -> Color Green
    9th - 10th -> Color Red etc.
Also, in the Analysis Web Item properties, the values are:
    BLOCK_COLUMN_SIZE = 50
    BLOCK_COLUMNS_STEP_SIZE = 1
    BLOCK_ROWS_SIZE = 1000
    BLOCK_ROWS_STEP_SIZE = 0
My Issue: For all columns , a few of the Cells are not getting colured. They are absolutely random.
When I reduce the data volume (restrict to some region), all the columns are properly colured.
Please Help to fix the issue.
    Thanks,
    Mainak

Closing the thread as seems below note answers my query:
1648692  Modification Format styles not applied on huge result set

We have installed 7.4 and export the roles of portal 7.01 to 7.4 however the pictograms are not getting displayed.
We copied all the images manually from old path to the new one but still its broken using:
In the content administration >> web resource repository. In the tree find the folder "pictograms" right click on it and upload all of the pictograms
We followed the note 1753605 but that didnt help too.
    I have checked this link:
Managing Pictograms in the Web Resource Repository - Portal - SAP Library
What is the cause of this error?
The system take the picture resource for show the pictograms that show the screen of ESS.

Only other way possible is abap script to be made to change Po data without changing the release. Otherwise you need to unrelease the Po's first, then change the data and then save for your changes to get affected.

    Hi,
    1. First try to compile invalid objects using adadmin.
    2. If the objects are still invalid, then compile them manually.
You can use the custom script from the following link
    http://www.oracle-base.com/articles/misc/RecompilingInvalidSchemaObjects.php
    3. If invalids still exists please post few objects here which are invalid.
    Thanks
