The amount charged to our credit card was greater than the amount on our invoice.
This last month, our credit card was charged was charged an amount greater than what appeared on our invoice. Why did this happen, and how can we get a refund of the difference?

Rajagopal.pngr :- It is only a holding charge, it is not a permanent charge. If it isn't refunded within a few days or so (and it quite possibly won't be over a weekend) then you can query the charge with Apple. -

Ok, make sure you are signed in to Adobe Reader using the same Adobe ID you used to subscribe. If that doesn't help try using http://exportpdf.adobe.com/ instead.

You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option on your computer's iTunes - though I'm not sure if that shows in-app purchases and/or auto-renewing subscriptions. If you don't recognise the charge then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Downgrade your iCloud storage plan
iOS 5 or later
Tap Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Change Storage Plan.
Tap Downgrade Options, then select the storage plan you’d like to have when the next annual payment is due.

Open the iTunes app on your computer and sign into your account to see that everything is correct.

If all your creditcard details are correct, you should be able to login and make purchases.
Please note however, that the security code (CVC code) can be asked by apple on several occassions (f.e. when you're using a device for the first time) to confirm you're the credit card owner.
