The app Goodnotes 3 keeps crashing and I can't save the files anymore

Hi,
I have the app goodnotes 3 but today I changed to another folder inside the app and now it crashes as soon as I open it, so that I am not able to safe my Documents or export them to itunes. I am pretty despreate because there is a pretty important document inside the app that I can't access anymore now. I have tried restarting the app and the ipad but that doesn't seem to change anything.
Would it be possible to make a backup of the ipad and restore it? Or do I loose the documents inside the app ?

When you back up your device using iTunes or iCloud, the application data is saved. You can try the back up and restore to resolve your issue with the app itself crashing on you.

Which operating system are you using?
Have you tried Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6 to get either camera raw 8.3 or 8.7.1, which should enable photoshop cs6 to open the canon 5D Mark III files.
(version of camera raw depends on your operating system)
If that doesn't work try one of the following camera raw plugin installers:

Since I installed OSX Lion on my MacBook Pro, sometimes after login, the colored wheel keeps turning and I can't do anything. When I click on some icon or in the menu, no happens.
After a long time (more than 1 hour), I decide to switch off my Mac holding the button down and when I boot and log in again, it works normally.
Remark: When I logoff, I do not ask to keep my open programs for the next session.
I have a MacBook Pro 2010 with 4GB Ram.

Well, I hadn't rebooted after the 7.1.1 upgrade, but obviously I had to restart iTunes. After I rebooted my iBook iTunes worked... Maybe the 7.1.1 update should be marked with a must reboot?

Cloud apps are only available via subscription via a Cloud plan.
If you need 3 or more apps then a Cloud Complete membership is the way to go.

I see you are experiencing issues with sound on applications when playing video/audio content. If this is the case, the first thing I would check is if the side switch is set to silent as this can cause applications to be mute. Below I have included an article that covers adjusting the settings for the side switch. Also, make sure to close all applications in Multitasking and power cycle the device. Test the sound issue after processing these steps.

No, nothing will prevent the computer from going to sleep when you close its display except third-party hacks that are designed to do exactly that. I strongly advise against using any of those, as they may interfere with successful entry into clamshell mode (and they carry other downside risks as well). Just wait until the computer is asleep (with its sleep light pulsing), then press any key on the keyboard. It sounds as though your setup is working as it's designed to do.
