The App store app crashed while installing 10.8.3 ...

Question

and now won't install it. How do I fix this? I am on an 11" macbook air.

I'm a little worried that this is too much but I am not sure what to look for here.  I tried to only paste what was in the console for the install log for my last attempt to install the update. I looked through it and didn't see any private info other than my first name. Thanks for helping!
