I don't know why it says that, but don't forget; the MacBook just recently came out. If you have any questions you may want to call Apple Sales at 0800 039 1010 (UK) or 1800 92 38 98 (Ireland). Lines are open Monday-Friday 0900-2200 and Saturday 0900-1700, or go to your local Apple Store/Reseller. Just to keep in mind, your MacBook does come with a 90 day free phone support and a 1 year hardware warranty. You can buy AppleCare for your MacBook within one year of purchase.

Well if the same problem happens to all your ipods, it makes me suspect that there is something wrong with your headphones, as it would be a strange coincidence that all the ipods have the same problem.
Unless the ipods have the same problem with different headphones!

AIf the iPod broke because of a defect then yes, Apple will replace the iPod if it is within the warranty period. A broken/cracked screen is not covered. However, sometimes if you make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store they will exchange your iPod at no cost if it has a broken/cracked screen.

Apple Care follows the device, not the person that purchased it. As long as the device is registered under the Apple Care, then it stays with the device. The person purchasing the device would get the advantage of Apple Care.

Yes. The warranty applies to the computer. Your parents do not have to do anything. If the Mac needs a warranty repair it will be done for them.

So a question about activation, in case anyone knows. I used "my" upgrade several months ago to buy the 3GS. We want to use my husband's upgrade to purchase this one, but I am going to use it and my husband is going to use the 3GS. Therefore, I don't want the phone activated to his info. I am wondering if we just need to do this at the store, or if I order under his account, can I just sync it to my iTunes to get it to be my phone? In other words, I don't want them to go ahead and add the iPhone plan to his line (he's not currently on iPhone plan).

If you purchased your iPad from Apple directly and bought AppleCare at the same time, the plan will have automatically been applied and you won't have a separate number you need to register.
