I have an Apple TV 3 and have just signed up to iTunes Match. However there is no toggle in the Apple TV settings (I've looked in iTunes store) to turn on iTunes Match.
There would normally be more than 4.
If AppleTV does not 'see' the internet you get Settings and Computers alone.
I'm in UK too - there have been some reported outages of Apple services today globally.
First thing I would do here is unpower and restart AppleTV and also maybe your router.

My IPOD is already synced to iTunes. My friend just acquired an iPhone and he wants to purchase an app through my iTunes. Can he use my iTunes to install the app to his iPhone without screwing up my IPOD information already on my iTunes? Also, how does he install ONLY that app on his iPhone without syncing my music also? I haven't done this before with just an app. Thanks.
Since you and your friend aren't married or in the same household (I assume you wouldn't have referred to this person as "my friend" otherwise), what you want to do is not permitted by the terms of use of the iTunes Store.
Your friend should create his own Apple ID. He can use your computer; just have him log into your computer with a user account you create just for him, not your own user account. Doing it that way is almost like having your friend use a different computer, since both Mac OS X and recent versions of Windows do a pretty good job of segregating the data of multiple user accounts.
He can then purchase the app using iTunes and sync it to his iPhone. When he's done, he should log out of your computer.
However, be aware that there is no reason to purchase an app using iTunes on a computer and to then sync it to the iPhone. Your friend can use the App Store app that's installed on the iPhone by default in order to download and install any app he likes from the iTunes App Store. -

If you're using 10.6 (as your post says) then there are no "latest software updates". If you're not using it, then you need to tell us what version of the OS you have, what updates you downloaded and how you access "UTUBE" and AOL

There is only one version of iTunes. Relaoding will simply load the same iTunes.
In iTunes, select the iTunes store on the right.
Scroll to the very bottom right.
Click the ball icon that has a flag and select the iTunes country you want. -

I go to "Settings" > iTunes & App Store try to login and all I get is a spinning wheel in the upper left corner of the screen.

My ipod touch 4th generation wont allow me to open the app store or itunes store
so i have the ipod touch 4g 32gb has not been jailbreaked ever and works on ios 6.1.6 when i click on the app or itunes store apps on it it will just have the loading icon until it says request timed out i also cant login to imessages with out it timing out or my email basically i can take photos and listen to music but thats it please someone help
If Safari does not work then:
Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

everytime i try to download an app from itunes, or to 'view all' the apps listed, the error says; 'We could not complete your iTunes Store reuest. The network connection was reset' I used both my desktop and laptop both on Windows 7 Pro, & net is fine. please help. is there soemthing wrong with apple store temporarily?

In between, I got a messge about verifying my payment method. When I tried to submit the details, I kept getting a mmessage stating that my payment method was declined (my card is not near it's expiration date, and works fine).

Cannot home share the game app purchased at iTunes store. Home sharing music works. Home sharing books works. But, when I try to copy the game app, it says my computer is not authorized. What am I doing wrong?
I've been struggling with a similar issue myself and just figured it out. Some of my content had been purchased with an older Apple ID that I don't use any more. When I authorized my second computer, I only authorized it for my new Apple ID, not my old one. When I tried to copy my library to the new computer, many songs, apps, etc. reported the error "could not be copied because this computer is not authorized". It drove me crazy because I knew the computer was authorized and much of my library came over just fine.
Finally I selected some of the problem items, selected "Get Info" from the menus, and saw that they were all purchased by my old Apple ID. I then authorized my old Apple ID on my new computer, and all of my files are copying correctly now.
Would be great if the message said something like "...because this computer is not authorized for Apple ID [email protected]"
