The apple support number number for thailand is a fake number , it does not belong to apple it belongs to Walk Easy .
The number provided http://support.apple.com/kb/HE131 is 001800 4412904 for any inquries and support for itunes, applecare ect.
Now calling this number will connect you with walk easy support NOT apple support !!!
Apple will know this and its a easy way for them to not to honor thier thai customers.
1 its very very difficult to call a 800 free number from thailand , 800 numbers are free numbers to be used with in the states only ,so why would they provided support for thai customers with a 800 number to call to !?!?!
2 Now if a thai person does manage to figure out that you can call the number for free using skype that thai person will be connected to Walk Easy (walk easy is a company selling platform crutches)
Me myself have just had my itunes account disabled because of me being billed for a in app purchase from a app that i dont own .
I have spent lost of money on my itunes account and i cant use my account until i call the itunes support number
"001800 4412904" to have my account reactivated
But as i said the number is a fake and there is no way for me as a thai to recover my purcahses in my itunes account
Now if any body has the same problem please post here
And if anybody has a solution for me i would be more then happy , i have contacted apple support both from thailand and the us by email and they keep giving me the wrong (fake) number even after i have sent them screen shoots of Walk Easy contact us webpage !!!!!

Has the customer support number for Apple Configurator changed?
Hi there,
I'm having problems with Apple Configurator and normally I ring up the customer support number listed on the Apple Website (44) 0844 209 0611
and I go through to an automated system that normally asks "which apple product or service do you need assistance with?"
I say "Apple Configurator" and then it takes me through to that department.
Now when I ring up, you get 6 options, none of which are what I need, it takes me through to another department who say that there is no longer a support department for this area.
If this is the case then I am very very shocked as those guys are extremely helpful and Configurator is a rapidly growing area due to the popularity of iPads in schools.
If anyone could provide me a phone number/other information to contact this department that would be extremely helpful.

I am trying to install windows 7 on my macbook pro 13", when i run bootcamp it tells me that there is not a windows support software available for my computer. Where can i get the windows support software for my macbook?

Apple provides their framework for Windows to run on a Mac, a piece of software called a Hybrid MBR that bridges the gap between how Windows reads the drive partition table (MBR) and EFI/GUID partition table that Mac's use.
It doesn't mean Windows can't run on your Mac, a third party solution called rEFIt will also bridge the gap and allow booting of more that just Windows, Linux as well for a triple booting computer.
Your hardware has to meet the other requirements the second and third operating system needs as as being able to install drivers that will work for your hardware, especially the fans or they will run loud and fast by default.

This above is a advanced procedure which requires knowledge how computers and various operating systems, drive formats and so forth work.
I even admit I don't know everything myself, but I experiment on a separate piece of Mac hardware (out of warranty/AppleCare) designed for this purpose so in case something screws up I'm not taking down my only machine and can use the other to get online and find solutions.
There is a very high potential for losing your data if your using advanced/non-Apple methods to install Windows on your only Mac where Apple doesn't support it. Also one shouldn't be doing this on Mac hardware that is under AppleCare or warranty as it might be voided. Proceed at your own risk and education. -

I went to http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1925 and did a complete removal and reinstallation of iTunes. You MUST follow the directions here exactly...it's more than just iTunes that must be removed, and it MUST be done in the order in which the support article says. I followed the exact instructions, and iTunes is back on my machine (no more C runtime error) and you do NOT lose your music...it's all in my library, as it was before.

How do I download the Windows Support Software for MacBook Mid-2010 ?
Hey guys, I've got quite a big problem at the moment... In December, I bought a MacBook7,1 (the Mid-2010 Unibody model) and used my OS X install disc whenever I wanted to install Windows XP/Vista/7 drivers to my Boot Camp partition. However, I've recently got quite a bit of a problem...
See, I can't find my OS X Install Disc. So I have to use, from within the Boot Camp Assistant, the "Download the Windows support software for this Mac" function, to be able to burn to DVD/install to a USB stick.
Now, this function up until recently used to work completely fine - no issues at all. However I need to reinstall my Windows 7 (again, I know, Windows has quite a few problems but I really do need to use it for what I do - gaming, etc) again, and whenever I try this option in the last... week, I'd wager, it comes up with "Download could not be continued" and "The Windows Support Software is unavailable" errors.
I've checked on this forum and some people are saying that Apple removed the support software for some Macintosh computers? What on Earth? What about us lot who don't have our OS X install discs anymore?! I don't think it's fair they've specifically gimped a functionality that was working fine until a bit ago for no apparent reason. It's just... stopped working. Is this for everyone?
Is there some alternative I can use? I've tried everything. I don't have someone I could just borrow the OS X install disc from and I think it's rather unfair if they expect to me to shell out for an OS X install disc again when I could previously do what I wanted for free!!!The point isn't whether I lost them, the point is that I was able to use the Boot Camp Assistant previously fine to download the Win Support Software and put that on a USB stick (which has since been formatted for other usage).
Since this was made available as an option, I haven't really had much need for the OS X install discs (Unless I really, really needed to reinstall OS X at some point but I have no reason to fear that right?). To claim this being "okay" because I've misplaced the discs is rather outrageous. -
Hi - I recently purchased a new iMac. I have a registered cs5 design premium package which is an upgrade - I have no disc for cs4 but have the qualifying serial number for it. I have installed cs5 via download onto my iMac but it is not accepting the serial number. Can anybody help. Does anybody else think that Adobe will loose a lot of customers by not providing any chat or call support for cs5 users??

It seems there are many different APN's for iPhone batteries. What are the proper part numbers for the 3G and 3Gs? Does it matter what the iOS is?
The only supported source for iPhone batteries is Apple. Take it to an Apple store and they will replace the battery for $79. There are no officially supported batteries available from other sources; all of them are aftermarket replacements. The version of iOS doesn't matter. If you really want to install an aftermarket battery go by the reputation of the seller; that's the best you can hope for. Note that if you replace it yourself Apple will no longer service or support your phone.

You'll have to purchase another copy of the OS X 10.6 'Snow Leopard' disc, because that disc is the only source of Boot Camp 3.0 drivers.
