The "application" and "home" tab in the CC on my desktop just keep loading.
Hi,
I pressed "download trial" on the Premiere Pro website and it immediately transfered me to the CC app on my desktop. However, the "home" and the "application" tab just keep loading (it has been doing that for about an hour). Is that because it is already downloading the Premiere or is there something wrong with the CC?

hello i hav an ipad mini and i was in the middle of the ios 8 update and i held the sleep and home button at the same time to cancel the update and now it wants me to connect to itunes i dont no how to do that can someone pleaze help me?
RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -
One day I was going to download music from my laptop to my ipod, I was able to download all the songs I wanted but later when I try to charger my ipod it wouldn't let me. The next day I bought a new charger but it still didn't charger. I try pressing the power And home button at the same time but it still wouldn't turn on or charger.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I am having trouble with my iPad, i can start it, but the iPad does not work. i tried to use the power and home button at the same time, the apple logo appears, but the iPad does not work. What am I suppose to do?
After the Apple logo appears, what happens then? Can you hear any sounds or if you tap on the screen, does it seem like apps can open or are you just seeing a black screen? You might have a hardware problem, but you can try restoring the software and see what happens.
Read this in its entirety before you do anything. Make sure you read the sections at the end about using recovery mode.

My sons iPod touch stopped working, it won't charge in a docking station and the computer/itunes won't recognize it when connected. We have tried holding the power and home button at the same time for several seconds, and the screen still stays black. Thanks!
Hello skdog I possibly think your ipod touch is black because it has not charged. If your dock is broken it might just mean the dock will be broken and so might be the USB port. You should see an Apple shop nearby and hand it over and see what they can do. I hope this information works!

I downloaded the Creative Cloud. I went to the section of the application and did not find the program Adobe Premiere. Tell me how and where I download a trial version of this program?
Hi Dmirtiyter, I suspect that you have a windows computer and seems you have a 32 bit system and that's the only reason you are not getting a download option for Premiere Pro as its a 64 bit Program.

my ipad is on an infinite loop. I used ios7 for a few days and then did updates on some of my apps. that's when the infinite loop started. I have tried pressing the power and home button at the same time, but it doesn't work. Please help!
I even tried some hints posted for ios6 (turn off Ipad, holding home button and plugging in power cord at the same time and then releasing the home button)
I did manage to get a different screen that shows the itunes icon and a power cord, but nothing happens.You were on the right track. You got the connect to iTunes screen and you ended to use iTujes to restore your iPad. Try recovery mode again.
Recovery Mode Instructions
Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad. -
Apps tab in creative cloud desktop just keeps loading and apps wont download
I've uninstalled and installed creative cloud desktop 4 times now. Each time the same thing keeps happening. When I try to download an app it just keeps loading and loading and loading. Please help.

For the last two months, when i am working some league of legends music (i think it is) pops up in the background and the only way i can turn it off is by restarting the computer. It is driving me nuts. Why does it do this when i've deleted the application ages ago and how do i fix my computer?

Same thing happened to me today. I wasn't even using the phone for the past 6 hours and suddenly I can't connect to the internet, none of my internet apps would work - nothing. I tried to call AT&T from the iphone and it locked up - couldn't turn it off, change to the home screen - nada - brick.
Did the Home/Power button thing and that worked but this I've only had this phone for about 4 weeks and it's locked up more times than my 3GS did the whole two years I had it! Ridiculous -

If it was working but now fails, it could be a problem with your catalog.
I would suggest you try repairing and optimizing it
Load the organizer
From the File menu, select Catalog - that should open the Catalog Manager.
Select you current catalog and click on the Repair button
When that has finished, click on the Optimize button
When that is done, click on the Cancel button to close the Catalog Manager.
If it crashes before you can get into the Catalog Manager, start the organizer while holding down the shift key - that should go straight into the Catalog Manger - resume at step 3 above.
If after repairing, you still get it crashing, then try the next test.
Start the organizer while holding down the shift key so that you enter the Catalog Manager.
Click on the New button (top right) and enter a new name (TestCat or something) and click on OK button.
That should create a new empty catalog. You can see if that says up for more than a minute. You could try importing a few images but I suggest that you don't do anything with them.
If that stays running then we know it is the catalog - otherwise it is the application.
