The apps on mac apps store not resumable download
I have bought hitman,,,, it take 20 GB of the apps,,,, i downloaded 4, 5 to 7 GB then i stop it,,, next time i open mac apps store, why download start from the first?
You have system sounds muted. The button just above the volume control on the upper right hand side of your iPad can mute system sounds, OR it can lock screen orientation. Move it up to see what you've got it set as (you'll see a box in the middle of the screen that tells you). If you have lock screen orientation selected, double tap hour home button to bring up the task bar (most recently used apps). With your finger, swipe the task bar apps all the way to right, revealing a mute icon on the far left side. Touch it and you'll turn system sounds back on.

If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.

What's going on with the App Store not able to update any apps 2015?
Apple is having server problems affecting App Store, iTunes, iCloud, etc…
Check the Apple Service Status(***) page… http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ Wait for all systems to show green.
Here is what Apple's message says…
Multiple Store Services - All users are affected
Customers may be unable to make purchases from the App Store, iTunes Store,
iBooks Store, or Mac App Store.
iCloud Mail - All users were affected
Users may have been unable to access iCloud mail.
iCloud Account & Sign In - All users were affected
Users may have been unable to sign in.
This means no downloads, updates, iCloud and other issues. You may get pop-up windows asking you for password for iCloud, etc…
Try again after it's all green on status page. -
An app I purchased and downloaded directly to my Ipad is missing and not in my app files on my PC. When I go to the app store to re-download it I can not and the app says I have already downloaded it. How do I get my app back?
You should be able to copy it from your iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases, or you should be able to re-download it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes Store home page - if that says that it's already downloaded, then that implies that it's already on your computer

Why does the apps store not accept my ID and password, it works fine to log into this forum and it works for the apple store, but not to log in to buy apps, it just keeps telling me that the id or password is wrong, and I know it isn't

Why is the app store not synced with icloud? Have so many logins and cannot login to one or the other sometimes. Wanted the latest updates to an app my friends already got and could not get the update all day long.

Can't download paid apps from the app store. Can download free apps but not paid for apps. Anyone know what is wrong?
If you're using a first generation iPod touch, it is up to date. The higher iOS versions require a newer model.

I have created my apple Id.Now when i m downloading any app it is asking my credit card details.I have made multiple payments while trying to download the app.But the app is not getting downloaded,it is showing the message cannot connect to the i tune store.What should i do to download the applications.
Ok, first of all don't keep purchasing the application, and if you've purchased it multiple times, contact iTunes billing department immediately. They SHOULD only send one actual confirmation in and the rest of the "pending" charges will drop off (how long that takes is up to your credit card company, not iTunes), but you should be sure.
Second, sometimes when they are uploading a lot of new stuff at certain times it can cause the store to screw up, or any number of other reasons could be a factor why you can't connect to the iTunes store, be it on their end or on your end even. Wait a little bit and try again via "Check for available downloads" or via your "Purchased" option on the iTunes store main page.
IF the app you purchased isn't there and you are sure your credit card was charged, then you will need to contact iTunes to find out why you can't download the app. -
I have recently purchased some apps from the app store and after downloading them, the icon that appears in the dock changes to a different icon. It is now the same icon appearing on all newly downloaded apps. Does anyone know what is happening here? Even updating an older game app resulted in the original game icon changing to the new identical icon that all new apps are appearing with. This new icon is like a page with a ruler, pencil and paintbrush. Any tips on how to stop this or how to revert to the icon as it appears on the app store would be appreciated.

Manage Storage.
1. What am I deleting specifically when this message appears "Are you sure you want to turn off CNN backups and delete the backup data from the cloud?
2. If I have the app turned off for storage in iCloud does this mean the app can not be downloaded to a new device?

Here comes a "BUT" - imagine your kid playing game and getting to level 51 and have to start over from level one. Or imagine that history that you have in your CNN app. That is what icloud backup contains. My 500 scifi books are in one of the app backups and I REALLY do not want to lose it. That is what you would turn off. -
I downloaded the mountain lion from the app store and it downloaded. When i installed the mountain lion it said that the hd disk is broken and cannot be repaired, and the other disk doesnt have enough space! HELP and i cannot return to my desktop with the old sofware so i cant use my computer normaly
This error means that your hard drive is badly corrupt and cannot be repaired by Disk Utility. Since you say you don't have backups, this is very bad news. You may already have lost data irrevocably.
First order of business needs to be backing up whatever you can, but this may be difficult to do if the machine won't start up any more. See step 1 of the following post:

48 Hours ago I started to upgrade to Mountain Lion on a now 10 day old IMac - 30 minutes ago I got the email with the content code and redeem code for the download from the app store - it said download was happening, but nothing happened for 30 min - HOW DO I (or you) FIX IT!?
This is a User's Forum, yelling at us won't help. You have 90 days of customer support via telephone. Use them as they can interact with their system and hopefully get you back on track. Otherwise take it to them at the Genius Bar and have them make it good.

I downloaded this free music downloader app in the App Store and I downloaded music but, every time a song ends it doesn't switch to the next song!!Whys that??
Go back to the App Store app and find the app you're having problems with. Then look in the description for the contact info for the developer. You might also find an email link within the settings of the app. Contact the developer to find out if they are working on this issue.

I purchased an app when I had my iPhone 4s. I went to the app store to re download the app and I was charged for the app again after I downloaded the app.
IPhone and iPad have different formats. You would have to purchase the iPad version. This isn't true of all apps, some work on both iPad and iPod/iPhone (like most games).
