The Apps tab does not load.

Just signed up for creative could. I just get a spinning dial but no applications to download. All of the other tabs (home, assets, community) load the information.
Any help would be great.

I am having the same issue. I just purchased this membership and the desktop App screen has done nothing but display a spinning wheel for over an hour. Tried restarting my computer - which required me to force quit CC - and still get nothing but the wheel.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I opened Google Chat in a tab and pinned it as an App Tab, but the App Tab does not "glow" when new message arrives in Google Chat.

I am running Firefox 4.0.
I opened this page for Google Talk (http://talkgadget.google.com/talkgadget/client), signed in, and initiated a chat with one of my contacts.
Then, I pinned the tab (containing the above chat page) as an App Tab.
According to the documentation for Firefox 4, when the contents of an App Tab's page is changed, the corresponding tab is highlighted.
However, when a new chat message arrives in the Google Talk page (that corresponds to the pinned App Tab), the tab is not highlighted.
App Tab highlighting works for Gmail, and other web pages (i.e., when other web pages are pinned as App Tabs the corresponding tab is highlighted when the contents of the page changes), but App Tab highlighting does not work for the Google Talk page. Is this a bug in Firefox 4?

@cor-el: I think you are correct ... App Tabs do not glow when the content of the page changes (which would result in the tab "glowing" when a new Google Talk message arrived) ... but App Tabs only glow when the tab title changes.
I thought about writing a java script (to be used with greasemonkey) to change the tab title when a new message arrives in the Google Talk page .... but the Google Talk page looks like it's Adobe Flash.
I know that there is a "beep" when a chat message arrives, but I wanted some kind of visual notification (like the glowing App Tab) when a message arrives (because my computer is playing music and I don't hear the "beep" when a message arrives).
Any suggestions for getting a visual notification when new Google Talk chat message arrives?

I am having the same problem with illustrator.. Don't want to waste my money on something that doesn't work.

Nope no error message, nothing at all.When I click to download the trial I am prompted to sign in and my download will begin.I sign in, the next page loads stating that Adobe Illustrator is downloading but nothing happens. No download begins anywhere.My CC app opens to the apps window and the loading circle just spins and spins to no avail. Nothing else happens at all. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the CC app. Emptied the Cache... etc. etc. I have downloaded firefox and tried it as well. I am using a Mac OS X Yosemite... I recently upgraded hoping that would maybe help as I had the same problem before I upgraded to Yosemite.

I unlock my phone to load app, using the winscp program from my computer that i transferedthe files as instructed , but the app still does not load . What do I need to do in order to have the app load.

On further attempts. I believe that my earlier post was not the correct description. What I have found is that when Firefox is closed with a web page open on its first tab, the next attempt to open Firefox will cause the symptoms that Lorraine was talking about earlier. Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

I connect my macbook pro to an Epson wireless projector. The macbook can see the projector wirelessly and the image on the macbook is displayed on the projector. However on system ref., the arrangement tab does not show and thus cannot have multiple view.
I am trying to project Pro Presenter on the Epson projector such that I have the detail screen on the macbook and only the screen I want people to see on the projector display. This has not been possible because the arrangement tab on the Display section of the System Preference is not showing. If i tried to search for the arangement, it comes back with the message that there is not other source detected, hence the arrangement tab is not showing.
I have also tried to connect the Epson directly to the Macbook but it still the same result, so its not because it is a wireless connection. Can someone advise me jhow to go around this problem. I have used windows before and it is very easy to extend ptojection on windows, but this system seems to be frustrating to me.

You have to update AA XI to work with AA 2013. You may also have to open the OFFICE tools and enable the add-ons. There is no tool in some of the OFFICE applications. You can check the list in the PDF Maker folder in Acrobat.

The Apps tab does not load.
