thanks for your efforts.

You would need to use iWebSEO to do this. It allows you to add page browser titles, tags and Google analytics to your site to be search engine friendly.
Note, you need to publish your site to a local folder on your desktop first and then upload.

  • Problems with the images displaying incorrectly

    I have done a couple of installs before this of the new Apex 4 deployed on weblogic 10.3.3 with no problems but this one has "stuck a spanner in the works". I have also looked through the forums and was unable to find a solution to the problem I am seeing. I am about to start an SR if no one is able to help on the forums.
    This is my problem;
    I am able to view the individual images in the images directory via the http for e.g. http://hostname.domain:7001/apex/i/date.gif and this displays correctly.
    I am not able to view the http://hostname.domain:7001/apex/f?p=4550:1:2874725903020187 images as they are not displaying.
    In the troubleshooting section of the install guide it mentions;
    A.4 Images Displaying Incorrectly in Oracle Application Express
    If images in Oracle Application Express do not display correctly, you may have more than one definition of the /i/ alias. To address this issue:
    If possible, rename the first instance of /i/ to a different alias name.
    Alternatively, copy the images from the ORACLE_HOME\apex\images directory to the directory defined by the first /i/ alias.
    ** Firstly how do I "rename the first instance of /i/" (how do I find this out?)
    ** How do I "Alternatively, copy the images from the ORACLE_HOME\apex\images directory to the directory defined by the first /i/ alias".
    Thanks to all that reply.
    If any more detail is required please just ask.

    Hi,
    Url where you see image should be
    "http://hostname.domain:7001/i/date.gif"So /i/ should be in server root.
    Sorry , I'm not familiar Apex Listener and those servers you can use with it.
    It might good idea to post question to Apex Listener forum and give all details about server, database and Apex version

  • Some Hebrew HTML displayed incorrectly (left to right) in outlook 2013

    office 2013 with Hebrew language pack on windows 7 professional English version. Some messages in outlook display Hebrew HTML incorrectly (Left to Right). Not all of the message displayed incorrectly but just some parts of it. It offers me to view the
    message in a browser and when I do, the browser displays the message correctly. I've extracted from the source code an example of code that is displayed incorrectly:

    is there a way to fix that?
    (by the way, here it is displayed correctly, right-to-left)

    Hi, If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, before you can use any of the right-to-left features in Microsoft Office, or even
    correctly display right-to-left scripts, you must
    Add an input language and
    enable the keyboard layout for the right-to-left language.
    Please also check if you have set Outlook to use UTF-8:
    1. Click the orange "File" tab in the top left corner of the Outlook 2010 window and click "Options" on the pull-down menu. A new window titled "Outlook Options" appears.
    2. Click the "Advanced" heading on the left side of the window and then scroll to the "International Options" heading near the bottom.
    3. Place a check in the box labeled "Automatically select encoding for outgoing messages" and click "Unicode (UTF-8)" on the drop-down menu.
    4. Place a check in the box labeled "Automatically select encoding for outgoing vCards" and click "Unicode (UTF-8)" on the drop-down menu.
    5. Place a check in the box labeled "Allow UTF-8 support for the mailto: protocol."
    6. Click "OK."
    Please read Right-to-left language features to learn more:

  • Fonts display incorrectly in published page - iWeb 08

    Sorry, another moan / question about iWeb 08.
    I started to create my site with iWeb 06 and upgraded to iWeb 08.
    My published site looks perfect in safari, firefox, opera and omniweb in OSX.
    But in internet explorer and firefox for windows, the fonts in most text boxes do not display properly (reverts to a basic font, not the one specified).
    As far as I can tell, if it is a plain textbox, the text displays incorrectly, but if, for example I add a hyperlink to the exact same box, the font changes to the one I specify. (Also some text boxes with a filled background or a border seem to display correctly).
    Any ideas how to fix this. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I asked the same question about a week ago......what people have told me is edit the border, frame or text in photoshop, if I'm not changing thta part of the page....
    Are your podcast, blogs and photo pages working ok in IE or Nestcape???.......For me in IE the text and the fonts where the problem.......but in Netscape that was ok, but the podcast, nav bar, photos and blogs are not showing.......When I was using iWeb 06 I did not have this problem......

  • Iphone 5s incoming call number displays incorrectly.

    Whenever I call my wife's Iphone from work, the number displays incorrectly on her caller ID.  It is always dropping the third number of the area code, so if my work number was 123-456-7890, then when I call her it shows up on her phone as 124-567-890, it doesn't even show a ten digit number.  So far I have noticed that it only happens when I call her from the landlines at my work.  I also have the exact same iphone 5s on the same carrier and the numbers display perfectly fine on my phone so I feel like it's some setting in the phone.  Before switching to an iphone we had her contacts imported from an old Verizon flip phone, not sure if that has anything to do with it.  Has anyone seen or heard of a similar issue?
    Thanks,
    Dan

    By the way I have completely reset all content and settings several times, tried turning off international assist, tried several suggestions I found online dealing with the sim pin, switched to a different phone to have the same thing happen on that phone also.  I have the same exact iphone 5s and carrier and service plan and the numbers appear perfectly on my phone.  I'm so confused why this is happening.

  • Fix for WebHelp frame display in Mozilla?

    I've checked a number of resources on this topic, including
    Peter Grainge's helpful Website, but I have yet to find a solution.
    When running our WebHelp Help project in Mozilla, the top portion
    of the project frame that separates the navigation and topic
    viewing area from the contents, index, and search tabs is hidden.
    Is there some type of tweak that can be made to one of the
    javascript files to make this portion of the frame display? P.S.
    The JavaScript console in Mozilla reported a number of scripting
    and htm page errors. The errors point to the following files:
    whstart.js, whskin_tbars.htm, whskin_mbrs.htm. Thank you for your
    input.

    You say,
    The missing frame is a HUGE sore spot with our overseas
    colleagues who see this as a significant flaw and would like to
    have it fixed.
    I'm not sure I understand what's missing.
    In lieu of a picture, here's a list of window and frame
    components I see in Firefox (Netscape is substantially the same;
    Opera is a little different.):
    1. The Firefox browser window, with toolbars, status bar,
    etc. as specified in the browser's View menu.
    Inside the window:
    2. The main WebHelp toolbar across the width of the window.
    2a. A background image or color of my choice in the toolbar.
    2b. Contents, Index, Search, Glossary, "About" buttons, any
    that I specified in the single source layout.
    2c. A custom logo/button that I built into the skin in RH.
    2d. A horizontal frame rule between the main toolbar and the
    topic, visible in IE, is missing in Mozilla and the other browsers.
    3. The Navigation frame at left.
    3a. The minibar heading, in a background color or image of my
    choice (requires a patch in whskin_mbars.htm) and a thin bottom
    border.
    3b. The "Hide" X icon (requires one of those patches)
    3c. Triangle icons for browsing foward and back, if I built a
    browse sequence (requires one of those patches).
    3d. The selected listing -- Contents, Index, whatever.
    3e. A vertical frame rule between the left and topic frames,
    matching the horizontal frame rule above the topic.
    4 The topic frame
    4a. The topic header, if any.
    4b The topic. with scrollbars if needed
    4c The topic footer, if any.
    So, please explain, what's missing in your WebHelp that is "a
    HUGE sore spot "?

  • The song titles are displayed incorrectly, how do I fix this?

    Ever since an update of itunes a couple of months ago, the titles have been displayed incorrectly in my library. I listen to a lot of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese music and after the update the information turned into squares. I went online and tried the much given solution of converting the id3 tags. This resulted in all my songs (even the english ones) turning to Chinese script when I reversed unicode, which was solved by reversing it again. However after trying all the id3 versions I am now left with a part of my songs being displayed as ?????? and with the other, largest part having the correct names but with the symbol Ƞ spread throughout the titles, which is annoying to say the least.
    Other programmes on my computer display the different scripts just fine, and I have Japanese and Korean installed so as to be able to write it. The songs are also still displayed correctly if I acces them in their folders.
    I am kind of losing hope after trying to find a solution on the internet for a while now, and have even re-installed itunes completely, to no avail.
    If anyone has any suggestions or possible solutions, I'd be very grateful.

    Hi Treenr3,
    Sounds like you have been on the right track with regard to troubleshooting this issue. It may be worth going over the font troubleshooting in the following article, just to double check (it refers to a previous version of iTunes, but the troubleshooting steps should be similar).
    iTunes 9: Font text is incoherent or appears in a different language

    It may also be worth trying some isolation troubleshooting in new test user account with just a couple of the tracks that are having issues to see if it persists.

  • The window title bar displays incorrectly after publishing a flash file.  Captivate 4

    When I open the .htm file after using the Flash option to publish, the wrong title displays in the title bar at the top of Internet Explorer's window; instead it displays a former file name.  I was told that the window name is determined by the field located here: File> Document Info> Project Name; however, this is not the case on my PC.  My coworker is able to publish it correctly, but I am not.  The first picture below is the IE title bar and the second is where (I think) that title bar pulls from, Project Name.  Please notice that mine differ.  Any suggestions?

    I've run into this issue in CP4 as well though I've never been sure why it happens. It looks like you're opening the swf through a browser to so, for want of a solution, the easiest workaround is the edit the html file.
    open it in a text editor such as Notepad.
    Five or six lines down you'll find the title element which defines the title as it will display in your browser titlebar:  <title>This text is the title that displays in your browser title bar</title>
    Just change the text the the title you want and save the html file.
    If you go with this solution, I suggest that when you are publishing the project again you deselect the option "Export HTML" in the publish wondow. Otherwise you will have to edit your html file each time you publish.
    Hope this helps.

  • Programmatic to change the Frame title

    Hi all
    It's not possible programmatic to change the Frame title. Is there any way (not-documented) to change it?

    If I am understanding your question, you could do this:
    Set_Window_Property('WINDOW NAME', TITLE, 'ANY TITLE');
    I have used this on the When-New-Form-Instance trigger.
    Edit: Sorry I miss-read your question. My solution is for the window's title not the frame.
    Sure wish there was a way to delete my incorrect post.

  • Changing the titles of all frames in a running application

    Hi All,
    I've got a 50+ frame application. I have realized that I need to update the frame titles for all the frames based upon some event that can be initiated by any of the frames. Each frame title will be different but will incorporate a bit of knowledge about the event. (Note that when I use the term "event", I'm using it in the normal English language sense, not a Java language sense!)
    I've been considering a few approaches and most look either stupid or a whole lotta' work! I'm looking for how to do this the "right way." ...I don't have a broad enough experience to know what's "common" regarding application architecture, but here's what I've got:
    A "Master" class kicks things off. It instantiates a few things like a database connection and so forth, and then it starts a MainFrame that appears on the users screen. The MainFrame, and all of its children, are actually of a class that's an extension of JFrame.
    It's my supposition that I'd like to create some kind of frame pointer holder in the Master, and all frames "register" themselves. When an event occurrs that warrants changing the frame titles, the Master walks the collected frame pointers and directs the titles be changed, as appropriate. ...OR... Is there already a collection of "children" of the master? How would I get that list and how would I walk it looking for a frame?
    Another idea is to be able to send some kind of notification to each frame and say, "Go Update Your Title!"
    Example code GREATLY appreciated!
    Thanks much,
    Richard

    ... While looking into doing this EventObject thing, I noticed that EventObjects are a heavyweight version of what I want... What it really boils down to is:
    Master defines:
    private static Master M = null;
    Vector myChildren = new Vector();
    Then in the constructor:
    M = this;
    Then in a method:
    Vector v = (Vector)myChildren.clone;
    for (int i=0; i<v.size(); i++;)
    ((JFrame)v.elementAt(i)).updateTitle();
    In each JFrame (in my case, in the class that extends JFrame):
    M.addElement(this);
    and in the right place
    M.removeElement(this);
    Oh yeah, and don't forget a method to set the frame title!...
    public void updateTitle()
    this.setTitle("whatever");
    ...That's it! WAY easier than all that foolishness with declairing your own event listeners and everything... For my needs, this was the way to go!
    Regards,
    Richard

    I changed my header in iweb and when I published the site the font had shrunk and it displayed incorrectly. It was only on my home page, not on others. I have iweb 3.0.4. Help!?!?

Once I went home and used my connection eveything worked fine.

  • How can I change the frame around a title created with the Rectangle Tool?

    In PrE 7, I have been creating titles (e.g.: Title > New Title > Default Still, etc.) for a long time and using the many ways to manipulate the text (type, color, size, animation, etc.). Today, I tried to use the Rectangle Tool (or the Ellipse Tool, or the Line Tool) and they created a beautiful 'frame' (like a picture frame: artistically designed and colored) and I can change the background color within the frame and place any text (also background picture, etc.) in it. However, I couldn't find any way to change the 'frame' or the general style of these title objects. Is there any way to do this, or this is the only design that can be created with these tools? I would greatly appreciate any help (couldn't find any in this u2u site). Thanks, Laci.

    Laci,
    Yes, you can apply Styles to several Rectangles (or other Shapes), to simulate a "frame." The Styles should appear as Text in the Styles Panel. Since you are working with Shapes, but viewing the Styles applied to Text, it is not perfectly intuitive as to what those Styles look like with the Shapes.
    Personally, I find that doing things like "frames" in Photoshop and then Importing the PSD's into PrE is far, far easier. In that case, I would place the PSD on Video Track 1 (unless I wanted it to appear superimposed over my Video (like a PiP), and then do the text in a PrE Title, and place it above the PSD.
    Here is an example:
    This is a simple "picture frame" created in PS. I used a still image, instead of text in this case. These could be "wood-grained," "granite," etc.
    Much more control and tons of Effects and Filters that can be applied.
    Good luck,
    Hunt
    PS - that is from PrPro, so the GUI will look quite different, but things work the same way.

  • Panel doesn't display properly until I resize the frame

    Hiya folks,
    I'm currently trying to write a simple piece of music notation software. This is my first time using swing beyond a relatively simple JApplet and some dialog stuff. Anywho, I ran into a pretty discouraging issue early on. So far I've got a frame with a menu bar and a toolbar on the bottom border. The toolbar contains a button which should draw a new staff panel containing 11 panels (potentially more) within it, alternating between lines and spaces. Sort of like this:
    import javax.swing.*;
    import java.awt.*;
    public class Staff extends JPanel {
       private static JPanel nsp1,nsp3,nsp5,nsp7,nsp9,nsp11;
       private static JPanel nsp2,nsp4,nsp6,nsp8,nsp10;
       private ImageIcon image= new ImageIcon(this.getClass().getResource( "icons/treble clef.gif"));
        public Staff(){
        setLayout(new GridLayout(11,1));
        add(nsp1= new NoteSpace());
        add(nsp2= new LineSpace());
        add(nsp3= new NoteSpace());
        add(nsp4= new LineSpace());
        add(nsp5= new NoteSpace());
        add(nsp6= new LineSpace());
        add(nsp7= new NoteSpace());
        add(nsp8= new LineSpace());
        add(nsp9= new NoteSpace());
        add(nsp10= new LineSpace());
        add(nsp11= new NoteSpace());
    static class NoteSpace extends JPanel{
        public NoteSpace(){
        setPreferredSize(new Dimension(this.getWidth(),2));
    static class LineSpace extends JPanel{
          public LineSpace(){
          setPreferredSize(new Dimension(this.getWidth(),1));
          public void paint(Graphics g) {
              super.paint(g);
              g.drawLine(0, (int) super.getHeight()/2, (int)super.getWidth(), (int)super.getHeight()/2);
    }Anyway, this panel displays as a tiny box wherein nothing is visible until I resize the frame. Really frustrating. And I have have no idea what the problem might be. Here's the actionlistener:
    jbtcleff.addActionListener(new ActionListener (){
            public void actionPerformed (ActionEvent e){
                staff.setBounds(50,panel.getHeight()/2,panel.getWidth()-50,panel.getHeight()/2);
                panel.add(staff);
                staff.repaint();
            });...which is located in a custom jtoolbar class within the Main class, an extension of JFrame:
    public class Main extends JFrame{
       JMenuBar jmb=new CustomMenuBar();
       JToolBar jtb= new CustomToolBars("ToolBar");
       static boolean isStaff=false;
       static boolean isNote=false;
       static JPanel panel = new JPanel();
       private static Staff staff= new Staff();
        private static Toolkit toolkit= Toolkit.getDefaultToolkit();
       private static Image image=toolkit.getImage("C:/Users/tim/Documents/NetBeansProjects/ISP/src/MusicGUI/icons/treble clef.jpg");
        private static Cursor noteCursor = toolkit.createCustomCursor(image,new Point(0,0),"Image");
       public Main (String m) {
            super(m);
            setJMenuBar(jmb);
            getContentPane().add(jtb,BorderLayout.SOUTH);
            panel.setLayout(new CardLayout(60,60));
            getContentPane().add(panel);
    public static void main (String[]args){
            JFrame frame= new Main("Music");
            frame.setSize(800,400);
            frame.setLocationRelativeTo(null);
            frame.setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
            frame.setVisible(true);
            frame.setIconImage(image);
           Sorry for all the code. I'm desperate.
    Thanks!

    Oh my... have you been through the Swing tutorial?
    Let's look at some of your code,
    static class NoteSpace extends JPanel{
        public NoteSpace(){
        setPreferredSize(new Dimension(this.getWidth(),2));
    static class LineSpace extends JPanel{
          public LineSpace(){
          setPreferredSize(new Dimension(this.getWidth(),1));
          public void paint(Graphics g) {
              super.paint(g);
              g.drawLine(0, (int) super.getHeight()/2, (int)super.getWidth(), (int)super.getHeight()/2);
    }Here, NoteSpace and LineSpace are being set to a preferred size of 0x2 pixels, and 0x1 pixels respectfully. If you want them at 0 width, how do you expect them to show? In particular, NoteSpace isn't doing anything special. It's just a panel. Why an inner class? Lastly you should not override paint() for SWING. That's AWT stuff. For Swing, you override paintComponent(Graphics g) .
    Then we have this
    jbtcleff.addActionListener(new ActionListener (){
            public void actionPerformed (ActionEvent e){
                staff.setBounds(50,panel.getHeight()/2,panel.getWidth()-50,panel.getHeight()/2);
                panel.add(staff);
                staff.repaint();
            });I'm not sure what the variable jbtcleff is, but it seems you are adding your Staff panel to "panel" every time a button is pressed.... why? Why not just add it once (outside the action listener) and be done with it. Your panel object has a CardLayout, so I assume you meant to create a new+ staff panel everytime a button is pressed, and then add it to the card layout panel. Even so, setBounds(...) does not seem pertinant to this goal. (In fact, in most situtations the use of setBounds(...) is the antithesis of using layout managers).
    The problem you mentioned though seems to be related to the use of a JPanel (your Staff class) that adds zero-width compontents to a grid array.
