The Bob Dylan Movie on iTunes Store won't transfer after purchase

I have used iTunes Store for years and have no problem of transferring music and videos to my iTunes. However, I recently purchase the Bob Dylan movie on iTunes and it keeps coming up with an error 50 that says check connectivity to the network. The connectivity is fine and other purchased songs and television shows I can transfer. However, I have paid for the Bob Dylan movie and it will not transfer and comes up with that dialog box and error 50 each time. I have the latest version of iTunes for my iPhone. Can someone please assist and does anyone know an email or telephone number for customer service for iTunes since I can't seem to find anything on the web. Thank you for your assistant and time.

In iTunes on your computer, go to Store > Authorize This Computer from iTunes' menu. Have your dad (or you, if you know it) enter his Apple ID and password. Then sync again.

ITunes Store won't work after 7.2 installation!!!

I just installed iTunes 7.2 and now there iTunes store won't work! It says there's a connection problem and to check the connection. Normally when it says that, Internet Explorer doesn't either (but this time IE does work, I've been on apple support all day trying to fix this!!) I've tried everything it said to do and it's still not working!!! I had just installed 7.1 days before (I had the installer, I just never got around to installing it until I got a reminder for 7.2) and everything was fine. Then after I installed 7.2 I was told that the store wasn't working and we thought it was cuz IE wasn't working. Please help!!!!!

I just purchsed new movies from iTunes store but to transfer to my ipod, it says it will delete 5 other movies from my other pc. Any ideas?

I have an ipod classic 160gb and it has 145gb available
I have 4 pcs authorized. 1 for each of my family members when I visit. I had recently purchased several movies from the iTunes store before leaving florida, now here in Maryland. I decided to purchsed more. when I attempt to upload from the itunes library to my ipod movies, it gives me a window error explaining:
"This ipod is currently linked to another iTunes library. In order to copy the movie Goonies to this ipod, you must link this ipod with this iTunes library. Doing so will remove 5 movies including Trading Places from this iPod."
Well, this is unaccectable since all my other movies, including the 5 it wishes to remove are on my home PC in florida. All the movies were purchased from iTunes yet only my recent purchases show up in the library folder - which makes no sense unless it auto deletes itself after a period of time?
I have copied the movies from the library folder to this pc just in case but I cannot find a way to copy or backup my ipod to my PC just in case itunes wipes my movies.
Any help or ideas?

ITunes store won't load after upgrading to iTunes 9

Ever since I upgraded my iTunes to the new iTunes 9, I can't get iTunes store to load. I've gone through the troubleshooting, and even ran a repair iTunes and then uninstalled and re-installed the iTunes. Nothing has worked. It only loads part way with just blue boxes with ? marks in them and names of songs/artists. Plain white background and none of the links that do show go anywhere. I get this message when I try to click on a link: We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (306). There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later.

My daughter has iTunes 8.2.0.23 on her laptop and she could sign in with her own id and my id - so obviously there is a problem with version 9
I've uninstalled iTunes 9 and Apple Mobile Device Support thru Add/Remove programs
Installed iTunes 8.2.1.6
Removed library file made in version 9
Opened iTunes 8.2.1.6 and successfully signed into iTunes Store
Still cannot get onto iTunes via a Touch or 2 iPhones!!!
Added all my music back onto iTunes and it is working PERFECTLY
WON'T be upgrading to version 9

ITunes store won't open after Update - NO Error message!

Hello everyone!
This morning I updated my iTunes to 11.1 upon being prompted (when I tried to connect my new iPad Mini). I run Mac OS X 10.6.8. The macbook also updated other softwares (auto update). I restarted my laptop, and now the iTunes just won't open. The first time I click it in the dock, the icon would just bounce thrice before settling down, and then nothing happens. Upon clicking again, it would bounce just once, but nothing opens. There is no error message either.
I have tried restarting, and also tried software update for the OS. I have checked the parental controls and administrative powers for the user.
Kindly help!

Jason,I used the troubleshooting link you gave and so far have 1.Fixed Digital Signing for Windows drivers.(didn't help) 2.Removing Itunes configuration files.
In this one I was told to delete the SC info.sidb file (I didn't have one of these when I got to the folder where it was supposed to be)The thing I haven't done is the mscofig.instruction. I was saving it for last as it sounded like it could really make a lot of changes to my computer.The Itunes installation icon is still on my desktop so I clicked on it and there was a link that said it would repair missing or damaged files in the Itunes software. It didn't help either. I can click on Itunes all day long and it won't open.I can't access the library either. I am going to do the last step you suggested and uninstall my security software and see if that helps. I appreciate all the help Jason.

Had my iMac upgraded to 10.4.11 after some problems. Works well... except now, iTunes store will not connect... when I try to connect to store I get message saying, "Can not complete request - Itunes store may be busy...check internet connection and try again later."
Worked fine before upgrade.

Cannot Access iTunes Store on Apple TV2 after purchase

I cannot access iTunes Store on apple TV2. I purchased a movie, but when i got to watch it after it shows up as "Rented" it just sits at the screen "Accessing iTunes Store". Never times, out or produces error message. Internet is working fine, my account is fine.
If i launch an iTunes Store Trailer, it plays fine. Just my rented material does not play. Also, my Netflix account does the same thing from Apple TV2. While accessing Netflix on my laptop there is no problem. ***!

Having exactly the same problem. I have completed a reset, rebooted all my equipment and completed a software update, but after I have purchased 2 movies, and have them appear as "rented", I cannot get them to load without waiting a hour. Then, if I leave the movie, I have the same problem all over again. I also cannot access the iTunes store.

New buys from iTunes Store won't transfer to iPod

Earlier I posted about losing 1 authorisation because of changing the motherboard of my computer. Once I found out how to authorise the new one all seemed oke again; authorisation error disappeared.
However I've found I'm missing over 50 tracks on my iPod.
They still are in the iTunes Library though. I bought about 10 more tracks yesterday and synchronised my iPod. The songs did not get transfered. They have been selected in the iTunes Library. I'm lost.
How come some earlier and some newly bought tracks don't get synchronised no more? Only things that have happened is
A. I changed my motherboard (but authorised the computer again after doing so)
B. I re-installed lates version of iTunes (7.3.2.6)

I did reset the iPod back to factory settings, and after that all selected tracks in my iTunes Library were properly synchronised again.
Still wondering though if there'd been a less 'drastic' measure.

Any ideas on how to fix ipad after the new iOS 7 update? My battery will not charge, my ipad is hot to the touch, the iTunes Store won't open, and my messages on Facebook aren't showing up when I chat and pintrest won't pin to my boards.

If you have all your music on the cmputer then i would connect up my phone uncheck the Sync Music option and apply.
This should take all the music off your phone .Then you can resync the music back on to it.
If this doesn't work maybe a restore to factory settings and start from scratch is the way to go

Initially your music should be in your iTunes library on your computer. Once match completes its scan, your music will have been matched or uploaded. I suggest that you add iCloud status column to song view. This will tell you what has been matched, uploaded, purchased, inelligible, duplicate or waiting. What is the status of your tracks that are not playing.
If space is not an issue, I suggest that you keep the music on the internal hard drive otherwise you can delete the tracks and play from cloud. In both instances, you should maintain a back up of all your music on a separate hard drive.

I had the same thing yesterday. After google gave me nothing and after I was sure my phone had enough charge to restart, I did a reset on my phone...
Holding down the Power button, volume button and selector button on the front - for about 30 secs (or untill I knew the beeping had stopped).
I cant remember if I then restarted it or it it restarted itself, but now its back to normal! No memory loss from the phone either.
Freeked me out as its a new iphone 4s but glad to have it back! Without having to take it to get fixed by a pro.

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.
