You did not mention how you have Windows installed on your computer, however lets get tot he point. There are 2 major methods, using Boot Camp or virtualizaiton software such as Parallels or Fusion. Either way, you should post in those forums. If you use Boot Camp then post in the Boot Camp forum, if you use Virtualization app then navigate to their forums and post your question there.

Can you see the Canon EOS camera and image files using Windows Explorer? If not disconnect the camera, close all applications' shutdown Windows, and TURN OFF the power to your system and ALL connected devices. Disconnect all phones, iPads, and any other USB devices and restart your system.
Retry Windows Explorer and see if your camera is showing. If so try LR import again.

The Porblem here is the application is seen started in visual administrator.Only restart brings up the page back.

You're welcome, but I didn't do anything. Try closing the camera app completely and reset your iPad and maybe that will help.
In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Infering the user is not actually using Libraries in Windows 10 - greatly optimizing the experience of opening Explorer
Feedback: If user does not have a collection of folders in any Library on install an algorithm in Windows 10 should automatically disable Libraries.
In that case Explorer > Folder Options > General > Navigation Pane > Show libraries should be automatically set to off when creating the user profile for the Windows 10 user for the first time.

I was facing the very same, when trying to sync my MS Project with SharePoint. On first sync between MSP and SP all the names I had assigned in the Project plan were not transferred to the SP list.
I tried to enter the names manually in the SP list (Current View: "Project Task"), but always got the message "The User does not exist or is not unique. Permissions to the SP site are ok and I tried users from different domains, all the same result.
When switching to the view "All Tasks" and edit the list item manually, it works w/o any issue. Not sure why, but at least a workaround for the 1st issue, even though one more step to add a user.
Now I added a few names which were not in my MSP plan before and syncing back did not work. Reason here is the differences of Regional settings. On SP name fields do apear e.g. like this: "Klick, Heiko ; Simpson, Bart". In MSP "Heiko Klick, Bart Simpson".
So in SP the field delimiter is ";" and per default in MSP ",". Once changing this in my local regional settings, the names are getting synced back.
The way you setup resources in MSP is important. When picking names from the Outlook Adress book they occur as e.g. "Bart Simpson" and I can not sync between MSP and SP. When picking the names from Active Directory they get added as "Simpson, Bart"
and everything works well.
I hope this will help others with the same issue.

One of my cameras has an SD card but the other one doesn't have a card that would fit in any of the camera devices I've seen on line. Realted to this, I bought the IPad camera accessory. Can I put the SD card in the device and also hook the external hard drive to the USB port of the accessory and download from the camera to the hard drive? Can I put Lightroom or the Nikon photo editing software on the IPad? Right now I carry a PC laptop and external hard drives with me on wildernes trips. Internet and WiFi are not available. Because I shoot so many photos and they're in RAW I need to download from the camera to the external drive because I run out of memory on the PC (and it has much more memory than the IPad). I have Nikon NX software and lightroom on my PC. I'd love to be able to reduce the weight I carry by using the IPad to edit my photos each night while on trips. Is this possible and how would I do it? I'd appreciate any guidance.

No, the camera connection kit only supports the copying of photos and videos to the Photos app, it doesn't support copying content off the iPad. For your second camera instead of the SD reader part of the kit, does the iPad to camera cable not work with it for direct transfer to the iPad ?
For Lightroom and Nikon software again no - you can only install apps that are available in the iTunes app store on your computer and the App Store app on the iPad, 'normal' PC and Mac (OS X) software are not compatible with the iPad (iOS). There are some apps that perform fairly basic editing functions that are available in the store, but nothing as sophisticated as, for example, Lightroom.

I have been told this error happens because Verizon wants you to use data instead of wifi to browse your phone but as this is happening with a bluetooth connection that does not seem a likely answer unless Verizon is also not willing to let you use bluetooth to browse your phone. hey man, i was getting the same message, with a MacPro 8-core and a MacbookPro, i did this...
1. both has the BLUETOOTH Sharing ON and "Show Bluetooth Status in Bar" ON
(my Require paring is off, don't know if it changes something)
2.in bluetooth preferences, select the device (here MacbookPro) click below in the gear for options than "Configure this device”.
3. when the "Bluetooth Device Set Up" show up, do not click on CONTINUE, instead click on the bluetooth button in menu bar, your device (here my mackbookpro) now has the option for SEND and BROWSE...

I tried that but I get a message afterwards that says that some files were not able to be deleted. When I go to check, none of them were deleted. How can I clean of the SD Card? AFAIK cameras offer their own built-in format utility for inserted SD cards. You should use that. Otherwise, refer to the manual that came with your camera to determine precisely how your SD cards need to be formatted to work properly. Personally, I'd suggest Partition Scheme: MBR, and Filesystem: FAT32.
Try to limit the number of formats you perform on the SD cards, though, as you're reducing their lifespan. I believe formatting causes re-writes to a portion of the SD card that has fewer read/write cycles than the rest of the card as a whole.

Downloaded Lion. Trying to install but the disk does not use GUID.

I tried to install lion on my Macbook Pro and when i try to it says that the disk doesnt use the GUID Partition Table Scheme and to go into Disk Utility and select the disk, click on the partition tab, choose the volume scheme, and click options. It wont let me click options. I was really looking forward to installing lion tonight. Any solutions?

Yes. The installer will only install the basic OS; depending on which installer you have, there will probably be a number of updates to download/install. Cant find CameraRaw plugin (Panasonic Lunix DMC-G6 - RW2 files) for Photoshop 5.5. Loading the pictures via Bridge from the Camera does not convert the RW2 to dng files. With my old Olympus Camere E 420 it worked well.

Damit war aber kein Camera Raw aufrufbar mit den dng oder RW2 Dateien aufrufbar. Mit dem alten "Camera Raw.8bi" können die dng Dateien verarbeitet werden.

I don't believe that Photoshop 5.5 ACR plug-in is getting updates any longer and I don't think the new version, copied into the correct place, will work. The new plug-in is not compatible with the old Photoshop 5.5 as a host app. That forum will know the answer for sure.
