The camera on my iPad 2 will not switch out of video.

I tried to take some photos with my iPad and I cannot get it to switch from video to photo. I am only able to take video. I tried turning the iPad off and then on again but that didn't work. I seldom take photos with it so I don't know how long I've had this problem. Can anyone help me?

To change the Camera mode you must touch the desired mode, say, Photo, and swipe it to the selected positioin. Just touching Photo is not enough.

The bluetooth on my ipad mini will not connect to other devices

my ipad mini will not connect to other bluetooth devices. my samsung galaxy S3 shows that the ipad is paired on the phone but the ipad says that the device is not conncected and to check that the bluetooth is turned on and within range. they are.

ipad bluetooth is limited to devices such as keyboards and maybe headsets. Will not pair with another phone.

If you installed some kind of software to take part in the conference, remove it.
Any third-party software that doesn't install by drag-and-drop into the Applications folder, and uninstall by drag-and-drop to the Trash, is a system modification.
Whenever you remove system modifications, they must be removed completely, and the only way to do that is to use the uninstallation tool, if any, provided by the developers, or to follow their instructions. If the software has been incompletely removed, you may have to re-download or even reinstall it in order to finish the job.
I never install system modifications myself, and except as stated in this comment, I don't know how to uninstall them. You'll have to do your own research to find that information.
Here are some general guidelines to get you started. Suppose you want to remove something called “BrickMyMac” (a hypothetical example.) First, consult the product's Help menu, if there is one, for instructions. Finding none there, look on the developer's website, say www.brickmymac.com. (That may not be the actual name of the site; if necessary, search the Web for the product name.) If you don’t find anything on the website or in your search, contact the developer. While you're waiting for a response, download BrickMyMac.dmg and open it. Back up all data before making any changes.

Trying to remove complex system modifications by hunting for files by name often will not work and may make the problem worse. The same goes for "utilities" such as "AppCleaner" and the like that purport to remove software.

My buddy tried to help me install windows 8 on my new mac book and all he did was put the disc in and now it will not come out and my mac book will not turn off

Force eject a stuck cd/dvd
First try the normal methods to remove the disc. Drag its icon to the Trash can in the Dock or select 'Eject' from the File menu.
If you are running a virtual machine, e.g. VMFusion, ensure that the CD is disconnected from the virtual machine. This will sometimes allow the CD to now show up in Mac OS X.
Shut down the computer and start up whilst holding down the mouse button. This may take some time, but keep your finger on the mouse button right up until the disc comes out or the log-in screen has appeared.
If you have Toast Titanium installed on your computer, choose EJECT DISC from the menubar.
Sometimes you can successfully use the eject disc button in iTunes even if the disc is not visible to the Finder
Open Disc utility and choose the disc you wish to eject in the left-hand pane, then click on the Eject button.
Some Macintoshes have a paperclip hole that you can insert a straightened paperclip into, manually triggering the eject mechanism.
Open Terminal and type "drutil tray eject" to eject the disc/tray, and "drutil tray close" to close the tray.
If your computer has an eject button on the keyboard, restart the computer holding down the Option key. When the startup disk selection screen appears, let go of the option key and press the keyboard's eject button.

I set up my emails coming in on my computer so they would appear on my ipad, the only problem I am having is that sometimes my emails are only coming in on my ipad and not on my computer. Until I open them on my ipad they will not appear on my computer.

I set up my emails so when they arrive on my computer, they would also arrive on my Ipad. The problem I'm having is there are times when an email arrives on my Ipad but not on my computer. Unless I open the email on my Ipad, it will not open on my computer. How can I have the two divices work in unison where the emails arrive on both at the same time?

Both libraries would need to have been setup to use home sharing with the same Apple ID in order for that to work.

You can also install it manually.
Be sure to have the latest download, then open the DMG file (should do so automatic) and grab the plug in file to drag it in the correct place.
This is the path:
Library (That is on root level, not your user account library!) / Application Support/ Adobe? Plug-ins / CS4 / File Formats.
In this folder should only be one version present and it is called "Camera Raw.plugin" Under info it should say version 5.7.

Dead iPad3. Recovered it in iTunes, but still the display is dead and it will not work.

My ipad3 will simply not work. It froze and the display went black.
I've tried to recover it by putting it in recover-mode and connect it to itunes on my computer (Windows 7).
Itunes found the ipad and the recovery worked out fine (according to iTunes info the ipad battery is charged 57%).
However, the ipad still will not switch itself on? I have tried the on/off and home button trick as well as the recover in itunes.
Any other tips?

Airport CD will not come out

I have been trying to eject the AirPort Extreme Disc and it will not come out. I have tried several ways, iTunes, the eject botton on the keyboard, the file menu. When I try to eject it make a little noise and the then the disc disappears off the desktop but it is not ejected. I then have to restart to get it to appear again.
