Hi,
I am trying to display product catalog at sales transaction and I have made the following settings:
1. Created product catalog and indexed to TREX server--I can see the indexes at txn TREXADM and program TREX_RFC_AE_EXAMPLE
2. http://<hostname>:<port>/shopadmin/admin/xcm/init.do---created my own app conf.
3. http://<hostname>:<port>/shopadmin/shopadmin/init.do---created my web shop with the previously created product catalog
When I try to display the catalog; "The catalog that you have selected is currently unavailable" error is displayed.
I have double checked my settings according note #980678.
Checked the Visual Admin settings as follows:
"Go to Cluster->Services->TREX Service and check the entry "nameserver.address". It should have "tcpip://<trex host name>:<name server port>. ex tcpip://mytrexserver:30201."
Does anyone has faced an issue like this?

Hi there,
Are you using staging for the product catalog? If so then you need to activate the index.
Is the catalog and variant active also?
Otherwise check your xcm settings for the web app (b2b or b2c) so its set up for the right IMS settings.

Hello,
We are configuring B2B & B2C scenario in CRM 2007. We have successfully replicated the catalog and indexes are created succesfully and we are able to see that indexes in TREX. We have done the settings according to note number 980678 but still we are getting the error "The catalog that you have selected is currently unavailable; try again later".
Also we are not able to see index category in transaction code 'SRMO'.
In our TREX server we are not having HTTP activated. Whether this is required to access the catalog in CRM 2007. If yes, then issue is we have already having this TREX running for CRM 5.0 and we are using the same TREX server for CRM 2007. We don't want to re-install the TREX server. Is there any way to activate the HTTP in TREX server.
Please suggest the solution.

"Verify that you have selected the right BC4J package"??

Through out the "Dev guide", while describing steps to create Association Objects, view Link, etc, it has been mentioned to "Verify that you have selected the right BC4J package". What does it actully mean? What is the 'right' BC4J package. In various sites(Anil Passi), I have noticed, they have created three packages, server, schema and webui. But, nowhere in the documentation, did I find that these packages need to be created for "custom development". Will I run into issues, if I create packages with a different name? Are there any docs explaning the different right BC4J packages that need to be created. Or is this a basic understanding that all Java Developers know and follow.
Kindly throw some light.

This is not mandatory that you have to create these packages but these are the standards, which need to be followed.
In toolbox tutorial you will find the description about the packages structures.

It stops the program suits the times and I have to make a forced exit!
This puts a very important issue!
We seek the solution in the short term.

Just done: the application crashes trying to export IDML!!!
This is not a good sign. Try moving the pages to another document using the Pages panel menu.
But you should also try copying all the items on one page and pasting them into another document.
Then when you've got a few pages in the new document, try moving or deleting them. Or try exporting as IDML.
Also, build a completely new sample document (doesn't have to be all the information) from scratch and try deleting/moving those pages.
This will help us see if it's just one document or all.

Part of my weekend plan is to dive into my record collection for some serious listening / organization time. According to the Google Doc I have where I keep track of what vinyls I have... I'm up to almost 300. (And that's without cataloging for the past few months.) Somehow, over the past few years... records have become the thing that I have the most of in my life. Hi im a newbie here and i recently bought an iphone from a friend (wahh i know i should have bought it legitly but i wasnt paying that price sorry),
I have a 32 GB Black Iphone 4s and theres a problem.
Yesterday i decided i wanted music on my phone and decided to sync my phone to my itunes and computer..
But lets backtrack first... Earlier in the day i decided to plug a (non iphone heaphone into the headphone port) and much to my ssureprise it worked (all ive ever dealt with is blackberry) unplugged the headphones and a few hours later this is where i synced my phone tried to play music an GASP nothing..in the music app the volume nubs are gray and cannot be moved left or right and no sound is being heard.. also when i tried to check to see if my ringer was going up and down it was displaying the little speaker but not the bar that moves. Read the discussions here and it seemed that we've all been screwed now i love my iphone and all its features only phone ive ever wanted but i would love this to be fixed.
I have tried:
Restting all setting
Hard Reset
Restore
Restore from back
Changing everything imaginable in Setting and nothing has worked
Making a voicenote and i actually got sound and my ringer started to work! YAY right.. WRONG
Cleaning it with nail polish removeer
Brushing it with a brush
Using a paperclip and scraping it
*i did find some fluff but it came out*
After a few futile attempts at trying to play videos and games with sound and getting nothing i have decided its time to put my tail inbetween my legs and hope that someone can help.

My Razr HD will no longer play notification sounds after updating with 4.4.2, it also doesn't use the ringtone that I have selected.

I've tried setting different ringtones, and notification sounds, but it still doesn't work. Any other ideas?

Thanks for confirming CasMcc. Are you stating the notifications are working now? What specific notifications are you having difficulties with? You said calls, messages and media are now working. If something changed it would have to be on the device itself. This issue would not be account related.

'The Disk that you have inserted was not readable by the computer'

My Ipod nano 2g has this message appearing when i connect it. This happened after i restored settings,
When i click initialize and go to disk utility the Verify disk permissions, Repair disk permissions etc are all greyed out.
What can i do to sort this out?
Why is it happening?

Bonjour for windows: "The printer you have selected is no longer available"

Whenever I go to try and set up sharing my imacs printer with wifes windows computer, the bonjour for windows app at first sees my two printers, but as I select them I then get a message stating that "the bonjour printer you have selected is no longer available. Please make sure the printer is powered on and plugged in." It of course is on, powered and plugged in, and receives print jobs from my mac. I have also configured printer sharing in OS X 10.6 to allow for "everyone" to print. Don't get any firewall messages either.
Same problem happens for me when I am trying to connect from windows running under Parallels on my ibook.
Has anyone run across this problem and can offer guidance? I'm running out of hair to pull out!

Problem solved!! Somehow. After being in try everything and anything mode (remove/add printer, update drivers (again), shut down/restart, etc), I think I solved the problem my changing sharing permissions. I still couldn't print though. Kept getting the "printer cannot be contacted over the network" error message. After much searching and reading things I didn't really understand, I noticed I kept running across this statement that Windows 7 does not play well with DHCP and the printer should be assigned a static IP address. I found this forum item that tells simply how to do that: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1725525. The big thing was that it had me add the printer as a local printer where I had been trying to add it as a network printer. I never would have thought to do that. Then you put in the Airport address and that's it. It worked!
This whole thing made it very clear why I moved from Windows to Mac. I should never have had to spend a whole day trying to get a network printer to print. Good luck to everyone having this issue.

With FF 10, when accessing fields: no cursor appears, cannot select text, no visual indication that you have accessed a field.

When clicking in a field to enter text (as in this text box), no visual indicator appears (i.e., blinking cursor) to let you know that you have accessed the field. In addition, when selecting text in the field, there is no indicator that you have selected text (not highlighted). The only way to know is to start typing or to try and cut the text or paste text. It is not intuitive at all.

You may be experiencing this bug that will be fixed in Firefox 10.0.1, possibly released later this week.

I am working in photshop elements 13 organizer, album view, and would like to resequence (rearrange) the photos shown in the album but am unable to do so. My understanding is that you can click on the phots that you want to move and drag it to a new location within the same album. After i select the photo that I want to move and click on the photo, I get a cirlcle with a diagonal throught it and am unable to drag the photo to its new location. What am I doing wrong? I know this should be a simple thing to do. Thanks

In the Elements Organizer 13
The key to all this is to click on/select/highlight the Album that you have created in Local Albums.
Then make sure that the Sort By: (in the row below the highlighted "Media" header is set for Album Order.
You should see a number at the top left of each of thumbnails.
Then, click on the thumbnail that you want to move, hold down the click, and drag the thumbnail to the wanted new location
in the line up of thumbnails.
Often I had to press down hard on the drag.
Please let us know if that worked for you.
Also, in Edit Menu/Preferences/Keyword Tags and Albums/Enable Manual Sorting Options, I set all for manual.
