The CC desktop app is completelly "empty", no menue - no programs/apps
Why can't I see any apps (not even the menue) in this CC desktop app?

You can follow the discussion: creative cloud is blank window why? where this issues is already discussed and stands resolved.
You can also follow the article: Black Screen at Sign-in | Creative Cloud Desktop app where all the steps are mentioned to get this issue fixed.

Has anyone seen the CC Desktop use 100% CPU and show spinning bars on Apps tab?
Yesterday I subscribed to creative cloud. I installed the Creative Cloud Desktop but when I go to the 'Apps' tab all I get are the progress bars constantly rotating. I let it do this for over half an hour but nothing changed. I can see that the Creative Cloud Task is running at over 100%. I am using it on iMac running OS X Mavericks

My iPad no longer appears in the iTunes desktop app, so I can't sync or transfer files?
I also have an iPod Touch. It appears in iTunes but willnot sync... "unknown error 1723"
This is a recent problem. Everything was fine initially, and I don't think that I've done anything to change my setup.

I did made a copy of all my CC programms. for using on my other workstation. now is the CC desktop app not syncing the programme information. it do not see or sync the installed programms properly. what can i do. i do not want to download the hols set. because of a slow connection
If you are getting emails from these forums then you probably accidentally clicked on one of the links on the forums page where all the questions are listed e.g. at the top right of each forum's page there is text box with Actions and Notifications in :

How do I use dual displays to have a full screen app on one monitor and another full screen app or the desktop on the other?
I want to have my itunes visualizer on my TV which is connected via HDMI adapter, and still have access to full screen itunes and my desktop on the main display.
Any suggestions? App downloads that can do this? Please let me know.You can't do it. This has been an issue since Lion.

APP-V 5.0 VDI A Temporary Profile is created when I log into the Virtual Desktop

I'm Enzo , an Italian System Engineer. Together with other fellows we created a test environment :
- a VDI machine (POC-VDI,10.102.94.219, Windows Server 2012 R2) with
RD Web Access, RD Connection Broker, RD Virtualization Host, RD Session Host Installed
The Hyper-V Environment includes :
- DHCP Server (to provide addresses to Virtual Desktop Collections)
- APP-V_5.0_Server , Application Virtualization Management Console 5.0, with 2 published packages (Office 2010 and Open Office 4)
- Sequencer_W8-1, Application Virtualization Sequencer 5.0
- Client_8-1 , Client Windows 8.1 with Application Virtualization Client 5.0
From the Client_8-1 we can download and run the two published packages from the server (user VDI_TEST_1)
The Client_8-1 has been used as the template (sysprep /oobe /generalize /shutdown) for the Virtual Dektop (APP-0 and APP-1)
included in the collection 'APPV' (Pooled, Automatically Manage Virtual Desktop, Roll Back Virtual Desktops Enabled).
I connect to the 'RD Web Access' ( http 10.102.94.219 RDWeb, user VDI_TEST_1) , I then connect to APPV collection .
When I get logged into the Virtual Desktop (APP-0 or APP-1, user VDI_TEST_1), a Temporary Profile is created. Why ?
We configured :

Security SYSTEM Full Control
Network Service
Full Control

EnzoHighly unlikely it has anything to do with App-V.
Start troubleshooting by looking at permissions on shares and folder under the shares for the profile.

Can't install the CC desktop app (MacOSX)
I am signed in to the Creative Cloud on a new MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) running OSX 10.10.2. This is my first install of CC on this laptop.
When trying to install an application, eg Muse or PS, I am prompted to install the CC desktop app.
Which I download and install. While installing, the installation just quits...
I have repeatedly tried to install, 11 times unto now. Tried restarting, etc.
Tried downloading the free trial as a non member, same result.
Tried as another account on my MBP, same result.
Who has a pointer as to what could solve this annoying error ? Someone at Adobe ?? Anyone else ?

JJ do you receive any specific error messages when installing the Creative Cloud Desktop application? Have you utilized the steps listed in Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application?

I have a Iphone and I want to downloa a game but it's over 50MB so it says you must connect to wifi or download from a computer so I downloaded it from the computer and the computer says the downloads done but the app bar is empty and says "waiting.."
Need to Resume download to complete the ongoing Process.
Last Resort, put the iPhone in DFU mode (Google How to do that). Connect in iTunes. Follow on-screen prompts to Restore. All Data would be lost, if not backed up earlier.
To save the photographs you may have to use third party software. Google is your friend. -
I'm trying to install Adobe CC on the 2nd computer, a Macbook and after downloading the CC desktop app I double click to intall. When it looks to be done installing I go to double-click on the ourobouros icon at the top and I am rewarded with the spinning beach all of death. Any suggestions?

Im on the 10.6.8 software and i recently deleted my mac app store and emptied trash and dont know how to get it back now.

Updated to most current version - 6.2. That did not help.
Downgraded to 4.2.1 based on some discussions I read here, but that didn't help either.
Hotsync logs show successful sync when the problem occurs.
Re-syncing repopulates the calendar and gives an error about dates older than 1971.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I can't sync to my files In the CC desktop app Assets/Files/ I hit the "Start Syncing" button and get the waiting wheel, but never get to my files. Up under the gear (settings) icon. it says file synch is off (and greyed out), and I go to Preferences/Files turn the sync to on and close the box, and it still under the gear (settings) icon. it says file synch is off (and greyed out).
Just found another very helpful post from Ben Mordue with the solution:
* Quit the Creative Cloud Desktop app
* In terminal, type:
rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CoreSync/options.tix
When you relaunch the CC desktop app, and press the Start Syncing button, it should work. -
Why does Lightroom 5.7 not show up as an update in the CC desktop app
I got notified of LR5.7 and CR8.7 today in the CC desktop app. There was an update link for BridgeCC and PhotoshopCC but not for LR. If I open LR and check updates it knows about 5.7. WHY? What do I do?
I have the same issue. It has happened before and I recall the "solution" was to uninstall and reinstall.
That's not really a solution, and if it is, then what is the point of having a CC app anyway?
If anyone from Adobe is monitoring these forums, please post a definitive solution. Or better yet, FIX THE BUG.
One of the selling points of buying a CC subscription was that bug fixes would regular and automatic. Yet this bug has persisted since the beginning. -
Don't see LR in the CC desktop app that I just purchased.
I just purchased the creative cloud with photoshop and lightroom. I had previously installed the cc as a trial and had also used a trial of LR months ago. PS cc is fine, but now that I purchased the monthly membership, I am unable to download LR. LR is not even an option on the desktop app. I read other member's questions and tried uninstalling the trial of LR and rebooted, still don't see LR in the CC desktop app. Not sure what to do next. Thanks.

Unable to download any CC content since the CC desktop app does not show any available. The app worked for a while and I did download some programs but now it isn't working at all. Is there a fix for this or another way to download apps, specifically Encore?
Hi there, are you still experiencing this problem with the crossword app? From your post I'm assuming that it is an intermittent problem and the app prints OK some days but not on others? Is that correct?
