The cell I bought [w/ warranty] keeps breaking. BB replaces-and it breaks. Can I get a different 1?
I bought a virgin mobile phone from Best Buy [with a warranty]. It had issues so I took it back and got a new one. That one had issues so I took it back and got a new one. Now it's having issues. Can I just get a different phone?
I have a motorola triumph.
The first issue was that is stopped charging. Virgin Mobile advised me to get a new phone so I went to Best Buy and I got a new phone but kept my old battery and sd card.
But still it wouldn't charge so Virgin Mobile suggested I go back to Best Buy, which I did and then I got a new battery, kept my old SD card.
Now when people call me I sound far away [according to them] and sometimes when I answer a call the screen turns white.
I talked to someone else from Best Buy who basically told me to come in and we can work something out regarding the fact that I don't want another Motorola Triumph. I no longer trust this phone.
I also spoke to Virgin Mobile who said I could work out an exchange with Best Buy and get the HTC Wildfire because it is a comparable phone to the Motorola Triumph and would still work with my $55 unlimited plan.
So I called up my Best Buy and they are holding an HTC for me.
But the HTC is less [price wise] than what I paid for the Motorola Triumph so I'm hoping I can get a credit for the difference of what I paid for the Motorola Triumph at least in Best Buy credits. My fiance shops there often and I'm sure he can think of ways to spend it!
So I plan to go to Best Buy tonight to get the HTC and try that out. I hope I have better luck with it than I had with the Motorola Triumph(s) I've had.

The gallery on my droid razr keeps "unfortunately stopping". Help! I can't get to my pictures.
Any suggestions on why I am unable to open my photo gallery? Every time I attempt to look at pics, it says "Unfortunately the gallery has stopped".
Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
When the iPad has restarted you could then close the Newsstand app completely and see if it works when you re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Newsstand 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Newsstand app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar. -

It's asking you for my apple id password. not going to give that out, sorry.
However I did try this projector on my mother in laws iphone 4 and on my old iphone 3. ipico software isn't needed. plug and play any video through standard movie player or camera saved video.
I tried on my girls iphone 5 with the adapter. The ipico software and projector doesn't work on this phone.
Hope this helped you. Better to buy a used iphone 3 or 4 and use it for video storage.
I also found that the battery on these projectors are a joke (30-60mins max). I rigged a longer lasting battery on the outside and keep it plugged in while using. This doesn't charge the phone though so I replaced the battery in the old iphone 3 and now get at least a full length movie from it. Great in bed projected onto the ceiling.

I recently bought an iPhone and my charger is not working. It worked for the first time but now it is now it is not working. Can i get it replaced in India because i bought this phone from US?
The warranty is only good in the U.S.
You woulod have to send it to someone in the U.S. They could take it in and if it is defective, then it would be replaced. -

If you are referring to adding a secondary account, to a single device, then you can do this at system preferences >mail, contacts & calendars. -
I resized the adobe window to 150% and now I can't get it back to the 100% size and keep it that size. How do I get the original 100% back and keep it that size?

My kid down loaded mackeeper and now I can not get rid of it. I have tried all techniques suggesting on several sites and still can not empty the trash can. keep getting error code -8003. Help.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.<br />

My iTunes parent control keeps giving me the same error message. “Parent control preferences could not be unlocked. You may need to reinstall iTunes. “I have uninstalled ant reinstalled iTunes that 4 time now and I still can’t get on. Can anyone help?
Experimental advice ... but, plausibly, the preference files containing the parental control setting may be damaged. If so, removing the iTunes preference files may help.
For the basic technique, see the "Remove iTunes preference files" section from the "User-specific troubleshooting" section of the following document:
iTunes for Windows Vista or Windows 7: Troubleshooting unexpected quits, freezes, or launch issues
To see those folders, you'll need to first set your PC to view hidden files and folders
In your Start menu, open Computer.
In your Organise menu, select Folder Options.
In the View tab, make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, and Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
Click OK.
Prior to doing the preference file rebuilds: Best to make a note of any custom preferences you have set up for your iTunes. (Rebuilding pref files returns preferences to their defaults ... so you'll likely have to set some of those custom preferences up again from scratch.) Also make a note of any third-party plugins/add-ons you have installed. You may have to reinstall those after the rebuilds.
Things to watch out for during the rebuilds
Rebuilding the preference files in the \Local\ location causes the iTunes license agreement to run. So you'll need to agree to that again.
Rebuilding the preference files in the \Roaming\ location causes the iTunes Setup Assistant to run. When prompted to do so, do not add files to your iTunes library. (Otherwise you'll end up with a library full of duplicates.) -

I want to reset (clean out) my old 4S. I have just bought a 6+ and have the 4S as a stand alone unit (No connection to network). I can not get the system to do the erase all command, it wants to access the Cloud which is impossible. Is there anyway to 'Erase All Content and Settings".

I had the same problem with my iPad, i couldn't get the newer version of itunes because the computer was too old and my iPad couldnt sync with the old itunes. I got a PC from school a few months later so that solved the problem for me. Unfortunately i don't think there would be a program to put your music on your iPod, iTunes should be the only way to transfer files to Apple devices. What operating system are you running and what version of it is it?
