The charger piece in my phone has fallen out.
and, my phone is over a year old.
i'm a huge fan of blackberry & other rim products. but after this .. i'm afraid i'm going to have to change my mind if this is how flimsy their products are after a year.
i felt my blackberry would be durable and i was careful enough with it that it would last my 3 year contract with my phone provider. and if it's not able to do that .. i'm not sure i want to buy another one. especially if the warranty is only good up until a year. i honestly feel duped.
i have looked into quick fixes. paying someone to repair it (roughly $150) but that's out of my budget, buying a "battery charger" (where i remove the battery and charge it on the outlet) but that's inconvenient .. therefore, i'm looking for my warranty options but i don't think i have any.
(my phone provider and blackberry conveniently end their warranty after a year.)
does anyone know if certain products have been recalled and are still under warranty? will blackberry replace this for me for free or at discount?
i didn't even see this coming.

2. Contact us directly for repair options at 1-877-255-2377 (there will be a cost).
3. Ask your network service provider for an exchange if possible.

I have iphone 4 and the software is ios 7.0.2. I am facing problems with my phone. Since the last software update my phone has started giving problems. like it hangs sometime when i recieve an incoming call. The carrier status bar shifts down a bit and sometimes it vanishes automatically. I,m confused.

If you are having the same issue on several computers then it is a hardware issue! Not a software issue! Replacement is the only resolution!

I did the upgrade to the IOS 8.0.1 or whatever the latest upgrade is and for the past 12 hours my phone has shown the apple logo, went to a blue screen, blanked out back to the apple logo, to the blue screen over and over. I have re-booted the phone and it still does that. I need this fixed. Please help !

I have the channels listed but no picture. I keep meaning to replace my aerial leads but haven't got round to it. Strange thing though is that my aerial goes to my vision box which then goes to my TV so it makes no sense as I would expect the reception to be the same or worse on the TV as with the Vison box.
