If you bought it directly from Apple as unlocked it should be unlocked for all networks. There are phones sold that WILL lock to the first carrier it is used with, but this does not apply to phones where the receipt says "unlocked".

If your iPhone is new and you purchased from an Apple (Corporate ) Retail Store then you have to activate after inserting a new carrier sim for first time

The No Service means there is a problem with cellular service. You mention wifi in your title. Which is it you are having trouble with? What happens when you switch on and off as you state in your post? Are you saying that wifi does not connect while at home either?

Okay, so I purchased the first season of American Horror Story, and began to download the season from the cloud. It started great, and I managed to download the first seven episodes, before having a message box pop up and say that my cloud session has been expired. Now, every time I click the little cloud button on the TV cover, or beside the episode titles, iTunes tells me "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID." But I bought the season using my own Apple ID, and it's telling me that my computer can use a Apple ID within 77 days. But I don't want to use another Apple ID, I want to use my own. Better learn how to work around its quirks and learn to tolerate it. It is a losing battle to go back to 6. Not only is is legally impossible, the vast amount of sold new devices with it and the downloads thus far make it unfeasible. And as time progresses, more and more apps will be iOS-7-only.

My iPhone 5 gives a message "Account not in this store, your account is not valid for use in the Spanish store. You must switch to the US store before purchasing". All I'm trying to do is update my apps. Using the same Apple ID on my iPad I can update the apps. I've tried changing my address info to my US address and I get the same message.

Hi, I have three accounts and usually get the same message.
In my case, it is because I have apps downloaded from the three different accounts. When it tries to update, it will check first from which AppStore it was downloaded and try to connect. So, if you have two Apps that need updating and one was downloaded from the US and the other from Spain, then you'll get the message.
What I did was delete all the Apps and then download them again from the Spanish AppStore. Most are still recognised as purchased.

I'm not sure whether you have tried the "usual" things:
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Command+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
* Firefox menu > Preferences > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* classic Tools menu > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

I bought the company unlocked phone from apple store Canada. It was originally loaded with software 4.2 and was working fine here in SaudiArabia. Yesterday I updated with IOS 5.0.1. Now it is showing that sim is not valid. The same sim works fine in other phones.

Here's and update on my problems and here are are some screen shots of the types of problems I've been having since the v5.0.1 update. Keep in mind these are native apps and I have tried the rebuild phone crap many times, nothing helps.
This is screen shot of a what happened when I tried to use my camera one day, both the front and back cameras were all black. I had to power cycle the phone to get rid of this problem. The cameras appeared to be working correctly, I could focus and zoom but it was all black.
Here is an image of what happened when I searched for something in a map. This is after I picked the choice I wanted, the keyboard disappeared but the list didn't. I had to force close the app and restart it for this problem to go away. Who knew five bars on ATT was possible.
And finally this is the messaging app, although you would not know it. I had to return to home screen (after a long pause for it to process the button push) and return to the messaging app. This happens all the time with the messaging app and the notifications sounds drive me crazy. If i'm using the phone, say browsing the web and I get an incoming message its almost 100% of the time the messaging app will screw up. The sound will play at the wrong time or not at all, message will show up in notifications and diasapear in message app or Ill have a problem like this:

You can send it to someone you know in the US to have them take it in for service or you can get on a plane and take it there yourself. You can not ship it to Apple in the US for service.

If you are buying the phone at full price (or Verizon EDGE), there won't be any upgrade fee. If you are getting a subsidized phone (2-year contract) there will be an upgrade fee.

Can I customise a macbook pro if I order it from an apple store but not the online store?

Also it does not matter what I am trying to update, the operating system, and application, each caused the same crash. This mac book is less than a month old.

That is the highest you will be able to go with 3g. You need 3gs or 4 to go any higher (multi processors and more memory needed). Version 4.2.1 marks the end of your updates for that device.
