The Confirm You Are Not A Robot page doesn't work

Been trying to install Sync on my desktop. All is fine until the screen where I need to confirm I am not a robot. The space where the letters to type in should show and the place to type them is completely blank, all white. How can that be fixed?

Thanks, telliot. Turning off NoScript enabled the captcha to show. It would be better, IMO, for the captcha window to allow access to NoScript options from a right-click context menu, as other browser windows do. That was the FIRST thing I tried. I have a slew of extensions and have never had a conflict with NoScript before.

When trying to setup Sync on my desktop and you get to the pop up window that should show the java based captcha text, all I get is a empty window, not the scrambled text and all of that. Java is enabled and installed on my machine and in Firefox.

There are a few posts about this, no answer I am afraid, all I can suggest is look at [[Images or animations do not show]]
No doubt someone will solve the problem soon.

I'm trying to set up firefox sync on my macbook. When setting up my account, the "prove you're not a robot" page loads with a blank captcha, so of course I can't go on.
At first I thought that adblock might be interfering, so I disabled it. No dice. Is there another add-on that might be causing a problem or a setting I should change? I'm running firefox 3.6.13 w/ Abine, but no other active add-ons, in MacOS 10.6.5.

By the way, this is in the brand new Firefox 4, not an extension.

I dont see any picture or text at the point where it asks to confirm that you are not a robot!?

i really dono why but whenevr i go to create my new account for the firefox sync and get to the part where you have to fill in the text according to the picture (confirm that you are not a robot), there is nothing dere, its completely blank! i hope sum1 can help me out as soon as possible.

Background fact: we just updated to APEX 3.2.
I have an existing page that works fine with a report region that you can edit or click on a button to add a new record on a new page.
I attempted to add a region with a tabular form region. When I attempted to add my first record in a new table (no existing records) I got the message that "You are not authorized to page!". Since I had to add yet another editable region, I decided to just put 2 report regions on the existing page instead of using the tabular form. I did so, and all works well until I click on the Add buttons (either one of the 2 new buttons associated with the 2 new report regions). When I click on these buttons, I STILL get the "You are not authorized to page!" error. The edit works fine.
I checked the security on the old page, and it is set up with no authorization scheme, authentication: Page requires authentication, and Form Auto Complete On.
The new pages are set up the same way.
I don't understand why one region would work and the other, new regions won't. Could it have something to do with the upgrade?
I hope you have some suggestions.

Export the application and look for "You are not authorized to page!" in the file. That will tell you where the message is coming from.

Open the Time Machine pane in System Preferences. If it shows that Time Machine is ON, click the padlock icon in the lower left corner, if necessary, to unlock it. Scroll to the bottom of the list of backup drives and click Add or Remove Backup Disk. Remove all the disks, then add them back. Quit System Preferences. Test.

The dreaded "You are not connected to the Internet" window.

Is it just me, or are others having connectivity problems as the "You are not connected to the Internet" window constantly appears while moving from site to site or link to link? I have a new iMac and just upgraded Mountain Lion, which I now suspect is the problem. I have tried all kinds of hardware/software fixes. Nothing works. Sheesh!

Thanks for the reply, Greg. I do have my wife's Mac laptop to test with. She's experiencing the same sporatic disconnect problem, too. She's on wifi, I'm on ethernet (I keep my wifi off). We're in a home. I upgraded our cable modem yesterday (after this problem started) and checked all the wires/connections; everything seems okay. I thought it was the Mountain Lion upgrade, but this problem doesn't appear to be widespread. Very strange how connection can stop and start (and stop and start) during a short period of time. Never expereinced this before. So now, a hardware problem? But that wouldn't explain my wife's problem, so maybe it's the modem or the service provider (Comcast). I hate like **** to have to talk with them.

Confirm that you are not a robot by entering the text from the image. I dont see any code in letters...I just see a blank screen there.

When I try to setup the sync, I dont any code to put in to prove that I am not a Robot. I am using FF 9.0.1.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

what I did is.....
I start I tunes ,make connection with IPAD,(hear a signe ) but cannot see on my screen(pc-screen)where the IPAD is ????
I see only an externe disk and a dvd .......but NO IPAD
Ican see up( in the corner)...."I PAD".....I click on it ,and click on "photo's"...
Then I remove de little"v" by syncronisatie".....and "foto's out "
I click on "synchroniseren"and thats it ...."
After this there is nothing anymore;;;;;
You can help me (maybe) with desings or fhoto's where i can SEE it what i have to do.....or a clear explication in Netherlands or french.....
What means the words;"synced" and "Photos app" re-sync"?And what means :it:"move/remove/de-select;" in slow motion ....and with more explaining words....

of cource it is not easy to work with a IPAD 1 when there is'n an explication in your own language

How did the photos get onto your iPad e.g. were they copied to the iPad from your computer ? If not then you should be able to delete them directly in the Photos app on your iPad. If they were copied from your computer then they are removed from the iPad using the same process as you used to put them onto the iPad :
Connect the iPad to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar (if you are using iTunes 11 on your PC then control-s should get the sidebar to show) :
On the right-hand side of the iTunes screen select the Photos tab :
If you just want to remove some folders/albums that you had copied from your computer then de-select them on the list :
If you want to remove all photos that you had copied to your iPad from your computer then select and sync a folder that doesn't have any photos in it :

No Text in the "Confirm I am not a Robot", so I cannot complete sync account. Have done in Safe Mode

I have had troubles getting some text, pictures and now the problems with not being able to create a sync account, because of the broken pictures in the text area. I am running 10.6 and keep firefox updated to the most current versions. I am seeing the same problems with the web pages and sync conformation in firefox safe mode. I assume that there is an add on or extension problem as I do not have the same text/picture problems in Safari. Appreciate your help

We have found that some add-ons that block "ads", pop-ups and similar prevent the Sync client from showing that menu. Instead of disconnecting each of them one by one, I recommend you to run Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] and set up Sync.
After the set-up you can turn into normal mode again without any issue.

Activated iPhone 6 yesterday, keep getting the message, "You are not subscribed to a cellular data service."

I activated my phone through AT&T using the new SIM card and am on contract that includes 10GB of data. Data IS enabled on the phone and it says I have 4G. It doesn't say I have LTE, and any time I try to use the internet without WiFi, I get this message. In addition, I can't send iMessages unless I'm on WiFi, but they send through my e-mail rather than my phone number. I've reset the network settings, done factory restores and restarted the phone plenty of times, but still nothing. AT&T told me to wait til morning as activation is slow at times, but that proved to be worthless as well. I also never updated to 8.0.1 because Apple took it down before I started my phone up. Does anyone have any idea why I'm having this issue? Could my SIM card be faulty?

Have you called your provider?
If not, it's probably a good idea.
