The current page won't scroll when a PDF is opened in a new tab.

Whenever I middle-click a PDF link to open it in a new tab, the tab I'm on is unresponsive and won't scroll with the scroll-wheel until the address bar is clicked, when it becomes responsive again.

Yes, I was seeing the difference between PDFs that are linearized. I had unchecked that option, still I can't get the Full PDF in temporary Internet files folder.
Are there any more settings to be changed.
Why only for some files this is happening, What was the difference b/w the files which are fully obtained in temporary internet files folder and that are of not fully obtained.

Safari shuts down when i try to open up a new tab

I just bought an iPad and whenever I open up Safari it won't allow me to open up a new tab. Safari automatically shuts down. I cleared my history and that didn't seem to help. Any suggestions out there?

When I used to open up a new tab I would get my bookmarks displayed to select, this no longer happens, how do I get it back ?

You should be able to open your bookmarks in the sidebar by presssing CTRL+I
If it doesn't work, try running Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.

When holding on a link, why don't I have the option to open in a new tab?

I'm trying to open PDFs and PowerPoint though my school website angel. When getting to the link that opens the power point or PDF, my classmates are able to hold on the link and get options one of which is to open In a new tab. I do have the option to copy, open, or put on reading list but do not have the option to open in a new tab so that way I can open it with a app. Anyone know why?

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"

Tabs opening as new windows even when I click open in a new tab

All of a sudden links that normally opened as new tabs are now opening as new windows. Even when I specifically say open as a new tab it still opens as a new window. I have checked the settings in the tab option so it should be opening them as new tabs. it is highly frustrating!

Problem: How to achieve SUBMIT for the current page when I click other tab?
Description: I have a two-page application and each page associates with a tab. Say page1 associates tab1 and page2 associates tab2. In each page, I have a submit button, a after submit process associated to the submit button, and a tabular form. For page1, I fill out the fields and hit the button. The page1 will appear again and I can see the data I have insert. However, If I fill out the fields and click the tab2 (page 2) instead. when I come back to page1, the data I filled out are all gone. Is there any way in HTML DB to force the submit in the current page after you click other page. If use JavaScript, what is code looks like.

just for clarity, if I understood correctly what you said there are two possibilities:
1) keep the standard tab branch and give up the possibility of validating page items. Below you can find an example of such cases.
2) Replace the template substitution string and perform a "custom" button-like submit also adding a branch to the main page associated with the tab. Page items will be validated if the branch firing point is set after the validations.
I couldn't find an example of the latter, but I found easily an example of the former:
it's the "Report attributes", page 420 of app 4000.
If you enter 'aaa' in the "Number of rows" form field and then you press "apply changes", htmldb correctly displays an inline error message saying that the value must be numeric. On the contrary, if you click on the "Region Definition" tab, htmldb takes you to a page showing an oracle exception:
ORA-20001: Error in DML: p_rowid=4785927011172906402, p_alt_rowid=ID, p_rowid2=, p_alt_rowid2=. ORA-20001: Invalid numeric value aaa for column PLUG_QUERY_NUM_ROWS

When opening a new tab by right click, the current page goes white for a while, why?

For example i have one tab open i then right click and click open link in new tab. I do this and then the current tab i am one either goes white or shows up a completely different page and this can last up to 1 minute. Is there anything i can do to solve this problem?

When I want to go back a page the drop down box is filled with the current page, all earlier sites have disappered out of sight

When I have been at a site for a while and decide to go back, when I use the drop down box it has filled with the current page location. The longer I am there the more times it repeats its self.

Did you try Safe Mode?
An extension may be responsible for adding up those entries of the same page.

My pages won't scroll to see all of the content. I don't want it to scroll on the home, about, or contact pages, but I do want it to scroll on the pages with image thumbnails.

The Slideshow widget on the page appears to be pinned and pinned elements are not considered as part of the content by the scroll bar.
So select the Slideshow widget in Design mode and unpin it.

When I open a link in a new tab reduces the size of the font on the current page.

Sounds like a problem with the mouse driver. You can check the settings in Control Panel > Mouse. Also make sure that you have the latest updates of all drivers.

In Firefox 4 you can use one of these to start in [[Safe mode]]:

When clicking on privious sites in the address bar drop down Firefox has started to just reload the current page, is there a fix?

When I click on a link listed on a page, the current page is replaced by that link and the original link is lost. How do I fix it?

Middle-click the bookmark with the mouse scroll wheel to open the link in a new tab.

A new tab is opening when I click anything on a page. Options that should open within the same window are opening in a new tab. How do I fix this?

I am currently using 16.0.2. I just did the update a day or two ago. Suddenly today, when I click anything on the page, it opens in a new tab. Just moving through the wizard options to get to this point in submitting this issue opened 7 tabs. How do I fix this? I only want new pages to open in new tabs.
