'The data from the Infoprovider could not be checked' message
Hi,
Recently we upgraded our BI system from 3.5 to BI7. Now I am displaying the Infoset data using LISTCUBE and received the following message,
' The Data from the Infoprovider ZIS_PRMS3 involved could not be checked' where ZIS_PRMS3 is a Infoset.
However If I ignore that message I am able to see the data and query also displays proper data. But my doubt is why this message appears? and what could be the reason for this?. (Before upgrade we didnt get this type of message)
I searched in SDN and found some threads talk about this. But not able to identify the reason for the message and how to suppress it.
Infoset contains 2 ODS and 2 Infoobjects, all the join conditions are perfect. Can anybody through some light onthis.

In the the selection screen of the virtual provider through the option display data, am getting message text " the data from the infoprovider involved could not be checked" , and then it brings all the data from the r/3 function module irrespective of the selection by date in the virtual info provider. I am retrieving the data from r/3 function module(RFC) to bw function module assign to virtual infoprovider.

A Virtual Provider does not store data. to view the data in it you will have to use it in a query and check its data.

i am making one infoprovider, in which i am joining one DSO with one infocube,
the dso and infocube both have data , however when i join them and create an infoset and when i do display data i receive the following message
"The data from the InfoProvider XYZ involved could not be checked", and i cant see any records
plz assist if any one has face such issues

yes i do have data, i have one issue, when join occours does it occurs on SID or actual column

Now when i join them at C1 then CHN = CHN but SID <> SID of T2 , just confused here what exactly happens in back end.. -

1. Selection for charcteristic 0COMP_CODE could not be checked.
2. The data from the infoProvider 0coorder involved could not be checked.
Please let me know why i am getting these warning messages and how i can fix them up.

If you just installed iCloud does that mean you updated the iOS that's running on your iPad? If so, you'll want to restore all the programs you have from the backup you hopefully made.

You can also download the programs again.

I have a VI and an attched .txt data file. Now I want to read the data from the .txt file and display it as an array in the front panel. But the result is not right. Any help?

read_array.vi 21 KBThe problem is in the delimiters in your text file. By default, Read From Spreadsheet File.vi expects a tab delimited file. You can specify a delimiter (like a space), but Read From Spreadsheet File.vi has a problem with repeated delimiters: if you specify a single space as a delimiter and Read From Spreadsheet File.vi finds two spaces back-to-back, it stops reading that line. Your file (as I got it from your earlier post) is delimited by 4 spaces.
Here are some of your choices to fix your problem.
1. Change the source file to a tab delimited file. Your VI will then run as is.
2. Change the source file to be delimited by a single space (rather than 4), then wire a string constant containing one space to the delimiter input of Read From Spreadsheet File.vi.
3. Wire a string constant containing 4 spaces to the delimiter input of Read From Spreadsheet File.vi. Then your text file will run as is.
Depending on where your text file comes from (see more comments below), I'd vote for choice 1: a tab delimited text file. It's the most common text output of spreadsheet programs.
Comments for choices 1 and 2: Where does the text file come from? Is it automatically generated or manually generated? Will it be generated multiple times or just once? If it's manually generated or generated just once, you can use any text editor to change 4 spaces to a tab or to a single space. Note: if you want to change it to a tab delimited file, you can't enter a tab directly into a box in the search & replace dialog of many programs like notepad, but you can do a cut and paste. Before you start your search and replace (just in the text window of the editor), press tab. A tab character will be entered. Press Shift-LeftArrow (not Backspace) to highlight the tab character. Press Ctrl-X to cut the tab character. Start your search and replace (Ctrl-H in notepad in Windows 2000). Click into the Find What box. Enter four spaces. Click into the Replace With box. Press Ctrl-V to paste the tab character. And another thing: older versions of notepad don't have search and replace. Use any editor or word processor that does. -

What happened to your metadata? Are you sure the metadata is gone?
In theory, file carving could be attempted on the data LUNs, but you would need a tool that understands how Xsan lays out data across LUNs in a stripe group and hope your fragmentation isn't too bad. I doubt such a tool exists, but if one does it almost certainly is not publicly available. You should probably contact a data recovery service with experience recovering data from Xsan. Do that before you do anything else if this data is really important. -

I'm doing a internship in a production line.
My job is to recover production data (input data) and test data (output data) using various types of software (excel, BusinessObject sap, etc).
To this day, I have recovered hundreds of production data, and have also organized in excel but I need to analyze and plot them.
I would like to know who can give me an idea of how I could plot as much data and analysis.
Now i trying to use dynamic charts and plot some data but I did not get acceptable answers.
How could I compare, analyze and graph for example:
Five columns of production (input) with five (5) columns tested (data output).
After graphing.
Someone can give me a technique to analyze data? ie I compare column by column?
or some other technique? as a conglomerate could analyze data?
o give you an idea of the contect, now I perform an internship in a manufacturing turbines.
My job is to analyze the input data (production) and to estimate the possible behavior of the turbines in the tests.
As I said, use dynamic tables in excel, but i have not idea why the dynamic tables doesn't take all the data from the source table.
