The detection of short dump in the Solution Manager

Hi,
In my project, Batch are processing every night In the CRM system.
IF any error was occurred, alert email will be sent by the system, however,
when the "short dump" was occurred unexpectedly,the system can't detect it and email was not able to be sent.
Therefore I want to detect the "short dump" in the "Solution Manager".
Who can tell me that Is there any standard service/function which can handle this in the "Solution Manager" ?

and also check the Information Broadcast Settings / Configuration

I believe you are talking about taskbar previews. To enable them you need to change a hidden preference.

Getting short dump at the time of loading data from R/3 to ODS

Check, is start routine or individual routine in present in update/transfer rule?
May be read large amount data (select * from) another ODS and put into internal table cause these type of error.

Short dump with the transaction CJ02

Hello, this is my first thread in the forum. I hope to solve my problem.
It is necesary to say you that my english is very poor, is not so good. Sorry for that.
When i use the transaction CJ02 to finish or close a project, appears an error when i save it. The steps are the followings:
1- Run the transaction CJ02 with a WBS element
2- Mark the line of the WBS element
3- Select then button Settlement rule
4- Fill 4 items in the next screen to distribution rules (the % is 100)
5- Back with green arrow
6- Fill the field Cost Center Req
7- Save
After a few seconds appears the dump:

A short dump in the program with a certain error message...

Hi all,
I'd run a program to do an insertion into a customized table.
During the run, it popped up a short dump error messages below :
value larger than specified precision allows for this column#TC020 %M
I've search for that column #TCO20 .... and i couldn't find it in my custom table...
Why SAP gave such a hard description on the error found? I can't determine which field/column in my table that is causing the error dump during INSERT event in my program.
Is there any explanation on that message that could help me?

no:8 -- which is source code extract where u can get correct error inf.

This versus management of each individual system landscape separately.

How to get the ASAP 7.0 Implementation roadmap in Solution manager system?

We are on SOLMAN 7.0 SP19 and we wanted to use the ASAP 7.0 roadmap for an implementation project. But currently we dont see this roadmap in the list of Roadmaps available. Can some one tell how it can be brought in and made available in Solution manager system. Is it done through a SAP note? If not where do we can get this roadmap? I know the HTML version is available in service matketplace but we want the roadmap to be assigned in Solution manager project.

1. Where we can set the polling frequency for each metrics for triggering alerts through Technical monitoring in Solution Manager 7.1 SP10 ??
2. Is it like each time our threshold is breached, it will send an alert irrespective of polling frequency ??
I know the data collection interval time for each metrics in technical monitoring template but the as per my observation the polling frequency is different.

The home page short cut with the little house on it is gone with Firefox 4. You can only go home with the History feature or reload the page from desktop shortcut. A big shortcoming in my opinion.

The "Home" button was moved to the right-side of the Navigation Toolbar. <br />
The "Reload" and "Stop" button are on right-side of the Location bar, combined into the same space as the "Go" button; whichever button is appropriate at any time is what is displayed. The "Go"button when you are typing in the Location bar, the "Stop" button when a page is loading, and the "Reload" button when a page is fully loaded.
If you want any or all of those buttons in their former location, as they were in Firefox 3.6, you can Customize your Toolbars and put them where you want them. <br />

Error in Import JAVA DUMP phase in Solution Manager installation.

1. Did you select java path (Export CD/DVD) while intsallation? Check once again.
2. Add JAVA_HOME = Java path in environment variable.

CX_SHM_OUT_OF_MEMORY dump error in Solution Manager 7.1

Hello all,
We are facing an error while executing background jobs and few other operations.When i noticed in ST22, the no of dump errors are very high.
All the dump errors are relating to SYSTEM_NO_SHM_MEMORY
I went through SAP Note 1232973 and applied the 2nd option i.e increased the parameter "abap/shared_objects_size_MB" to 300.
But no luck,the dump error keeps appearing.
Also i added a profile parameter ztta/roll_first =1, then also it keep appearing.
OS Version is AIX 5.3 64 bit
The info from ST22 is,
An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SHM_OUT_OF_MEMORY', was not
caught and
therefore caused a runtime error.
The reason for the exception is:
One of the following three possibilities has occurred:
1. There is not enough free memory available in the shared object memory
   to store further data.
2. The maximum size for a version of this area specified in the area
   administration will be exceeded in this version if more data is
   stored.
3. The maximum size for all versions of all instances of this area
   specified in the area administration will be exceeded if more data
   is stored.

Pictures taken with the instant camera short cut on the iPod touch 4G do not show up in the camera roll

My girlfriend has an iPod touch 4G. She recently installed iOS 5 and is now having problems with the camera. When she takes a picture after launching the camera from the lock screen, the photo never appears in her camera roll. The photo appears in camera roll preview, but not in the camera roll itself. Anyone else having this problem or know of any fixes?
UPDATE: My iPhone 3GS appears to do the same thing.

Linking AOL and gmail? I don't know what that means. But if it means what I think it does - that you have the AOL and gmail servers chatting directly with each other through some configuration, I'd definitely disable that.
In general, the messages either aren't deleted, or aren't correctly deleted, or there's a protocol or network error, or some sort of a mail server error.
First diagnostic is a mailbox repair. Mail.app > Mailbox > Rebuild
Then verify that the credentials are correct and the connection is reliable:
Mail.app > Window > Connection Doctor
And yes, if you have gmail and AOL chatting directly with each other, undo that.
