The "Edit Undo" command is extremely slow, taking 10-15 seconds to undo an archive or deleted message. Is this typical?

Everything in Thunderbird seems to be operating fine. I'm very happy with the performance, EXCEPT: The "Edit > Undo" command takes a very long time to take effect. If I accidentally archive a message I want back in my inbox, and hit "ctl Z", it takes a good 10-15 seconds for the message to return to my inbox. Is this typical?

I contacted apple and they checked and yes the originsl ipad cant support ios 6 - so cant use procreate have also checked the procreate website and it appears they advised itunes of this - ideally there should end up being two versions of procreate - one for ios 5 and one for ios 6 -
dont want to sell the current ipad and get another - at this stage - for the amount of usage it gets not worth the expense

Adobe Premiere Pro to edit videos export process extremely slow!

Hello,
I use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit videos, and until recently, it’s been working smoothly. The last few times I’ve tried to export, the process has been extremely slow—for example, yesterday the program told me it was going to take 22 hours to export a 527MB video.
My computer has an i7 processor and a decent video card (Radeon HD 7470) so I don’t think that’s the issue, but I can’t see it being the software since I had been successfully exporting videos until recently.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated—thanks!

When I open my macbook it is running extremely slow - especially once I launch safari. It can take minutes to load a page or for a page I am already typing on to even respond. Start by removing "Rapport" and "Elmedia Player," both of which are much worse than useless. If there's no improvement, post again.
Any third-party software that doesn't install by drag-and-drop into the Applications folder, and uninstall by drag-and-drop to the Trash, is a system modification.
Whenever you remove system modifications, they must be removed completely, and the only way to do that is to use the uninstallation tool, if any, provided by the developers, or to follow their instructions. If the software has been incompletely removed, you may have to re-download or even reinstall it in order to finish the job.
I never install system modifications myself, and I don't know how to uninstall them. You'll have to do your own research to find that information.
Here are some general guidelines to get you started. Suppose you want to remove something called “BrickMyMac” (a hypothetical example.) First, consult the product's Help menu, if there is one, for instructions. Finding none there, look on the developer's website, say www.brickmymac.com. (That may not be the actual name of the site; if necessary, search the Web for the product name.) If you don’t find anything on the website or in your search, contact the developer. While you're waiting for a response, download BrickMyMac.dmg and open it. There may be an application in there such as “Uninstall BrickMyMac.” If not, open “BrickMyMac.pkg” and look for an Uninstall button.
Back up all data before making any changes.
You will generally have to reboot in order to complete an uninstallation. Until you do that, the uninstallation may have no effect, or unpredictable effects.
If you can’t remove software in any other way, you’ll have to erase and install OS X. Never install any third-party software unless you're sure you know how to uninstall it; otherwise you may create problems that are very hard to solve.
WARNING: Trying to remove complex system modifications by hunting for files by name often will not work and may make the problem worse. The same goes for "utilities" such as "AppCleaner" and the like that purport to remove software.

I am unable to send images from Lightroom to PSCC2014 using the edit in command.

Since the latest update to CC2014, my LR edit in menu is not working; PS opens however no image appears.

The merge to panorama is not working.
The open as smart object is working.

Ok, now, typically, it's mysteriously working. No idea if what I was doing caused it. Set up the account as a POP one using my work outgoing server instead of mail.me.com, discovered that the phone automatically removed all my outgoing mail servers, right after I'd activated them all, so went back and reactivated. Sent email successfully. Created another account as IMAP but everything else the same, and now it suddenly works.
This has happened to me several times in the past.

LR 5.7.1 doesn't 'see' PS CC from the Edit In command

On an iMac. All CC apps up to date. When in LR I select Edit In, I should see PS CC but only see PS CC (2014). This is new since the last update, yesterday...

You can always manually add PS CC to the list by going to the External Editing section of LR Preferences. You may have done this in the past but it is possible that it somehow got lost during the update.

Hi, earlier I was using firefox 17 and it was working fine. Later when i upgraded to firefox 25 it became extremely slow, taking indefinite time to load a page

After disabling and starting in safe mode, the connection time is still extremely slow.

My cache empties on closing the browser and I delete history every day. Still most times, the connection time is horrible, sometimes up to 80 seconds. I run Malwarebytes and Super Anti Spyware every night. Kaspersky anti-virus runs constantly so it's up to the minute protection. This only started about 7 weeks ago and I've tried all the suggestions I could find on the web, without results.
My server is Comcast, with 50mbps and I've been very happy with them for the past 3 years. I'm at my wits end and don't know where to turn. Can anybody give me help?

I am just trying to select relatively simple objects (an illustration of the side of a coin) and there is a massive delay between when I click on an object and when it actually becomes selected.

The video downloading is extremely slow after downloading Flash Player Active X (IE) and FP Plug-in

I have Windows 7 on a 64-bit operating system, and have Firefox 19 and Internet Explorer 8. I tried installing Flash Player 11.6.602.171 from the Adobe Website and got an error message right at 47% download "can not contact reliable source." I also tried uninstalling whatever Flash Player I had, but I continued to get the same error message at 47% "can not contact reliable source." Finally, following the advice found in the link below under "Program Bar Hangs During Download," I downloaded Flash Player ActiveX (internet explorer) and Flash Player Plug-In (all other browsers). It appeared that both downloads were successful and I verified that the installation was complete in the link below under "Verify that installation is complete." It says I have Flash Player 11.6.602.171. My issue now is that whenever I watch videos that use Flash Player, the downloading of videos is extremely slow. For example, a 45 second youtube video might take 30 minutes to watch. RAW picture previews loading extremely slow since IOS 8 using the Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit

I just realized this issue yesterday. I wanted to import some of my RAW pictures from my Nikon camera's SD card, using the Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit. In the Photos app / Import tab, the RAW picture previews show extremely slow. It takes a second to show each photo preview before import. A second for every single picture preview
For example, if you have 500 pictures on your SD card, and you want to import pictures from this card but just some selected, then you need to wait for an overview preview a lot of minutes. On IOS 7 this process was maybe 10 seconds for all of the pictures...

As a professional wedding photographer, sifting through my photos while on the go is the reason for me purchasing the iPad (Retina) 2 years ago, I now have an $800 paperweight after iOS8.x.x. Apple, if you actually read these, please inform your engineers to fix this in the next update or at least provide us with a solution to return to iOS7.x.x. Internet speed over wifi seems to be extremely slow and downloads go up till 50kb/s max but on the computer they go up till 600kb/s

As i said in the title, my net speed over the speed seems to be extremely slow. I had my adsl upgraded recently from 2mbits/s to 5mbits/s but when i had 2mbits/s the speed seemed to be fine and after the upgrade downloads just dropped down to 5-50kb/s when its supposed to be arround 300-600 kb/s. Is it a problem with my router or something to do with the iPod? Please help.

First to think on is, that Bluetooth and 811.g uses the same frequency and may interference.

I have just installed Win XP as a virtual machine on a PowerEdge1950 server with 16MB and 4 CPU's...
I have completed the install using vnc connection but the process is extremely slow (taking almost minutes to complete each action).
After this I have enabled Remote Desktop on the virtual machine and it improved things minimally...
Can anyone please advise me what parameters and/or settings I could check/modify to improve things...?

After this I have done 'xm create winda':
[root@mycomputer xen]# xm create winda
Using config file "./winda".
Started domain winda
However, even after 5-10 mins I cannot see the instance in 'xm list' This is not the case if I have acpi=1 (in which case the instance starts without any issues - except being slow)
One more additional point - this is an OBI image of Windows XP (should it matter)?

The "Edit Undo" command is extremely slow, taking 10-15 seconds to undo an archive or deleted message. Is this typical?
