Look in other home screens and folders. You can use Spotlight search to look for the App.
If it cannot be found, look under Settings->General->Restrictions, and make sure its not restricted.

To hide or show toolbars, you can use the old View menu.
If you have the orange Firefox button, tap the Alt key to temporarily display the classic menu bar.
View menu > Toolbars > ''check'' Navigation Toolbar
If you are viewing the navigation toolbar but it's incomplete or corrupted, you can reset your toolbars.
View menu > Toolbars > Customize
In the large dialog with the icons, toward the bottom, click Restore Default Set.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray BEFORE doing the reset.

Can you be more specific as to what is missing? What was the function of these ''glyphs''? You might want to try starting Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the ''Option'' key while Firefox is starting. If you disable all themes and add-ons and everything looks right again, you can try turning things back on one by one until you find the culprit.
Do you mean the icons for your bookmarks are missing? If that's the case, you should take a look at [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/latest-firefox-issues#os=mac&browser=fx9 this article] that discusses some of the issues with the latest build of Firefox.
There is some information in there that should help you to resolve your issue. Luckily, it is a very easy fix.

Try "Reset All Tools" Right-click on the Hand Tool in the Options bar, or whatever tool is active, and click on Reset all Tools from the menu.

Thanks for clearing up what your primary issue is. You had Fruhulda all confused with your complaint about printing. I sort of glossed over the printing issue because you seemed to be more focused on the formatting.

If you've updated to iOS 6 then the YouTube app is no longer included - you will either need to try one of the YouTube apps from the store (there is an iPhone optimised app from google, and other people have said that they are working on an iPad version), or try accessing the mobile version via Safari : http://m.youtube.com (you can create a home screen shortcut for the site)

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: command+Shift+F).
If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.
You can click the Maximize button at the top right to leave full screen mode or right click empty space on a toolbar and use "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press F11.

I've been using Home Sharing for all of my iOS devices for a whole now. In the last few days it suddenly stopped working. I don't see the 'Shared' tab on any of my devices anymore. I've re-started my devices, signed out of home sharing then signed in again, and still nothing. What can I o to fix this?

1. Turn off router, Apple TV and iPad
2. Turn on router and then wait 30 seconds for it to complete start-up process
3. Turn on Apple TV and then wait 30 seconds for it to complete start-up process

Premier 8 has disappeared from the bundle!

Hello I have always had Premier as part of my Elements package but for some reason after being installed (and used!) for the last 4 years it has disappeared! I tried downloading Elements again yet Premier is still not installed. All I have are remnants of files and a lot of videos I am now unable to play.

And what do you mean by "bundle" in the "Premier 8 has disappeared from the bundle!"
If you do not see Premiere Elements 8 in the list of applications installed on your computer, then
a. Do a run through of ccleaner on your computer

b. Reinstall Premiere Elements 8 (do you have any installation disc or are you working from installation files from an online download from Adobe). Do you have a purchased serial number for the product? Can you find your product and its serial number at Adobe?
c. If this is an Adobe online purchase, have you gone to My Adobe and your account there to see what is happening?
If so, have you contacted Adobe about this matter? And, if so, what was the outcome of that contact?

I do not understand what that has to do with Premiere Elements (any version). Videos can be played on computer players. Are you using "videos" to mean project files (project.prel) from Premiere Elements 8.0/8.0.1? Please explain.
Did you computer undergo any catastrophic events that coincided with the disappearance of Premiere Elements 8.0/8.0.1?

It is possible that the screen is too high and that the scroll bar and the find bar and add-on bar fall off at the bottom.
If that works then close Firefox (File > Exit/Quit) to save that setting.
