Ok, i found a technote that directed me to delete the windows
sitecache file in the
appdata\roaming\adobe\dreamweaver9\configuraton folder. I did this.
I actually had to do this exact thing a could of months ago after
calling in to support with Dreamweaver. That didn't work, I tried
re-installing the software, that didn't work. If anyone can steer
me in the right direction that would be hugely appreciated!
Cheers!

FIXED!
This, plus a restart, actually worked for me (knock on wood).
Delete the WinFileCache-7A9586CB.dat,
MacFileCache-BFE7CE2E.dat, or FileCache.dat file from the
Dreamweaver user configuration folder. It is recommended to delete
the FileCache.dat file if you are experiencing a JavaScript error
related to "dwscripts" or if you are receiving a "translators were
not loaded" error message. The string of characters after
"FileCache-" may differ on your machine. The location of the
FileCache.dat file depends your operating system and your version
of Dreamweaver. Note that on Windows, the Application Data and
AppData folders are hidden by default, so verify that your Windows
Explorer folder options are set to View Hidden Folders.

  • Error: The following translators were not loaded due to errors: ASP.htm has information duplicated b

    Hi,
Recently my computer had problems, I had to install Windows7 instead of Windows Vista. I made a clean installation of Dreamvers CS4. I was able to Export all the sites from my old computer. But whenever I try to open any file for editing I have this pop-up error message:
The following translators were not loaded due to errors: ASP.htm has information duplicated by another translator.
    Same error for ASP.Net.htm, ColdFusion.htm, Date.htm, FlashObject.htm, ICERegions.htm, JSP.htm, PHP_MySQL.htm, Server Model SSH.htm, Spry.htm, SpryWidget.htm, XSLT.htm and XSLTransform.htm
I saw several threads with similar error message, where the translators were invalid, while mine are duplicated by another translator. But I tried the fixes anyway.
I tried removing Configure folder, and WinFileCache folder. Didn't help. I also tried to create a new site and get all the files from the remote. Same problem.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Valentina

Sorry for the bump, but this post helped me solve a simmiliar issue: "The following translators were not loaded due to errors: ColdFusion.htm: has configuration information that is invalid" everytime I try open any document in dreamweaver. As I don't program in cold fusion, I renamed the file to ColdFusion.bck and everything works for me again. I'm not sure what caused the issue, but thanks for pointing out where I can find translator files.

PayPal trans.htm; has configuration information that is invalid.
How do you fix this error in CS3??  Thank you very much!!

Try this it worked for me when one of our users had this
problem, I use Vista with Contribute CS3.
Ensure Contribute is closed before following these steps:
1 - Open windows explorer or My Computer
2 - Check hidden files and folders are visible (Tools >
View tab > Show hidden files and folders)
    3 - navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\<user
    name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Contribute CS3\
    (where <user name> = user's folder)
4 - rename the Configuration file to something like
    ConfigurationBak
5 - open contribute and check if the error has disappeared.
Contribute will rebuild the configuration file if you rename
it before opening contribute and this usually fixes any corrupt
    data in there.

  • Error: translators were not loaded due to errors

Whenever I use Dreamweaver CS3, I keep getting the following
    error message pop up:
"The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
Spry.htm: has configuration information that is invalid."
I tried renaming the configuration folder inside C:\Program
    Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 but then Dreamweaver wouldn't
work, so I changed it back to the original name. I have NOT used
any of the spry framework for form validation.

Don't know whether you're high, but you might need some

  • "Translators were not loaded" due to errors...

Hello. I have DW CS4 (Design premium package) on  Mac OS 10 (10.5.8). When I open my program I get this message:
"The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
ASP.htm has configuration that is invalid.
JSP.htm has configuration information that is invalid.
Server Model SSI.htm has configuration information that is invalid.
XSLTransform.htm has configuration information that is invalid."
    Would reinstalling the program help?
Thank you very much for your time and help.

    Hello,
Try to reanme the configuration folder  on hte mac machine it might fix the issue
    Quit Dreamweaver.
Rename the Users/<username>/Library/Application  Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CS4/en_US/Configuration folder to  Configuration Old.
Start Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver creates a new Configuration folder.
But see to it that you shoudl close your dreamweaver and you shoudl be the admin of that account.
    Cheers!

Starting in 2015 I get the following error when I try to import my photos. "The following files were not imported because they could not be read"  -DSC8416.NEF  I've been importing the same type of photos with no errors then 2015 came along and now I can no longer import.

The error message is misleading, the problem is that you need WRITE privileges added to the destination directory tree.
Assuming you are using the "date" structure that LR defaults to, find the directory that contains the 2014 folder (the one that works) and add WRITE rights to the parent of "2014".
While you are there, if you want, add "2015" folder to beside "2014" and add READ and WRITE rights to that new directory.

  • BW: The following objects were not found when accessing server

    Hi All,
    Problem:
    - on the infoprovider, no authorization object is flagged as authorization relevant
When trying to open the query in display mode, I get the message "The following objects were not found when accessing server", when I press cancel, the attributes are not available in the query.
I tested with authorization objects and the only way to get these attributes visible is to put them in an authorization object with full (*) authorization for the field.
Why does the system checks this? Because I don't want to give full authorization.
Is there a way to unable this check, as I want the attributes to be visible (also without the *)
    +
When a query administrator with the sufficient authorization (sap_all or the * authorization for the field in the authorization object) is creating the query in query designer including the 'attributes' which are not visible with the 'normal' authorizations, the query will not list the columns in the output when it is executed by the normal user.
What can I do to get them visibIe in the output?
I can not create an authorization object for each of these attributes with * (full authorization)... as it is not logic, and no authorization should need to be checked...
Anyone who faced the same problem?

Very frustrated that I cannot talk with someone at Adobe.
The folks that have made recommendations are great but once their suggestions dont work they drop the link,
Is there someone or someplace I can take my computer to fix this issue.
It seems to be a problem between LR and Yosemite.

The permissions have been changed on the destination folder where the photos are to be copied into.
You must make sure that the permissions are set to Read and Write.
Or perhaps the destination folder has been changed accidentally to something else, and you need to change it back to whatever it used to be.

Leanne, check the write pernissions on the folder/drive you are attempting to import into on your desktop. The message usually means "cannot be written" - a not so clear message.

    Hi all
Something else that may be at play here is the file format involved. Generally speaking, "web friendly" image formats are .GIF, .JPG and .PNG. .BMP isn't really considered to be a "web friendly" image format.
