Sounds like it windows/PC. I have ran across that for the CDs that veterinarians provide for digital x-rays.

Is there any way to control or change the email notification format delivered by iBots? I have created an iBot to deliver the scorecard report to the team with type chosen as 'Attachment (HTML)' option. With this definition of iBot - notification being sent in MIME HTML (.mht) format. Due to some security settings at my email client - the attachement gets quratined because of .mht format. So, I am looking for an option to send the notification only in HTML (.htm) format with which I don't have any issues with my email client?
Any help is really appreciated.

In keynote 2.0, is there a way to disable clicking to the next slide?

I'm trying to create a Jeopardy template that lets the user click on the board to choose a question but I can't get it to stop moving forward one slide when someone click on the background of the question. I am usually in private browsing mode (since Firefox 4 no longer allows control of how long history is kept). Currently to delete cookies while browsing (e.g. after closing email) I have to go through the menu, open the options|privacy tab, show cookies, remove all cookies. Or I have to close and reopen the browser. Why would Ctrl+Shift+Delete be disabled? Is there a hidden setting to enable it in private mode, or an easier way to delete cookies on the fly?

OK, I will try your suggestions -- thank you. Although I did note today when I went out of private browsing mode and into normal mode, the recent cookies from PB mode were not visible like they were a couple of days ago.
But I am still confused about this because there are cookies definitely being placed and kept on my computer when I am in private browsing mode, but I can't see them or access them, so how do I get rid of them?

I want to be sure I can see what cookies I have, and also be able to delete them. Currently there is no way to do that while in PB mode. And also, it now appears that even after switching to normal mode, I can't see the cookies that were placed while in PB mode, so how can we know and remove those cookies that are being placed while in PB mode?

I do not want my children to have the ability to use private browsing or clear their history. I want it saved so I can view it, but I don't want them to be able to prevent that. What can I do?

Is there a way to disable touch on the Helix and get a power management for battery cycles?

As the title describes.
I've been drawing a fair bit on the Helix using photoshop but what to find a way to disable touch. I used to be able to do it on my x220t through the control panel>isd tablet settings. Windows 8 doesn't have that option. Please don't mention palm rejection as it doesn't always work.
Also I'd live to know if there is a battery gauge to show the battery cycle of the helix. I know the battery is in good condition. What i'd like to know is the cycles of both batteries.

So I have found a temp work-around that does the deed. I have been using a lot of autodesk sketch, and its bomb if you don't have to worry about your hand touching the screen while you sketch. Here is how I have been doing it.

Under this section you will find three USB Drivers installed. I found that if I desable the second USB Driver, then the touch screen stops working, but the Digitizer still works 100%. With OS X, it automatically allocates RAM and it can't be allocated manually.
What model Mac do you have and what OS X version is it running. Your profile shows a PowerMac and OS 10.6.8. A PowerMac can't run OS 10.6.8. It's max OS is 10.5.x
How much RAM is installed in your Mac? You need to max out the RAM and close other open apps if you are having problems with Illustrator.

Let's start by highlighting the fact that this repair will not be covered by any form of Apple warranty. That being said, you can check in places like www.powerbookmedic.com or www.ifixit.com for parts prices as a reference. You will have to change the entire lid, with all its guts, but the replacemente procedure is of medium to easy level of difficulty; basically you're disconnecting the cables and unscrewing the lid off.
Note that you can opt for new or used replacement parts.

Note that you would only have to hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox to start in Safe Mode.
Any restriction added via an extension can easily be bypassed by knowledgeable users.

Is there a way to disable switching off the iPhone from the lock screen?

The reason i ask this is , if you are able to switch a phone off from a locked screen , it defeats the purpose of using the I cloud to track your stolen phone. Atleast if switching off is passcode protected, then you have time to track the phone, erase content etc till the battery runs out.

Perhaps let's first try updating your Apple Software Update.
Launch Apple Software Update ("Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update"). Does it launch and offer you a newer version of Apple Software Update? If so, choose to install just that update to Apple Software Update. (Deselect any other software offered at the same time.)
If the ASU update goes through okay, try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the errors this time?

We need to stop users connecting to public wi-fi if they are on the corporate LAN. It's possible with the latest drivers on Windows butI can't see a way of doing it in OSX.

You can turn Wi-Fi off in OS X after connecting to Ethernet. You can do it pressing the Wi-Fi icon on the menu bar, or in System Preferences > Network > Wi-Fi
