The hyperlink for iweb is not working anymore?

I have a web site built with iweb. It was not useful til few weeks ago when we try to revive and publish it, but ho surprise I went to apple store to make an appointment to remember the way to use it. I was told that that @me wont exist anymore but that I will be able to continue to work with iweb and publish with some other company. Well, I started to work again with iweb, and when I finish I try to hyperlink each page as needed but the program doesn't respond.

As you now know iWeb and iDVD have been discontinued by Apple. This is evidenced by the fact that new Macs are shipping with iLife 11 installed but without iWeb and iDVD.   On June 30, 2012 MobileMe will be shutdown. HOWEVER, iWeb will still continue to work but without the following:

◼ MobileMe Gallery
   Currently if the site is published directly from iWeb to the 3rd party server the RSS feed and slideshow subscription features will work. However, if the site is first published to a folder on the hard drive and then uploaded to the sever with a 3rd party FTP client those two features will be broken.   All of these features can be replaced with 3rd party options.   There's another problem and that's with iWeb's popup slideshows. Once the MMe servers are no longer online the popup slideshow buttons will not display their images.
   However, Roddy McKay and I have figured out a way to modify existing sites with those slideshows and iWeb itself so that those images will display as expected once MobileMe servers are gone. I too had exact issue what you were experienced, then I went to Apple autorised service center and submitted my earpods, their it worked with all versions of Apple iphones, but it didn't worked on my 3gs. The service technician suggested for OS upgrade.Then I came home and I took the backup and upgraded 5.1 to 6.1 as he suggested, also it didn't worked. I was totally frustated and suddenly I got an idea!. What a funny thing here is, a safety pin resolved my issue, I took out all dust which was there in the jack hole. Then I check my earpods, it was amazing you know..MY EAR PODS WORKED!.

Firefox will not appear in the Market for most phones with incompatible hardware. You can check if your phone is supported here:

Standard shortcut for "flow" does not work anymore

Hi there :-)
The standard shortcut for setting the flow of a brush or stamp does not work anymore. When using shift + 0-9 nothing happens. It works correctly for the opacity when I use 0-9.
When I turn on the airbrush-mode it's not switching the commands entirely... Flow is still not settable with 0-9 but opacity cannot be set either by shift + 0-9.
I can access the opacity by hitting "enter" and then use the tab to switch to the flow but that's not what I wanna do.
Can anyone help my to find out what happened to These commands? The Shift-keys work fine btw... I'm using them for other commands (in and outside of PS) .
If anyone knows how to change these standard hotkeys let me know as well.

Hyperlink to iWeb Page not working

I have created an iWeb page. I have a hyperlink to the page on a document. The hyperlink takes me to a mobile me error page ie "We can't find the page you requested. Please make sure the URL is spelled and capitalized correctly, and try again."
Yet if I copy and paste the exact same url I have entered in the hyperlink filed into the address bar on Safari it goes to the right page no problems.
Any ideas please?

I was able to place a hyperlink in an rtfd text file and and Word 2008 document to your web page that works. The link in the Word document takes about 5 to 7 seconds to get to Safari and open the Page. The rtfd document, created with Bean
Bean, a great, free word processor, opens the page in Safari almost immediately.
In Work I used the Insert ➙ Hyperlink menu option and entered the URL of you page and the text to use as the link. For the Bean document I clicked and dragged the link title at the top of your web page onto the Bean page and saved as a rtfd formatted file. If the page is saved as a plain text document the hyperlink is lost.

If I do a Print ➙ PDF ➙ Save as PDF from Bean I get a working link in the resulting PDF file. But with Word the link does not work.

The contacts in the ear phone hole are not working anymore!

I have a Movie IPOD...I guess 5th gen. Its about 3 years old, I take good care of it. I have my ear phones for when Im out of the car, and a cord for my car radio that plugs into the ear phone hole. Well all of a sudden the ear phone hole and its contacts inside of it, are not working properly. I only get sound out of the left side of my car speakers and me ear phones. It has no warrenty and I am just wondering please tell me there is a place where such things can be fixed. Please tell me that I can take it to an apple store and get it repaired, like same day type thing.

I have the exact same problem, sound only comes from left side unless you juggle wire, twist it etc. i now spend more time trying to get it to work right then actually listening to it. So I believe it is time for a new Ipod. Apple wont replace any internal parts but will send you a new/ refurbished ipod identical to yours for around $125. You will, however, need to reload all songs, pictures, etc. 3rd party sites will sell you a new headphone jack for around $100 but most require you to install it yourself. Opening the Case will void the warranty. Which brings up another good point: if you still have a warranty (1 year from Apple, possible store/ credit card extension) use it. Your final option is to give your ipod to an apple store where they will recycle it for you and give you a 10% discount on a new Ipod of your choice. This has made me lose faith in Apple. I have had 2 ipods which both stopped working in less than 2 years. i love apple design and interface but quality is low. hope this helps!!

The icon for firefox is not working. "There was a problem sending the command to the program" pops up. Cannot get in to firefox

Since the upgrade, the icon does not work. Now this message comes up. I made Google my home page by following directions on this site. I deleted the old icon as it didnt work, and this new one came up on my desktop and it presented the message above.

Before you open any of the applications, please go to Task Manager to see if their processes are stuck there. If so, shut them down and try again.
You can also try starting the applications in Safe Mode to determine if the problem is 3rd-party add-ins related.

Some gestures have been removed in Firefox 4 and later.
You can restore the zoom feature by changing the values of the related prefs on the about:config page.

The Snippets Plug-In does not work anymore

i used this plug-in, where i get it from here.
The snippets helped me to insert basic source code, like setter/getter-functions (i know that these function are implemented in flash builder ) and other things like whole switch-statements or templates for a singleton-class, for example.
That plug-in relieved me from typing the boring things again and again. Also improved it my daily output of source code and to get more time for important things.

Hi, it sounds like that article is showing you a way to add 3rd party features to your Eclipse environment (which underlies Flash Builder) in an unsupported way. As a result it's pointing at an out-of-date plugin that's probably incompatible with the latest version of Eclipse.
The correct way to add plug-ins / features from other products is to use Help > Software Updates > Find and Install. Choose "search for new features to install".
For the Web Standard Tools project's code snippet feature (not: this is not an Adobe product), the site you want in this case is Ganymede and the feature is Web and Java EE Development > Web Developer Tools. You'll also have to click Select Required to pick up other required features. That will add a bunch of features to your environment including the code snippets feature, which you can find under Window > Other Views... > General > Snippets.
We do have a file templates feature in FB4 itself, but not code snippets... but fortunately since we're built on shoulders of Eclipse you can leverage the work that others have done in the Eclipse community like this!

HT5559 The Java 6 downgrade workaround not working anymore?

I have Mountain Lion installed. I followed the above article a couple of weeks back, and successfully downgraded from 7 to 6 (I needed it as I use Google Chrome - don't tell me I should use Safari, I know Java 7 works there but that's not the point).
Today I tried my javaapplet (online banking) and only saw a grey window, not even a "pluging missing" or anything. When I visit http://javatester.org/version.html I can see nothing. I tried the above article again, still nothing (note: I do restart Chrome every time and have no other browsers open).
Seems I'll have to upgrade to 7 and use Safari instead...? Do you guys experience the same? Does anyone happen to have a solution?

Java 6 has been disabled by Apple for almost a week now and they have not announced any plans to update it for Lion / Mountain Lion users. A lot of users have complained, but only time will tell if they will react to that.

They are not showing up at all in my library. They only show up under the "on this iPhone" section when the old phone is plugged into iTunes. I have tried syncing again and still no solution. The music that is missing is all from CDs that I previously imported into iTunes.

Email notifications for priority senders not working anymore

I recently just received a replacement galaxy s4 from asurion. On my old s4, I was able to select a ringtone and vibration notification for an email address I had added to the Priority Sender List. With this new phone I have vibration selected and a ringtone selected for this priority sender, but it still comes in silent. I tried adding another one of my email accounts to this priority sender list with the same notification settings, and it too still comes in silent. My master phone volume settings are set to vibrate (for calls and text messages). Any suggestions as to how I can fix this? I have already tried pulling the battery, doing a factory reset, deleting my email account then setting it up again, as well as updating my overall phone software to Android 4.4.2 build number KOT49H.I545VRUNC5 (the latest software update).

The good news is that you currently have the lasest software version installed. You have also done quite a bit of troubleshooting. Does this only happen with email notifications?
