The I tune store is blank everything else works

Everything works on my I tunes on my PC except the store it will not load, I get a blank screen.  I have not changed anything on my computer since the last time I bought a song.

Disable anti virus software then try iTunes.
And make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed >  Apple - iTunes - Download iTunes Now

    Same here on my lpad2. Can access the web just fine from browsers but cannot install new apps or updates in appl store.  Seeing a few others reporting same issue tonight so likely an apple server issue and staff will notice it in network monitors and fix it...sometime this weekend.

    OK. You can't type in any text field is what you are saying.
    You have not been using a Bluetooth keyboard with the iPad have you? Of you were, make sure that the keyboard is turned off and turn Bluetooth off as well.
    If that is not the issue here, reboot your iPad.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

    It sounds like iTunes launches for a split second, then quits unexpectedly.
    I would recommend a few things for this issue. First, close all the running apps on the phone:
    iOS: Force an app to close

    Double-click the Home button.
    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
    Swipe the app up to close it.
    When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App stores, and restart the phone:

    In the same vain as you, I updraded my iMac to 10.7.5 and iTunes to 10.7 this Week-End.
    I can't connect to the CND iTune Store because of a box that tells me I'm not connected to the internet....But I am, as everything else works find....From my iPad either, I can't connect....But I can from my iPhone if I'm on 3G....And of course, AppleTV doesn't work either.
    Any help would be appreciated...

    Have you tried disconnecting and re-connecting to your network ?. And when you say rebooted do you mean a reset ? If not then try that : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
    You could also try closing those apps completely. From the home screen (i.e. not with any of those apps 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the iTunes, App Store and iBooks apps to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.

  • Error message -3221 - Could not connect to the I-Tunes Store

    I last accessed the I-Tunes store on November 3, 2007 with no problems. The last week of November I received the following error message. "I-Tunes could not connect to the I-Tunes store. An unknown error has occurred (-3221)." I have the latest version of I-Tunes (7.4.3.1). I cleared my DNS server and am sure I-Tunes isn't blocked in my firewall. In fact, I followed all the suggestions given on the I-Tunes diagnostic website. I cannot find any mention of anyone else that has received this particular message. Can anyone help me????

    Macafee security center is the culprit.
    Open Macafee then: select;
    Internet & Network > configure
    Firewall > Advanced
    Programm Permissions > scroll down to Itunes
    Highlight (click on)
    Then Grant full access to Itunes.
    APPLY then OK
    When you select store from Itunes you will need to register with Itunes

  • The i-tunes store dissapears!!!

    after i click on the i-tunes store and it begins to load i can see the home page and everything... but after it loads it all disappears and all i can click on is music,podcast, ect. but those pages disappear after they load also, so i cant do anything on the store. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX?

    A lot of folks have had success by going to itunes menu > edit > preferences > parental tab. Check the box to disable the itunes store and save the change.
    Then go back and uncheck the box and save the change again.
    Then try the store again.

    If you're sure where your library is run this script iTunesXMLPath. The library folder is the folder that file is in. Your media folder is recorded under Edit > Preferences > Advanced and is usually a subfolder of the library folder.
    I recommend you backup your library with the method in this user tip.

    Hi can anybody help or advise me? I've recently bought the i-phone 4s, I've set up my apple I.D and password but everytime I try and log in it says "this apple I.D has not yet been used on the i-tunes store" I click "review" follow the instructions and agree to the terms and condition's, enter my bank details but it declines every time? I've tried both my accounts and its declined both, this stops me from logging in so I can't download anything for free or buy anything, my sister had the option of skipping the bank details part when she created her apple I.D and just enters her's when buying something, why do I not have that option?? And why is it declining my bank details...please HELP!!!!!

    The details I'm entering are correct, I choose visa as my card type, enter my card number, enter my expiry date and my last 3 digts on the reverse of the card, enter my address and zip code plus my home telephone number, click continue and it says "the payment method you have selected has been declined, please enter another payment method". I've lost count how many times I've tried, I've typed my details in slowly making sure I put them in properlly and it still declines it, I've even tried makeing a new apple I.D and when I get to the bank details part it declines it again so I am forced to press cancel and all details are not saved so its just like I'm hitting a brick wall, its ******* me off!!! I can't even download any of the free app's because to do so you must log in but when I do it says "this apple I.D has not yet been used in the i-tunes store" review my details and can't get past the bank details part.     Hello cor-el, thanks for your reply. I changed my settings for downloads to desktop and it has appeared on there. When I double click I am asked which program I want to open file. I click firefox and another box "opening install" says I have chosen to open the file which is an application and do I want to save it. This is the only real option so I press save file. I get a box saying this is an executable file which may contain viruses - do you want to run. I press ok and the final box showing C drive file name and desktop appears stating application not found.
    This happens the same whenever I try to install.
    To my untrained eye the application is not being recognised as an application and I cannot work out how to get it to do that.
    My plugin is still showing as out of date.
    Is there anything you could suggest. Thanks for your time.

    I just got an i-Phone 4 and started doing the set up on it.  Downloaded the program for the i-Tunes.  Attempted to use it and an error message came up as follows: "We could not complete your i-Tunes store request.  An unknown error occured (0x80092013).  There was an error in the i-Tunes Store.  Please try again later."  I am at a bit of a loss.

    ok, so tried to open my safari which was version 5.1.7 and i received the error message:
    safari can't connect to the server
    safari can't open the page http://www.apple.com/startpage/ because safari can't connect to the server www.apple.com
    The same error occurred with whatever site I tried to access, so I uninstalled Safari, then reinstalled version 3.2.3 and this time I got the error message:
    The same error message occurred with any website I tried to access. I am able to access all websites including banking etc on IE and firefox.
    Safari can’t open the page.
    Safari can’t open the page “http://www.apple.com/startpage/”. The error was: “unknown error” (kCFErrorDomainWinSock:10013) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Help menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.
    Not sure how to check the logs for itunes though
    If you have any idea how to fix this issue that would be great as im at a total loss.

    We are fellow users here on these forums. Have you tried logging out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logged in and seeing if it then works ?
