The icloud sent all my apps to the cloud - apple id disabled

i updated and synced the ipad2 with mac this morning and it has sent all my apps to the cloud. To get them back to earth I need to download again but it tells me my apple-id is disabled.
I have checked the cloud (which is not on the pad but hidden in settings) and the account is active, the payment card is correct and I restarted. What is going on here? To add insult to injury I went to the help line and needed to pay $80 to get the honor of getting some help.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
First check that all your settings are correct, that notes syncing (mail and notes on a computer) is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the notes you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone'  or other non iCloud account (you can do this by checking in accounts on an iOS device, or the left side panel in mail on a computer), non iCloud notes will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your notes are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking notes syncing (mail and notes on a computer) in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling notes syncing.

        I have an ipod touch and recently bought an iphone. The iphone only has 5g memory and the ipod has 36g or something like that. I am trying to figure out how to have all my apps ( about 300) on my icloud so that i actually have room on my iphone. i don't use my ipod touch anymore so I'd like to have my apps on my iphone, but they take up too much space. I'd like to think I'm pretty computer proficient so this is really driving me crazy:)

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    All your apps are already in the cloud, you can redownload them from the purchased section of the app store at any time, you can get to the purchased section by tapping the updates option at the bottom of the app store screen.
    With limited storage on the phone you mat want to download a few core regularly used apps and just download the others as you need to use them, you will probably need to delete some of the lesser used apps from time to time to free up space for downloading different ones.

    Someboby please help me.....THIS IS DOING MY HEAD IN!!  I have had to reset my Ipad as my apple Id has been disabled which reset fine but after the reset I have gone to download an app it was automatically disabled again.  Any ideas on why this is happening or how I can fix it would be awesome.

    Apple ID being disabled is a different error, and one not related to your iPad.

So, I just want to download a few paid apps using the first apple id (my dad's apple id) and then again switch back to my id...If I do this, will there be any issues related to licence as I have not paid for those apps from my id!!

    Apps are tied to the Apple ID, so you can't use apps from different Apple IDs on one device.

    You cannot.
    All purchases will always be tied to the account from which they were purchased.
    Why would you start a new account? Just update the email address for the original account

  • Is there an issue with iCloud syncing on iWork apps?

    I thought everything was ok with iCloud syncing but I seem to now have issues.
    I created a spreadsheet under Pages on my iPad (3rd Gen) and, after pressing the 'spreadsheet' button to show thumbnails of all docs being worked on, I'm seeing a small arrow pointing upwards on the thumbnail.  Before, I used to see a progress bar updating in the thumbnail (which I presume is updating to iCloud). 
    Now? Nothing.  The arrow stays and nothing is updated on my iPhone 4.   In fact, a previous version of my spreadsheet is shown on my iPhone with the same upwards pointing arrow but with the whole thumbnail 'greyed out'.  I can't even open it on the iPhone to delete it!
    Is this a know issue and are there any fixes?  I've tried the usual turning iCloud off and on for both devices but this has not had any effect.

    I have now established that there are issues with Pages, Numbers and Keynote documents!!!  They surely cannot all be corrupted?
    I have managed to salvage an important Numbers Document which I have copied in to iTunes (and subsequently on to my external HD).
    To try and rectify the situation I have then turned off iCloud on all 3 apps on both my iPhone 4 and iPad and deleted all documents under each app.  I have then gone on to iWork under iCloud and deleted all documents off there (some of which I noted were not the up-to-date documents I had been working on in iOS).  I had to turn off iCloud regardless to delete a couple of the documents on my iPhone (under all 3 apps) as some documents were greyed out (see original post) and could not be deleted.  As soon as iCloud was disabled it enabled me to remove off the local device. 
    Having switched iCloud back on to my iPhone and iPad (and bearing in mind I had deleted all documents off both iOS devices and in iCloud) the greyed out thumbnails re-appear (and cannot be deleted or altered!!!!)
    Anybody? Aaaaarrrrrrgggghhhhhh!!!!!!!!

    If you tried to restore to your iCloud backup and your photos didn't fully restore, first go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and make sure it isn't still in the process of restoring.
    If the restore is complete and all your photos weren't restored, all you can do is try restoring the backup again.  You might try the solution posted by ezjules in this discussion: https://discussions.apple.com/message/19518589#19518589.  This involves opening the photos app after the phone restarts and you provide the passwords for your Apple IDs, then leaving it open for the remainder of the restore process.

    (I think the daughter got he better end of the deal!)   I believe if you change the password and user id one of the devices it will stop that from occurring. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

    It sounds like your iCloud Apple ID has a phone number associated with it that you would like to update. If this is the case, after signing in to the linked website below, you will see a section on the left side of the screen labeled Phone Numbers. You can edit the phone number associated with that account from there.
