The Ideal Family Plan for internet freaks

My family is looking for a plan with 700 minutes for the month but everything else is Unlimited. I'm talking about e-mailing, texting, and data. Where is this plan?
If you guys at Verizon are going to have all these 3G phones out on the market and not have a "blow your mind" package deal with data included, your going to lose people to carriers who do give people a taste of everything.
I don't know how long we are going to wait for Verizon to pull their program together. There are some seriously sweet deals out there on the web and we are totally shopping.

I'm still looking around. That virgin mobile deal looks good and if we get three phones thats only $75. I had them before and the phone worked inside my house so that gives them a leg up against verizon.

I'm also a just too American to just give up on Verizon. I want to fight for my rights to party!!! Why should I leave cause they don't have their issues straight. It is not so much VZW does not have their issues straight as much they do not have a plan perfect for YOU. 90 million+ subs, seems to show quite a few do like what they offer. I do suspect to see a family internet plan later next year considering how well the promo they have for certain areas and subs has been accepted. As an American consumer I have the right to demand for a product and service that fits my family's needs. You can demand anything you want, it does not mean a plan will be made just for you. I would love to ala-carte my cable channels, but I am not allowed to get a plan made just for me.
Its like you asking me to leave the States just because I don't like were the economy is going and how our government is handling it. How would you feel if some said that to you? What would you say?

Out of the box execution plan for Payables EBS 11.5.10

Has anyone else experienced performance issues with the out of the box execution plan for the Payables subject area for Oracle EBS 11.5.10? Our incremental ETL for this particular subject area is taking 8+ hours. I understand that there are several factors involved with performance and that there are a lot of AP transactions, but this is ridiculous for a nightly incremental ETL job.
In particular it is the SDE_ORA_APTransactionFact_Payment task that is taking forever. This query appears to have extremely high cost (see explain plan below). Has anyone been successful in rewriting or changing this query?

However, if possible, we would like suggestions on what would be the better ways to implement EFT (US bank) using either XML or text formats. We would also prefer not using e-commerce gateway or EDI.

If you open the recovery drive (partition) it should only have a single folder (Recovery).
To make sure that your not saving restore points to that drive.
See:
Start, Control Panel, System, System Protection tab. Make sure the D drive partition is set to OFF so that it does not save there.

You can, but you'll need to expand your cabling a bit.
You'll need to get an intermediate ethernet hub, switch, or router. That device sits alone, with the Mac, your printer, and your modem/LAN plugged into it.
If you are already using a router, either separate or in combination with the modem (many modems have a built-in router), then you just need a hub or switch.
I use an ethernet switch (10/100/1000) to let both my Macs (a 2010 iMac and an elderly G4 DA model) use my HP4000n printer and my modem. The ethernet switch is a passive device, meaning there's no setup nor instructing it required - it's truly plug-and-play. All four items (two Macs, printer, and modem) are plugged into it via ethernet; both Macs have full-time independent access to the printer and the modem.

I don't know about ideal, but I'm using an Intel Core2 Duo, 3.16ghz, 3.46gb ram, winXP Pro SP3. This is an HP branded PC, it uses the onboard Q45 video.
I rarely have any problems that I haven't caused myself (having too many applications open while I work).

Why is it that the only family plan Verizon has seems to be the Edge plan?

I have a family of 3 any to have 3phones and 6GBs of data cost me over $200. But the Verizon edge plan with 4 phones and 10GBs is $160. I think this is idiotic. All other carriers have a family plan I can customize to my families needs and they are cheaper. I even tried to switch over to the edge plan and I was not able to. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years but think it may be time to switch. Tired of feeling like I am getting ripped off.

Edge is PAYMENT plan for people who pay full price for their phones but do not have the money to pay the full amount. At&t's plans are exactly the same. If you're not buying a new phone you don't get to be on Edge. That would be like asking a car dealer if you can make car payments but are not interested in buying a car. Why would you do that? The 4 lines for $160 is not taking into account the phone payments which average around $25 per month so for 4 lines that would be an additional $100 thus making it $260.
Anyway if your current lines are off contract you can get 10 GB for 3 lines for $145. In fact starting today you can get 15 GB for 3 lines or $155 or 30 GB for $175

Cheapest family plan for Verizon Iphone 4S?

So my dad has a 1st Generation droid, data plan (Unknown), Minutes (450), Texting (not unlimited). My mom has a dumb phone same as my dad but no data plan obviously. Now my question how much would it be under a family plan if i got the cheapest data plan, lowest minutes on a phone (i hardly ever call), and unlimited texting? How much would it be a phone you all would think if both my parents have verizon phones.

I am suing stills in my Timeline. Right now they look really bad. They look great in the Viewer but they look like to crap in the Canvas and Timeline. The stills are 2896x1944.

Not sure what legal means you are using to sue your stills..who's your lawyer?
Okay now seriously, your Canvas crap is because it's just a low res proxy. Spit out a self-contained movie and look at it in Quicktime or better yet look at it through a broadcast monitor for a more accurate representation.
In terms of size you want to keep your total pixels to under 4000. And if you're not making moves on the stills then make them the same size as your sequence.

What is the best protection plan for the 5s?

I have VZW, we just upgraded our phones and got a 5s and 5c at Best Buy. I was just curious to see what protection plan you guys recommend? I have 3 choices. We purchased the phones on 12/27/13 so I don't know how much more time we have before the deadline for a plan kicks in. I have 5 choices though.
The Best Buy protection plan, Verizon Wireless TEC plan or AppleCare+, SquareTrade & Protect Your Bubble. What do you think is best?
I currently have the TEC plan from VZW. I had a HTC Rezound and the TEC plan was on that line for $8 I believe. Once I upgraded to the iPhone through BB, my plan changed to the TEC plan for the iPhone which is now $9.99 if I remember correctly. Anyways, I can cancel it anytime. My wife's phone doesn't have the TEC, that it why were trying to figure out what PP to get for our phones. I've never lost a phone before. My HTC Rezound did break a few times. A few times it was the hardware just not working and I got a refurb sent for free. But I did break the screen 1 time and was happy that I had insurance, I only had to pay $75 versus $200 something. I only broke it once in the 2 1/2 years I had it, but it did happen. God forbid I break the iPhone screen or something, I don't have $800 for a new one.
We currently have AC+ for our iPad Air but it was a spur of the moment buy since I was in the Apple Store.

I know the "basics" of AC, I just didn't know if any of the other insurances come close? I have a few other questions if you don't mind, don't know if you can answer them or not...
- What are Apples claim guidelines, does the phone have to be non repairable to use a claim? What if the screen is just cracked or there is a giant dent on the side, heavy cosmetic damage? Does AC cover water damage? How does that all work?
- I read over at the macrumors forum that Apple can replace your iPhone without using AC? Here is the quote:
"It's worth noting that even without AC, Apple will replace your phone for $250 if you broke it and it is in no more than two pieces." Is there any truth to that statement?
- Say I break my phone, I pay the $79 deductible, I understand that part but do I have to pay for the replacemt and if so how much? I saw that some insurances require you pay, an example, $50 deductible plus $120 for the replacement.
I know the major downside against AC is that it doesn't cover lost or stolen devices and only a total of 2 claims allowed. I've never lost any of my Android phones but I've heard iPhones are pretty high up on the theft list.
If I did happen to break my iPhone 5s or crack the screen, whatever it may be, I just want to get the fastest service possible and cheap too. I don't want to have wait 3 days or more to get a replacement and I also don't want to pay a huge amontunt of money to get a replacemt either. I have AC on my iPad Air, I bought it because I was in the store and I jumped the gun before checking out other options. Anyways, I'm about to pull the trigger and get AC for my 5s and 5c, it's just that SquareTrade has caught my attention too and I'm torn between them. I saw that ST offer 4 claims and honors lost and stole devices. I didn't think this would be suck a tough decision lol.

If you already have the MORE EVERYTHING PLAN you will have an option to receive a $10.00 discount for your basic phone plan!
Double check the features that you currently have on your plan and print the confirmation page that you will receive the discount before you leave the page.
If you return again to the Change Features option that will no longer appear.
You can review your current options and you will see the More Everything discount listed!
