The info you put and the year you put in the info section of a movie you've ripped into your library should appear in the empty space on the left as you scroll down your list. It just makes common sense.
Seems like Apple would use the empty black space on the left, that appears while scrolling through your shared library, to display the info you enter in the year and comments section. For example: I should be able to put the synopsis to each of my movies in the comments section and see it on the left as I scroll through my list. Get on that. Thanks

Apple does use tht space for info about the movie, you are obviously entering it into the wrong places.

How to read the whole name of a music title while scrolling down a list of titles? The old software-app had the function to click for a longer time on a titles beginning letters until a black box revealed the entire name. I miss this function especially for my classical music, because lots of pieces start with similar words. E.g.:

i just got my ipod from my dad and he has all of his songs on there from his mac, and so now he gave the ipod to me and i want to put all of the songs on MY computer onto my new ipod and take all of the songs of that my dad originally had.
When you connect the iPod to your computer and go to the Music tab to select which music you want to sync, iTunes will pop up a dialogue box that if you sync your music it will replace the music that is already on the iPod.
Since that sounds like what you want to do, just click ok and then sync. -
There's no agree button on the new iTunes terms and conditions, so I can't buy any apps for my iPhone5, with iOS7. Any suggestions? Three E-mail exchanges with Apple didn't help,can you?

Make sure that you do not use "Clear Recent History" to clear the "Browsing History" when Firefox is closed because that prevails and prevents Firefox from opening tabs from the previous session.

If you use cleanup software like CCleaner then make sure that Session is unchecked in the settings for the Firefox application. -
I have two phones under the same apple ID and I want to put them on separate apple IDs, how do I do this??
If you sign out of an Apple ID under Settings > iCloud, you should be prompted for an option to 'Keep on my iPhone' in regards to Contacts and other related data. Then, when signing in with another Apple ID on that same iPhone, you should be prompted to 'Merge'. If you do both, then you won't lose any Contacts, and the iCloud Contacts will then be merged into the new Apple ID iCloud, but also will stay on the old Apple ID iCloud.

i was trying to download windows 7 on mac book air 10.8.2.seems like i didnt copy my windos disk on the usb properly at the begining,so after the boot camp steps the screen is black and telle me to put the write disk.
eventually i made a coorect usb windows 7 and put it back to continue as it was saying so,but there is no change and the screen still is dark and says no bootable disk ,insert.
how to solve the problem?Right now I have 6 different systems installed. Windows XP, 7, and 8 plus Linux Mint, Commodore, and OS X Snow Leopard (for old times sake), all running on Mountain Lion.
I recommend reading the user manual as it greatly helps getting through the steps, however an intuitive person should pick it up fairly easily.

my macbook wont start the screen turn blue and stay like that for hrs. It only work when i use safe mode, i try to use disk utilities to fix it but the disk utilities keep saying error and a bunch of other stuff. I dont the cds the comp came with, help. i've tried the command s command p command v but nothing i've tried to the safe mode then a quick restart but nothing

I have Elements 12. It's an upgrade in most respects from the old CS2 I used for years. Except there is apparently no measuring tool. How can this be; is there a plug-in, or will Adobe fix the problem? Anyone know a way around this glaring omission?
Hello again. When I said PSE 12 was an upgrade on CS2, I meant that simply from an informal point of view - and it is: it's better software in most respects. In expert mode, the features and functions are much the same as in the CS2 I had before, but enhanced and slicker. Less 16 bit colour depth and a few other things of course. Unfortunately, as it now transpires, the "few other things" has turned out to include the measuring feature.
Thanks for the work-around - only problem is ... to what Info Panel are you referring when using the line tool? I've looked around but can't see the line length being shown anywhere. Thanks in advance for any light you might be able to cast on it.
Incidentally, I upgraded my written-off Canon D5 MK II with a D6. To me it's an upgrade - it's a much better camera - though by the letter of the law, the strict upgrade path would be to a 5D MK III. One can use the word "upgrade" in this informal (but entirely meaningful) sense, I hope, without being sent to prison!! -
My iPhone camera will not open up. When I press on the icon it open and closes quickly. When I open it from my home screen it reboots my phone. What should I do?
Tried that and it still isn't working. Not sure if it's software thing but I just noticed when I swipe up my control center the flashlight option is not available as well. I'm not sure why this is. I have a 5s with the newest software. That's for the suggestion

I recently bought a new laptop, installed iTunes and imported my library during a sync with my iPhone. Now I've noticed that any tracks that were ripped into my library from a CD won't play on my iPhone. They're visible but with a red circle next to them.

If the media that you are attempting to sync plays in iTunes, try removing the preference to sync music as this remove the media from the device. Once this is done, try syncing the media again.

Since the latest version of itunes, my playlists are too large to fit on the screen. The left side, with all my playlists is still there, but I can no longer scroll down the chosen playlist as the far right is no longer accessible. Any suggestions on how to minimize the list? Thanks.
