I checked the college.
The "Instituto Politécnico Nacional" is the second largest university in Mexico.
Why is not accepted in iTunesU?
I'm not sure what it is you are asking. Do you mean that you have submitted an application for your institution to offer material in iTunes U and had it rejected? If so and Apple did not give a reason, in another post it was suggested to send an email to [email protected] That might be worth a try, anyway.
If that's not what you meant, pleaes post back and clarify your question.

I was getting the same behavior after Apple support had me delete some plist files to get Airplay going. I was also getting the following error:
the error occurred while processing a command of type 'writesettings' in the plug-in 'server vpn'
I went into ~/Library/Preferences/ and /Library/Preferences/ and deleted every plist contating the word server. I had to re-set up my server (meaning walk through some intial steps) but all of my settings were still there after that and everything started working again.
Just a thought, obviously try at your own risk but it worked for me.

My computer (Win 7) recognises my ipod but when Itunes is automatically started the ipod is removed from "my Computer" and is not recognised in itunes, my device manager states he device is being "uninstalled by window" error 21, what is happpening.
Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port on the back of your PC? Have you tried a different USB cable?
What happens if you try to reset the device with it still connected to the PC?
How to reset iPod
Has this iPod ever worked on this PC or is this the first time you have time you have tried connecting it?
Have you carefully worked through each and every single suggestion in this Apple support document?

there may be several reasons why your credit card may be declined by the iTunes store ,
the reason the iTunes store require c.card when you setup your apple id is for verification purposes
if you have called the iTunes store in the past about unrecognised charges, or unauthorised activity ,
then your bank may have blocked your card from being used on the iTunes store, i would recommend contacting your banking institute -

Hence I cannot update or buy until I do this. The same thing happened with my daughters account and had to use her dads card.Please can someone help me. As I have said in the title, I was supposed to do a restore on my iPad for work. I backed up the device and then I restored it to factory settings as I was instructed. Now that all of that is complete, I tried to restore it from the back up point I created and it will not recognize my Apple ID password. I really hope that I won't lose all of my data, but I don't know what else to do. I have tried entering my password numerous times. I really hope that someone can help me.Restoring an iPad from an iTunes-generated backup should not require an Apple ID password.
Did you encrypt the iPad backup? If so, then trying to restore will require entering the encryption password. -
