The Internet crime--I need the US authorities contact info

I have been experiencing extremely critical and controversial two of the Internet crime issues. The one is from May 2004 (This is not related with Apple machines and its OSs) and the other one is from December 2007 on Leopard and Tiger Mac OS X systems. I am almost unable to control my Power Mac G5 and Power Mac G3 Blue and White, because an unidentified Rootkit program is being installed, a TFTPD protocol misused backdoor attempts -- e.g. threw into my computer while I was downloading from the Software Update server, a destroy program that was installed into invisible file system directories to erase and kill the underlying file systems for all evidences that I can prove this wrong doing-- I still hold some of them on different sources. Also, a number of the denial of the services on Leopard 10.5.0 and 10.5.1 such as killing the Apple keyboard functions temporarily, not allowing to use a few Apple Mail functions, the system interruption to the specific network related applications (e.g. IP packet capture program), modification of some critical files on /etc and other invisible directories, the BSD layer file system (e.g. configd, syslogd and more) are working stealthily after I shut down my Power Mac G5 Dual 2.7 GHz.
I now hate to reinitialize the hard drives and reinstall OSs on two of the computers-- I have done them over 10 times since December 2007.
I need to rase these issues to the US authorities as soon as possible. My local police officers do not understand about computer security matters I have been experiencing with.
Could someone tell me the contact person or governmental bodies for the Internet crime and terrorism? I would like to know telephone numbers and the address and e-mail address.

I'm extremely skeptical such an attempt could work, unless you regularly enable root user. Root user is disabled by default, and all network ports when the built-in firewall is turned on are in stealth mode which would usually obviate all but ping attacks.
The worst anyone could do, if you managed to open a trojan horse e-mail is write system files accessible to administrator access, but then you'd also have to authenticate any such access.
The back doors while they exist have to be intentionally opened up by the user.
The other way it could be opened up is if you are in a public area where someone with knowledge of your system would actually come in and hack your machine by being granted physical access to the machine. If you are, it is highly recommend you log out from your machine, and turn off auto-login in from Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Accounts.
If you have routers on your network, if these have their firewalls open or have an insecure password (most have a built-in simple admin password that is easy to guess), the router itself you have may be compromised.
If your evidence is e-mail appearing to be sent by you from a spammer and being put on a realtime blackhole list, this is easily achieved by anyone spoofing your e-mail address. If you let your e-mail address get into the open by any family members sending a chain letter with your address in the open, or putting your real full e-mail address on a website, this may lead to your e-mail address getting on a spammer's spoof list. This does NOT mean your computer's security has been compromised. It only means that someone is masquerading as you because you left someone out in the open that shouldn't be.
