The internet on my ipod doesn't work
For some reason, the internet on my ipod touch isn't working. I was doing fine this morning but it just suddenly went down and so did the computers. I disconnected the internet and brought it back but when i came home to check if it was working it only worked for the computers and not for the Ipod touch. Is it the Ipod touch or is it the internet itself? And also to anyone who has this problem, do you have time warner cable because that might be the problem?
Try restarting your wireless router by removing the power to it for 30 seconds and restarting.

The time on my ipod doesn't work
The time is wrong on my iPod. Whenever I lock my screen, the time stays the same. I tried resetting my settings, but it doesn't fix anything. I also went to date and time on general settings, but it's the same thing. Please help!

At the end of the installation process, I received the message that (some applications?) were not compatible with Firefox and should Firefox search for (some applications?) that would be compatible. I answered no. When the netbook restarted only one of the two user icons was showing. The user icon I use all the time was not showing. I did system restore to try to go back to before I did the installation and I got both icons, but Firefox does not open. Firefox does not open with either icon. I am using my old PC to write this message and I will not install the new version of Firefox on this PC until I can once again get onto the Net with my netbook. I hardly ever use this PC for using the Net.

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.<br />

Hello everybody,
I would like to copy all the songs from one Ipod into another. All the songs are into my Itunes account, I tried to drag and drop the songs from the old Ipod to the new one but it doesn't work. Is there a way to do it ?
I share one Itunes account with other people from my family and one person would like to keep the same songs on the new Ipod as the ones which were on the old one.

I made a mistake of trying to put 5.0.1 beta 1 firmware on my ipod touch 3rd gen ( non-registered) unsuccessfully. Now the ipod doesn't work at all with any public firmware. Any suggestions?

However, from your discription, I suspect that something is broken. Maybe a dead battery. In that case. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store and see what they say. -

I'm running an iMac with Mountain Lion. Not only do we do accounting work on this computer with AccountEdge, but the computer functions as a server to another computer in a different state.
Anyway, I set a static IP address (Using DHCP with manual address) on it (to allow for a VPN to the computer in the different state) and it is connected (green dot) - meaning that the other computer in the different state can connect to us via that ethernet line - but for some reason Safari, Messanger, and Apple Email won't work.
But if I switch a dynamic IP (DHCP auto), I can use the internet (Safari, messanger, email), but the computer in the different state can't connect to this computer.
How can I fix this so that the computer in the different state can connect to this computer and that the internet (Safari, messanger, and email) can work at the same time?
Much thanks!No but if they are using a VPN Tunnel for the connection that restricts all internet traffic over the tunnel. Which means you can't use that same computer to broswe the internet or connect to other computers or devices on your LAN.
I'd need to see the actual setup, router and the IP addresses you are using.
Networking and remote networking is fairly easy when you are in front of the systems you are working on. Doing it over the internet on a forum is almost impossible. Tha is why I suggested you get local help, like the person that originally set it up. -
Hello, I just got an iPhone 4S and it seems that the bluetooth function in it doesn't work. I tried few times to pair it to other non Apple phones but it never worked. Does anyone has an idea how to solve the problem? Tks.
This is not a feature of iPhone, iPad or iOS.

devices/headsets, some keyboards, some peer-to-peer apps from the
app store and internet tethering where provided by the carrier.
