The iOS 5.0.1 Update has been released!

All of the iPad 1 folks can now update and activate multitouch gestures. Everybody get it while its hot!

Probably the biggest thing is the bug fix for the iPhone batteries.
This update contains improvements and other bug fixes including:
- Fixes bugs affecting battery life
- Adds Multitasking Gestures for original iPad
- Resolves bugs with Documents in the Cloud
- Improves voice recognition for Australian users using dictation

Hi All,
I am an ABAPer, I have a functional doubt. I have got a functional Spec's for which I have to create a report.
Here, I need to retrieve the field for "Date when the notification RECV task has been released".
I have checked and analysed that the data has to be pulled from 'QMEL' and 'AFIH' tables. I have the notification number with me, I need to pull the "Date when the notification RECV task has been released", there are a lot of date fields in QMEL and AFIH tables, I am able to identify the creation date for particular notification. I need to get the release date?
Could someone please help me, what is the field for release date for the notification in these tables (OR) please let me know the transaction be which we can identify the release date for notification task, I'll get the field name from there.
Please help, I dont have any functional consultants around me.

That means something went wrong with the update and the phone is in recovery mode.
Connect it to your computer and use iTunes to restore it.

I cannot use my safari because it is frozen, so when the IOS 7.0.5 update has come, I immediately update my iphone 5s. The problem now, is it is stuck on the apple logo. What do I need to do to fix this?

For the safari, it is just a blank white page everytime I open it.

Yesterday, July 29, 2013, Appfresh app show that Apple has released one more time Chinese Word List Update. the size is 143 KB. But this time, it show itself as version 1.0!
Last update to this Chinese Word List Update is version 1.7 last month. What go wrong? Why apple update Chinese Word List Update from version 1.7 released last month back to version 1.0 on July 29, 2013?
Any friend here can help clarify what happen with Apple.

A restore from backup will not affect your data. You restore the phone and then restore the backup that you have made. Make the backup before you start the restore. If you restore as new, yes it will delete all of the data on your device.

Try these steps as needed:
Reset phone: press both the home and power buttons, releasing when the Apple logo appears
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. You will have to re-enter WiFi passwords

My Iphone 4 is telling me the same thing and I believe I figured out what the problem is. I had some fraudulent charges on my itunes account, so I call my bank and disputed the charges. Right after I did that, I started getting the message "Your apple ID has been disabled." I just realized today that the charges are not fraudulent, they are "in app purchases." One of my daughters downloaded the game Top Girl which is FREE, but in the game Top Girl you use money in the game to purchase things. It just so happens that the money you use to purchase things is real money MY Money!!!. My daughter thought she was using play money in the game and had no idea she was using real money. She spent $106.00 buying stuff. Now I have to call the bank and tell them to release the hold and pay Itunes. I'm hoping this solves the problem. This sorted it for me:
Backup your iPhone to iCloud (I believe backing up to iTunes will work too). Now go to "Settings --> General --> Reset --> Erase All Content and Settings" to completely restore your iPhone to factory settings. Assuming you've backed up to iCloud, you'll be asked when setting up your iPhone if you want to restore from an iCloud backup. Choose that option and once your iPhone has restored itself from your backup, this annoying problem will finally be gone! (was for me anyway).
To restore from an iTunes backup, connect your iPhone to your computer, load iTunes. Click the File menu and select Devices > Restore from Back up.

It will not download if you already have it.
Just to be 100% clear …
Look in /Applications for "Install OS X Mavericks"
Use the Finders Go menu > Applications. To open it.
You may have an Applications folder in your Home directory too, it shouldn't be in there but it is possible.
Also try Spotlight to see if it can find that filename.
Can you also tell us what system you have?
Apple menu > About this Mac > more info button… What is the Model (under the Overview tab).
10.9 doesn't install on all systems, so it could explain why you can't get it, however it usually displays a dialog stating that fact.

What should I do?

The first thing you should do is re-write your post to make it a bit more understandable. I got you have an Epson printer connected to your PC, however after that your post doesn't make any sense. Are you attempting to print from your iMac, if so then you need to download and install Bonjour for Windows on your Windows machine. Then set Windows so it has printer sharing turned on and then on the iMac simply follow Apple's instructions for adding a printer.

Have you checked to see if the music is in iTunes on the computer? if so dose the music play on the computer? in itunes, if you click on the iphone from the list on the left, and then click on the music tab on the right, is sync music checked? if so are you syncing all music, or a specific play list(s) of music? if it's syncing only specific play lists, is there any music in that play list?
